Emily grew catholic her whole life, the only thing getting her through that whole thing being her bestfriend, Patton.
When she moves out of her parents house upon hitting a job somewhere in the far city; a lovely brunette woman takes a liking to her.
Now, to find out if Emily is gay or at all interested in women. If only she wasn't so close to this Patton guy who also moves in with her.

"Hon, being a gay is curse. But not acting on it is worse." The woman drags her cigar against the shiny transparent cigarette tray, successfully putting out the orange cinders attached to its burning tip. "I would know." She takes another from her pack, lighting it with a blue lighter.
"You're at least at your 50's Lesli." Karrie crosses her arms, slight amusement as the end of her lip draws up to a smirk. "I'd think your wise, but also your almost at your deathbed yet you're not married."
Lesli raises her eyebrow, putting the cigar to her mouth and dragging it out to fume out the smoke- slowly out between her lips. "What'cha think that is kid?"
...Karrie blinks bewilderedly at her, tensely putting a finger up and at her, pointing, like she just said something as wise as a speaking 100 years old oak tree. "Oh dang, you're good."
"It's the years of loneliness kid." She puffs another cigarette smoke.
