"Come in, she's waiting for you" Master Mordo said with a serious face as he stepped aside indicating Alex to enter.

When Alex entered a large room with a huge staircase in the middle it was the sight that greeted him, but Alex could not check his surroundings much when in front of him a portal opened, revealing a bald woman in monk's garb.

But she did not leave the portal, she indicated to Alex to enter through the portal.

Alex did not refuse and quickly crossed to the other side, when he crossed the portal this closed behind him, and Alex could not prevent a small chill from running down his back, when he thought that if that portal closed with his head still from the On the other hand, it is very likely that he was even beheaded.

Alex was now in a spacious room; in it were 2 chairs along with a coffee table with two cups of hot tea in it. To one side Alex could also make out a shelf attached to the wall that was full of books.

"You are just in time Alex" Ancient One said while a calm smile appeared on his face, Alex was sure that if she wanted to, she could use the time gem to freeze him forever in time, or even accelerate time so much the body of Alex that would turn this one to dust in a few minutes.

It has been many years since Alex felt this feeling that there was someone stronger than him in front of him. Even if it was only because of the time gem, it meant that she had a power that Alex did not possess, but she also knew that as long as she knows that he is not a threat to planet earth, she would not take care of Alex.

"Did you see me with the gem?" Alex didn't beat around the bush and asked a question directly.

Ancient One's expression didn't change and she motioned for Alex to take a seat so they could speak better. Alex obeyed and looked the Ancient One straight in the face, who was still maintaining that calm smile.

"I see that you know a lot, but that's right, since you know I won't hide it from you, for some reason at the time you were born, many timelines changed drastically" Ancient One said surprising Alex, since he was technically not born but that appeared out of nowhere, but if she says that she saw him born, it means that the being who brought him to this world was in charge of not leaving any loose ends.

"How drastically?" Alex couldn't help but ask, not every day you can know what may happen in the future.

"I'll just tell you that, the future is not something you should know, as it will cause everything to change again." Ancient One's voice was calm, as if she was teaching one of her apprentices a lesson.

Alex just shrugged and sighed in surrender, although he already expected something like this from her.

"Well changing the subject, I suppose you already know the reasons why I came here" Alex said in a calm tone, and received a nod from the Ancient One.

"I have good and bad news for you" Ancient One said in a calm tone.

"Tell me the bad first," Alex said decisively.

"The bad news is that the magic you are looking for that can help ease your father's pain and extend his life for a couple of years, but that's it, it won't cure him since even magic hasn't gone that far" Ancient One said in a solemn tone, feeling a little sorry for Alex, since she knew that his father was something that he always had in mind in everything he did.

"Does that mean ... is this magic only used to calm pain?" The hope Alex had before coming here is gone.

"Of course not, the magic I'm talking about is so powerful that it can replenish vitality and heal mortal wounds in exchange for much of your energy, but the brain is different, the human brain is not something that can heal as if it were a normal wound, what you are looking for is a miracle on the part of a god, but let me tell you right now that Asgard is not at that level of divinity "Ancient One said seriously, and those last words killed the idea that had arisen in Alex's mind from talking get on bring him to Asgard to have his father treated.

Alex was a bit disappointed that he didn't get everything he wanted on this visit, but at least he could help Benjamin.

"Understood ... How can I learn that healing magic?" Light of hope appeared in Alex's eyes, since if this healing is so powerful, he would not hurt to learn it.

Ancient One was thoughtful for a few seconds and in a short time his mouth opened to speak: "Come after Christmas, you will learn in Kamar Taj from scratch"
