Champon

"What do you want to have for lunch?" Daniel asked Era.

Then Era started to think, about where they should go for lunch. After a long discussion with herself in her mind she decided, "l know a very good Japanese restaurant, let's go there."

After that Era gave Daniel that restaurant's address and they departed there.

"Boss, you told us you will take us to an expensive restaurant, then what are we doing here?" an employee complained to Mr. Michael.

"Aiyaa~, what's wrong with this restaurant? The food here is very tasty. " Mr. Michael replied. Everyone pouted hearing their boss. "Anyways the main guest of this party is not here so why we will go to an expensive restaurant? So just order anything you guys want to eat from here." Mr.Michael again said.

Suddenly a female employee who came with them called the other employees and said, "Hey, isn't it Era?" She pointed at a familiar figure entering the restaurant looking like Era.

Everyone sitting there looking at the side where the female employee pointed at. "Yeah yeah, she is right. It is indeed Era. But who is behind her?" Another employee said.

"Hey, isn't it Mr. Parker's assistant?" one male employee said.

"Yes, it is him, Mr. Danial. But what is he doing with Era?" another employee said. Everyone was talking about this right now. Mr. Michael is also very confused thinking about what might be the reason.

"Is that mean..... is that means she knows Mr. Daniel beforehand?" one male employee said.

"Yeah l think l know what might be happening." one female employee replied. "l doubted that how an employee like Era got such a big project like Mak Hotel and Corporation project but we didn't, When she is a newbie employee and we are working in this field for such a long time." the female employee added her thought.

"You mean, she might have some kind of relationship with Mr. Danial?" the other male employee asked again.

"Or.... it might be directly Mr. Parker, who knows." the female employee said and pointed in the opposite direction.

when Mr. Michael and the male employee looked at that side they saw Zacky entering the restaurant and going in the sea direction where Era and Daniel have gone.

Then the male employee said, "And that's why Mr. Parker was complaining Era again and again and didn't even bother to look at us.

The female employee smirked, " huhh, we just waste our time for nothing. She is such a bit**."

"Stop", Mr. Michael shut the both male and female employees up. "Don't forget even if she has done it that way, our company has got the contract. So let her do whatever she wants to do and mind her own business. "

After that Mr.Michael took out a bill and put it on the table and said, "eat whatever you want to eat and l am going back to the office ". He said and leave the place.

And after a few steps he stopped and turned around, " And Don let anyone know about today. Just forget about what you saw here." Then he finally left the restaurant.

Both the employee fume out of anger. " huhh you would say that because you are getting such a big profit from this but what about us? l will not let that happen. " the female employee said and also left the restaurant.

Era and Daniel were sitting inside the restaurant where not many people were there.

"Do you know this restaurant is famous for it's authentic champon and l think you should try this?" Era said.

"Really?" Daniel replied. " Then l should try this today," Daniel said with a smile and signed a waiter to come.

In these two months, Daniel has gone to many common and middle-class restaurants with Era. So he has gotten the idea of how to politely order food and the other common kinds of stuff. Because before meeting Era, Daniel has never bothered to do all these things. He has never even gone to a normal or common restaurant, instead, he has always gone to his five-star hotels and eaten those fancy foods.

But he has never tried champon before as it is a portion of Japanese food. But Era has suggested this so how can he let go of this by not eating? So he called the waiter and ordered his food while Era was still deciding what to eat as she has had champon before.

"I will like to have champon and chicken bone soup with extra rice. That's it." Daniel said. Era becomes more confused watching Daniel order already two dishes while she has yet to decide on one dish.

"Are you gonna eat all of those dishes? " Era asked.

"No," Daniel simply replied.

"then....."

"The chicken bone soup is for you," Daniel said before Era could finish her sentence.

"But why for me?" Era asked.

"Do you forget that you have a cold? This chicken bone soup will help you recover fast." Daniel replied with a worried look.

"But l have already recovered. And catching a cold has become very common for me. So don't need to worry. " Era said while shaking her hand in the air.

"Let's change the order before they serve." saying this she opened the menu book but soon it was snatched by Daniel.

"No, you have to drink the soup." saying that Daniel kept the menu book to himself.

Era pouted hearing him.

"l was feeling guilty anyways for buying you the ice cream that day. And for that, you have caught a cold." Daniel said in a guilty tone.

"It is not your fault. l have a very less immunity when it comes to cold things. And.... and this is what l love the most" Era said with a grinning face.

"But from today you are not allowed to eat any cold food. At least not with me." Daniel declined.

"Oww~..." Era again made a sad face hearing him.

But before she could say something, their food champin and chicken bone soup with extra rice were served in front of them.

Era's mouth started getting watery seeing the streamy champon which was looking very delicious. She gulped a mouth full of saliva. But when her eyes fall on the chicken bone soup in front of her she pouted again.

On the other hand, Daniel's eyes also fall on the champon. 'Ooh so is this champon?' Daniel thought to himself.

(Champon is a Japanese food that is very close to ramen. But the difference is that champon is made up of noodles and seafood.)

But the main point is Daniel is allergic to seafood.

"It's is looking delicious?" Era said, her eyes was still on his champon.

"Yeahh," Daniel replied with a weird smile.

She gulped again, "Can l have some?", saying that she forward her spoon in Daniel's way.

Suddenly a slap on her spoon with another spoon stopped her midway." Eat your chicken bone soup" Daniel ordered.

Era pouted hearing him.

"Do you know seafood is my favorite?" Era said.

"Really?", Daniel replied.

"Hmm", Era hummed.

"But you're not gonna eat it today," Daniel said with a cunning smile.

Era puffed her cheeks hearing his words.

After that, they started eating their food but with different emotions, one is expressing and the other is hiding.
