Chapter 3

When it was night time, Detective Madee asked Doctor Chai if she wants to go out for dinner and Doctor Chai said "you don't need to go out and eat, I can cook. If you want me to...." while she acts like she did not said that. Detective Madee said "really? Ok then, I never tasted your food before but ok" the detective said while smiling. Then Doctor Chai went off to the kitchen and opened the fridge. She took out some things out of the fridge that is two eggs, a tomato and a whole chicken that was frozen. She started to work in the kitchen while

Detective Madee revises the case file then she turned her head towards the kitchen and saw the person that she kept feelings for is cooking for her. She gazed at her and gave a smile and a thought that went through her mind was "God I wanna tell her how I feel about her…even though I don't know her real identity" she ponders about it and realizes that she didn't know her real identity and said to herself "Wait did I say I didn't know her real identity yet?" so she just kept her mouth shut about it. Then Chai called her for dinner. She almost jumped up in the air when she heard Chai's voice called her. She replied back "I'm coming!". On the dining table she saw a very appetizing meal. She was surprised at Chai's cooking skills because she cannot even cook that good. Chai said "why are you just staring at the food, eat it." Madee said "ok...ok" and gave Chai a smile .They both sat at the dinner table, Madee was seating beside Chai.

The detective started enjoying the food that Chai did. Chai for some reason felt something going thru her mind. It's like a voice that says "I know you like her, why don't you tell her that you like her?" Almost every single time she smiles at the detective. She really gets annoyed with that sometimes because she feels like there's a feeling in her chest that she just wants to let out.

After dinner Madee helped Chai with cleaning the plates and wiping the table. Chai felt a burning sensation in her chest that just wants to be said aloud. Whenever their eyes gazes at each other Chai will be burning in herself and be like "OMG, OMG, what just happened, why is she looking at me like that, WTF?!" those are the only words that will cross her mind. Then Detective Madee went to take a shower upstairs because she hasn't showered from that afternoon.

After Madee was done taking a bath Chai asked her the same question that she is asking her that is "I can sleep on the couch" that was very odd to hear them say that at the same time. Chai just acted like nothing happened and Madee was biting her bottom lip trying not to give a smile.

Then Madee brought her to a room upstairs and said "you can sleep here tonight, I can sleep on the couch." Then Chai said "umm….how about the other rooms". Madee said "the other rooms, well….it doesn't even have any furniture." Then Chai said "Why on earth would you stay in a house that is so luxurious and big but didn't have time even to furnished the others rooms." Madee just gave her a smirk. And Chai continued "but…umm….well…mmm…maybe…you can sleep with me tonight…" Madee was extremely surprised with that questioned that she had been given.

She then answered "Why do you want me to…umm don't care about that question…Will you be comfortable tonight? I mean you are my guest." Chai said "let's just see how it goes tonight" and gave half a smile. While Madee was setting up the bed, Chai just gazed at Madee and the thoughts that went thru her mind was "I wonder why does she looks so much like gangster on the outside but it's the inside is the very opposite person." And Madee realized that Chai was staring at her she said "It looks like someone likes the view" then Chai snapped out of what she was thinking and just gave Madee a mad stare. Madee said "I thought you liked the view, Chill I was joking." And gave a little laugh while Chai rolls her eye but her mind was thinking of the detective"

When it was bed time, Madee called Chai and said "The bed is ready!" when Chai stepped into the room, she saw one mattress on the floor and she question Madee and said "Who is sleeping down there?" Madee answered "me of course, who else would be sleeping down there a ghost….grow up doctor ghosts never exists" and laughs but Chai was already asleep on the bed right after she laid on it. Madee saw her already sleeping and puts her blanket on. She turned off the lights and went to sleep.
