1 Meeting God
So I am dead I suppose. Assuming that this world of blackness isn't a dream again, I always did have strange dreams. Last thing I remember is just going to bed so at least I got my wish of dying in my sleep.
Am I upset I died? Maybe a little but only for how my family will take the news. I was never really motivated to do much with my life, well self motivated. I never bothered to care with my health both physical and otherwise. I lived with my parents despite being in my 30's as I tried to get SSI for my many mental problems ranging from depression straight to schizophrenia. It truly was a lackluster life.
The only things to bring me any real, if only momentarily, was music, video games, anime, manga, and fanfiction. I would write my own fanfiction but never complete them because of writers block or not knowing how to continue. Sad but it is what it is.
"Are you done thinking about your life my child?"
I turn around, well as much as I can as a soul in the shape of a wisp. I see a rather large humanoid figure mad of light "God?"
"Yes my child I am the God you are thinking of from the Bible."
"I see." was I excited to know my beliefs were valid? Hell yea! But at the same time I was extremely nervous as I might be sent to Hell. "So Heaven or Hell?"
"Neither. I can see in the depths of your soul you have always wanted to reincarnate so I decided to grant you this"
"Really?!" I say in excitement "Wait does this mean I also get wishes?"
The being of light nods "Yes I will grant you 3 wishes."
Yes! I yell excitedly in my mind but I quickly calm down. "Can I ask some questions about my reincarnation before I make my wishes?"
"Go ahead."
"Ok so my questions are will I keep my memories? Will I be choosing the world I go to? Can I choose my background? Will I still have my mental disorders and physical body if I go? Are there limits to my wishes? And can you read my mind?"
"You will keep your memories. You can choose your background. No mental disorders and no body unless you choose to keep them. Other than three O's and godhood you can wish for anything depending on your wording. Yes I can read your mind if I wish. Lastly if you let me choose the world I will let you have an extra wish."
"Thank you and yes you can choose the world." I wanted that forth wish.
"Then choose your wishes wisely and I will tell you what world you will be going to then you can choose your background"
"For my first wish I want 3 essences."
"Already exploiting loopholes I see." God chuckles "What essences?"
"I want the essences of Gacha, Harem protagonist, and Blank. Though I want the gacha to include things from fanfiction too and I want to be able to give character templates or powers to others too" The essence of gacha is from Meta Essence Gacha in Marvel. I can't quite remember where I saw the other two from.
"I see you thought this out"
I nod "For my second wish I wish for inviolability of self, or something sounding like that. Look into my mind and you can see what I mean. It will protect me from having my powers stolen, copied, cloned, free me from fate, destiny, time, and save me from losing my sense of self etc.
"For my third wish I wish to have shapeshifting so I can turn into anyone or anything I want to even changing the age of my body."
"For my last wish I want a system combination of The Gamer system from The Gamer only remove the stats except for luck, the class system from Death mage doesn't want a fourth time, and a specific dimensional farm system that will grow not only any plants, animals, but also make mines with the things I add to it."
"Granted now for your world" he summons a wheel with the names of various movies, anime, tv shows, hell even some fanficiton I know is on it. In fact all the worlds on it are worlds I know of if even a little. "Yes only the worlds you have even a little knowledge of are listed on this wheel" he then spins it and after waiting a few minutes it finally lands on One Piece.

"Yes!" Even though I only saw til the beginning of the Wano arc I know a lot about the manga, and some of the anime/movies, as I had read it like a dozen times. Am I upset it didn't land on one of the AU (fanfic) worlds I know of? Not really as just by being there I will be making it an au.
"Alright for my background I want to be Luffys twin brother but at age 15 I went out to become a successful merchant/bounty hunter thanks to Garps training and learning from passing merchants and Makino to save up for mine and Luffy's pirate trip. Me and Luffy had promised to sail with each other where I would be his deputy captain and his first division. I want to 'awaken' my memories while on the boat that gets raided by Alvida at the beginning but before Nami steals from the ship. Oh and I want my name to be changed to Alexander."
"Alright my child I hope you enjoy your adventure." with that he waves his hand and I vanish.

I think my system is trying to tell me to start enchanting. I toss one soul gem into my farm so it can create a mine and place the enchanting table in the farm house. First lets assimilate all the powers and what not. I felt a tingle through my body and an ache in my head as the knowledge of all the skills, powers, spells and shout is sent into my mind. "Ugh fuck that was weird"
"Ok assimilate Kevin Levin and the Dragonborn" again I had a slight ache in my head from the knowledge of the two characters though not much from the Dragonborn but more from Kevin. Now my status looks like this

Huh the Bound Sword magic didn't show on the list. I also see that the dragonborn is at 75% I guess it is because it is the dragonborn from the start of the game so not much different from a normal human and I am already pretty strong like a nord. Plus the absorption abilities are from Kevin.
Lastly I should take the pill. Popping it in my mouth I don't feel much different for a few seconds before it feels like my body is on fire causing me to sweat and groan in pain for several minutes before it finally stops. I pant heavily before checking to see if I am covered in gunk like in the cultivation novels but surprisingly I'm not.
I check the mirror and I can't help but admire how I look. I'm like a more handsome Luffy but without the scar. As I admire myself I suddenly hear cannons blasting. I guess it's time for my adventure to begin
