Max walked towards Lilia and Elly and sat beside the two, his actions just sinking in the minds of the heroes, who were astonished that their instructor, whom they had seen as some kind of unbeatable god, was this close to dying from that B-ranked divination user.

And then it exploded.

The calm atmosphere which was mainly voiced by the gentle breeze of the air was replaced by a barrage of questions towards Max by all the heroes, surprised their mentor had been defeated.

"How long have you been training?"

"How are you this strong?"

"How did you disappear from the arena and come back?"

Max didn't feel like answering any of them, feeling like he had done his part as after all he wasn't the one who had asked for the battle but Cheol, probably as a way to impress them even more so than he already did, but it seems like his plan failed as he didn't expect Max to have such skills.
