I could feel my body changing... Shifting into my wolf. I could feel the cold air hit my body, that was currently pressed against Isaac's. I couldn't process the new information... I did have a mate, And he's my best friends brother? What would my mother say? Would she approve of the third in command? Would April approve?

My questions were left unanswered.

All of my senses sharpened beyond the point of my knowledge. I could hear leaves dying. I could hear the rapping beating of Isaac's heart. This was so much more better then a half shift. I felt so alive... Yet, so dead. I was finally shifting, I could feel my bones moving and breaking. I'm sure it would hurt worse if I was not already half a wolf.
