18: Into The First Date

After a further discussion with him, they agreed to close the establishment temporarily. Moreover, with Ning Rongrong's Grand Nascent Soul Formation, they could rest and recuperate at ease without worrying some idiots who dares to cause a trouble or two.

Since Li Fei had decided to continue Peng Lao's legacy, he promised to bring House of Phoenixes to even higher level and surpass what Peng Lao had achieved in the past. Aylan and Yulan were in the same page with him, determined to bring back the establishment to its prime.

While helping Aylan doing her chores, cleaning and whatnot, Li Fei finally had the chance to thoroughly assess the whole mansion from the outside as well as checking everything from one room to another. 

The place really gives professional and high-class vibes as he strode through the lobby and into the main hall on the ground floor. The walls were painted red, illuminated by fluorescent crystal lamp which powered by a Low-grade Spirit Stone which was installed in the Power Formation Array and they could last for a year or two, depends on the usage.

In the modern world, this formation array was akin to a generator with Spirit Stone as its source of power. The Spirit Stone itself could be either replaced or recharged when it's Qi energy has already been depleted, just like a battery.

Looking around every room from the ground floor to the third floor, Li Fei could estimate the total number of residents this place could accommodate, save for the guests who'll stay for a night or two.

"On the ground floor, there are twenty-five regular rooms for the part-time courtesans in the east wing and another twenty-five in the west wing. Fifty VIP rooms for live-in courtesans are in the second floor. Ten chambers for the High Courtesans and their VVIPs are on the third floor. And… a few dozens basic rooms for the maidservants and house-keeping staffs as well as some storerooms in the south wing." Li Fei was remembering everything in his mind as he walked through the room one after another.

Aylan was in the generator room when Li Fei stroll around the mansion, she was in the middle of changing the depleted Spirit Stones on each Formation Array which was carved on a stone tablet.

"Everything's good?" Li Fei asked the cheerful lady.

"Much better! Hehehe! Finally, we can enjoy the bath and other devices in the mansion without worrying the Spirit Stones will ran out too soon."

Li Fei smiles wryly as he reminiscing how much water that he used during his recovery.

"Oh, glad to hear that. I'll check Yulan in the bath chambers then. We will head to the market once you've dressed."

"Okay!"

He then moved to the bathing chambers, it has three different areas. Men bathroom was on the left side, it has five private pools, separated by bamboo dividers so the guests could enjoy the maidservants' company without bothering others.

The spacious mixed pool was on the middle and could accommodate ten people at once, Li Fei gets to know Ning Rongrong's self a bit better in here.

Lastly, the ladies's bath, aside from the men who came to the establishment for an obvious reason, House of Phoenixes also offers beauty class and woman's health consultation for high-class ladies and according to Peng Lao's recollection, there was a certain noble lady who really loves the services.

A splash of water against the floor echoes from the inside when Li Fei was in front of the entrance. He felt Yulan's presence in there.

"Yulan?"

"Kyaa!"

A cute, short and yet sharp yelp resounded from there, followed by thumping sounds of a wooden stool. He wants to go to her side but he knows for the best that it's inappropriate for a gentleman to barge into a woman's bathroom.

"Are you okay?" Li Fei asked from behind the door. "Sorry if I surprised you."

"En, I am okay…"

"Er… Was wondering if you'd join us to buy some provisions in the marketplace. Are you coming?"

"En! Definitely! I'll get to change, just wait for me in the lobby."

"Alright, take your time…''

After wrapping up their chores, Li Fei and the twins decided to go to the marketplace to buy the daily provisions and necessities.

Yulan wears her casual robe. Light blue in color and she paired the dress with a light pink shawl that elegantly wrapped around her waist and rested on her dainty arms. Her silky black hair was tied into a bun, ornamented with three jade hairpins, two long wisps hair flows freely on her cheeks as the wind blows gently.

Her fair, flawless white skin on her upper chest area looks very smooth and bare for all to admire. Her calm, elegant, and soothing gaze could melts even an ice cold heart of a God. She perfectly portrayed herself as a timid, reserved and an aloof beauty with such an alluring aura. She tried her best to not looks so 'lascivious', but she fails beautifully with the scandalous body of hers.

Aylan, on the other hand, wore the same fashion but the color was inverted. Her robe was light pink with a light blue shawl draped around curvaceous hips. She deliberately tighten her belt a bit lower to emphasize her voluptuous back piece. To add more sensuality to her look, Aylan parted the folds of her robe a bit lower to make her cleaveage more appealing and sexy.

To complete their armoury, a casual yet charming make up painted on their faces. They both looks like two fairies who descent upon mortal's realm to makes any man fall in love with them.

To ensure they would strode upon the earth in comfort, two pairs of medium heels shoes adorned their beautiful feet respectively.

"What do you think? It's looks so cute, no?" Aylan spins her body left and right, making her sizable jugs to jiggles and almost spill its content.

Li Fei held it for his dearest life to not give them a nice slap or two and fondles her bosoms from behind.

"It's look good on both of you." Li Fei smiles sincerely. "Though, may I ask why you wore such… alluring outfit?"

Aylan giggles impishly, "To out haggling the merchants, especially the men, fufufu. A little peek, and you'll get what you want with a dirty cheap price!"

Li Fei shook his head, rubbing his temple while smiling wryly. 'This scheming minx!'

"Then, shall we?" Yulan grabbed his left hand, pressing her plumpy bosoms onto his arm.
