Holy Kingdom of Milis
[Ceobe POV]
The carriage continues to move towards the town after mister Geese announced us that we made it to Milis.
However, once we were almost to our destination, he gets off the carriage and proceeds to walk on a different path. Confused on why he left the vehicle, I call out for him and asked.
"Hey mister Geese, where are you going?"
"Ah, this is where we part ways, little missy" mister Geese replies, which surprises me.
"Eh? Right now? But we are almost at the city. Can you at least accompany us till we get there?"
"Sorry, little missy. This is as far as I can go with you guys"
Upon hearing mister Geese's answer, I couldn't help myself to frown and droop my ears in response to his farewell.
"Don't be like that, little missy. We will meet again someday, right guys?" he said, trying to reassure me while looking at Rudeus and Eris.
"Sure, see you again, Geese"
"Hey Geese, don't forget to teach me how to cook as well"
Rudeus naturally agrees with mister Geese's statement, but Eris demanded him to teach her cooking, which he shakes his head in response.
"No can do, young lady. I promise myself not to teach anybody about cooking"
"Oh, come on! Teach me!"
"Argh, why are you so persistent in asking, young lady? Do you want to cook for someone?"
When mister Geese asked that question, Eris blushes a little and looks at Rudeus who is smirking at her.
"Ah, I almost forgot. You guys should check the adventure Guild" says mister Geese who is getting ready to walk away.
"Okay"
"Alright, bye then"
Once we were done talking with mister Geese, he parted ways from us and we continue moving towards Millishion.

Upon entering the city entrance, I was astonished by the architecture of the buildings and cleanliness of the water system. There were so many bridges, huge houses and commercial buildings.
I also like how fashionable and luxurious the clothing of the human residents. However, once I made eye contact with some of them, they glared at me for some reason and I have no idea why.
"Hey Ceobe, can I ask you a favor?" while I am looking at the surrounding, Rudeus calls out to me. I look at him and noticed that he is giving me two pieces of cloth.
"What are these cloths for, Rudeus?" I asked, wanting to know the reason for giving them to me.
"I need you to wrap your weapons with those" he replied, which confuses me more.
"Huh? but why though?"
"We need to conceal our weapons to avoid conflict with some people and prevent them from being stolen" Rudeus explains, which is understandable.
So, I complied to his instructions and proceed to wrap my Leviathan axe and Gae Bolg Alternative with cloths.
Once I finished wrapping my weapons, our carriage eventually stops in front a decent looking inn and Rudeus prompted us to enter the building. He then talks to the innkeeper and reserves us a room to stay. After that, we carry our stuffs to the reserved room and Rudeus then announces a meeting.
"Alright, let's begin the strategy meeting of the Team Dead End. Everyone, please applause" says Rudeus who commands us to clap our hands in response to his words.

Once the introduction was done, Rudeus proceeds to talk about their success in reaching human territory after a year and half of journey since they were sent off to the demon continent.
He then talks about the plan for us to stay in this city and earn more money for a while due to the cost of the ship that we will use to travel to the next continent.
"Argh, do we really have to ride another ship?" Eris complains, probably due to her hating being seasick when travelling through the sea. Rudeus nods to her question and she was distraught about the confirmation.
Rudeus then brought out the Ruijerd stone figure and explains that he planning to give one of this to whoever we save and tell them about Superds being race of good and misunderstood demons.
However, since there is only one figure was produced so far, he decided to spend the next day creating more of it. We agreed to his plan and he prompted us to share our plans for tomorrow.
"I decided to go goblin hunting" Eris said with confidence.
"Are you sure about this, Eris? Do you want us to accompany you?" Rudeus anxiously asked, looking troubled by her plan. However, she snorted at him and replied.
"Hmph, I don't need any help. I can take on them just fine"
Hearing her insistence of going solo, Rudeus had no choice but to look at me for help. He points at Eris and gestures with his eyes as if he telling me to accompany her.
It took a while to figure out his message but I nodded at him, complying to his request. I then turn my attention to Eris and said:
"Hey Eris, can I join you tomorrow? I'd like to try out goblin hunting for once"
"She's right. It is also a perfect time to register her in our party"
After Rudeus and I tried to persuade Eris, she looks reluctant to my request but she eventually gave in and nodded.
"I guess it wouldn't hurt if she will come"
Upon hearing her compliance to my request, I look at Rudeus and gave him nod, which he nods back in return.

[Third POV]
On the next day, Eris and Ceobe both went out of the inn and head towards the adventure guild while Ruijerd is tailing them because Rudeus told him to watch over them.
On the other hand, Rudeus stays in the room, trying to write a letter to his family. But then suddenly he saw something that caught his attention.
He saw a black-haired beast girl being run over by a horse that is mounted by person carrying a kidnapped child.
Seeing that scenario, Rudeus quickly grab his robe and magic staff as he exits the room. He run out of the inn and went to the alleyway where the beast girl is lying down on the floor.
He checks the pulse of the girl and noticed that she is still breathing, so he chanted healing magic on her to heal her wounds. After that, he asked if the girl is okay.
"Hey, are you okay?"
The girl slowly raised her head and she spoke in Japanese.
"I am hungry...."
