While Jinwoo was busy dealing with Jongin, There was another scene which was going on in the same dungeon.

(Cha hae-in POV)

The miners were currently taking a lunch break, so just to be sure I decided to make another trip to the dungeon to check if there were any monster left.

"Hubter Cha, Where are you going?" The voice of Choi jong-in came from behind her and she stopped in her steps and replied "I just wanted to check the dungeon once again, guild master should just relax."

"oh, I guess I will come with you, there is honestly nothing to do here and the assistants are bugging me about guild work."

Hae-in didn't said anything and started walking towards the portal, jong-in also followed her from behind.

We both entered the portal and found that some workers were relaxing and others have already left the dungeon.

"Hunter Cha, I will go and check out on the boss, would you mind examining other rooms."

I nodded my head and continued to scrutinize every room.

Jong-in followed her figure for a moment before he also started making his way to the boss room.

In the original novel, this wasn't supposed to happen and instead hunter Cha should've went to boss room but there was a single factor that changed this all…

The presence of Zack!!

Zack deliberately used mind control on jong-in using his tensei-eternal- rinne-sharingan.

(Still Cha hae-in POV)

I continued searching for any monsters that could've escaped from our eyes when I turned a corner and felt someone presence ahead.

This presence wasn't of a monster but a human, I relaxed a little after realizing this but still kept my gaurd up…

After all, there shouldn't be a miner so deep inside here, and no one from the raiding team was present inside the dungeon aside from herself and guild master.

I cautiously moved ahead and took the turn to find a body lying on the ground face first.

I saw this and approached the body hurriedly, I saw that the person wasn't moving, from his clothes he isn't a miner or someone from raid team. Then who is he?

I ignored the fact that I have to stay away from everyone due to smell and flipped him over to his back.

I saw his face and froze for a few moments, he had blonde hair like mine with a handsome face and now that I notice it, his body seemed to be well balanced with a height of around 6" 1".

I was supporting his head with my left hand while his upper body was on my lap, it took me a few moments to come back to myself.

Wait! He's unconscious!! Is he dead?

I thought as I checked but found that his pulse was still there…

I seemed to have been gone into a trance as I just kept sitting there while staring at his face while God knows how much time passed.

Suddenly I noticed that he opened his eyes, making me realize what was I doing.

'What is wrong me!! How can I just stare at his face like this, I should've taken him to a healer or something.'

I started to criticize myself in my mind, but that lasted only for a few moments since when he opened his eyes, I again couldn't help but be enchanted by them.

He had deep green eyes which seemed to be pulling me towards him slowly, I gained enough willpower to resist these 'attacks' and asked him "Who are you and Why were you lying here unconscious?"

(Third person POV)

The young man or Zack just looked at her deeply and didn't said anything.

Cha hae-in didn't or couldn't ask him again as she was too busy to reciprocate his stare.

Zack slowly lifted his hand and cupped her cheek gently causing her to flinch…

Maybe Zack felt this and gave her a gentle smile while gently rubbing her cheek with his thumb "Thank you for worrying about me, I have been here for past few days. I entered this dungeon accidently when I was roaming this area, I don't know how I survived till now, but seeing that such a beautiful girl is taking care of me, I'm safe?" The last part was more of a question he asked to Hae-in.

Hae-in felt that it was impossible for a normal person to survive here for a few days but didn't said anything as she saw him looking at her with concern and relief in his eyes.

Suddenly she remembered something that she forgot till now and exclaimed "You don't have any foul stench!!"

Zack gave a little chuckle and said with a little but visible embarrassment "Pfft, even though I was here for past few days, I doesn't mean that I will have a foul stench on me."

Hae-in's ears turned a little red when she heard him, she was just too surprised that she exclaimed out loud for him to hear, in her whole life she haven't met a hunter who didn't had smell.

Now that she was on this subject, she noticed that instead of stench, there was fragrance coming from his body, it subconsciously calmed her mind and made her feel relaxed.

There was nothing that was impossible for Zack, even more so making himself have fragrance was a slight breeze for him, he knew that she could basically smell a Mana of a person….

Zack had long ago obtained the Mana mastery skill which helps him control Mana with the back of his hand, so he just used that to infuse his Mana with emotions through combining that with his telepathy skill which caused Hae-in to feel that he had a fragrance.

The telepathy skill he had allowed him to communicate with someone mentally, read someone's mind, block someone from reading his mind and even forcefully erase or alter someone's memories.

But instead of doing that he just used telepathy to send pleasant emotions to her mind, thus causing her to feel relaxed.

Suddenly Zack pulled his hand back with a look of realization as he was still caressing her cheek and said "I'm sorry, Noona. I didn't even realized that I was touching you, you are just so beautiful…"

Zack looked away from her while using biological manipulation to make himself blush.

Hae-in on the other hand was again shocked, not to mention she didn't feel disgusted towards him, she was longing for his touch, she couldn't help but feel disappointed as she replied "Don't worry about it, Can you stand?"

She asked as she helped his upper body to stand up, Zack would be a fool to waste such a opportunity, he immediately replied "My legs are still numb, I don't think that I will be able to walk, you should go back and call a healer here."

He suggested but there was disappointment and sadness clearly visible on his face, Hae-in saw this and made a complicated expression.

She felt like blaming herself for making him sad, but she didn't herself knew why he was making such an expression in the first place, she didn't knew why but she wanted to make him happy.

She knew that they both were strangers but oddly she felt more attached to him than her guild members or colleagues. She took his arm and put it over her head and supported him to walk.

Zack was satisfied with this result and a happy smile formed on his face which gave a strange sense of relief to her.

Like this, they made their way out of the dungeon and went into the settlement made by the hunters guild.

He could feel people staring and whispering about him but he didn't cared, he knew that they were jealous that he was with her.

Hae-in asked him to sit on a table while she hurriedly called for a healer for him.

Zack smiled as he felt that she genuinely cared about him, this feeling of having someone to worry about him was very nice.

After everything was done, it was time for questioning since due to his statement, he was there for past few days.

He saw hae-in talking with Choi Jongin some distance away from him, Jongin looked at him sometimes during the talk, when he thought that they were done talking Jongin approached him with a suspicious gaze.

"What is your name?"

"Zack"

He simply replied causing Jongin to raise an eyebrow.

"You're not Korean?"

"My father was from U.S while my mother from Korea."

This caused him to narrow his eyes at Zack who seemed unperturbed by the situation.

"Can I see your identity?"

"Sure"

Zack replied and looked into his eyes, Jongin saw Zack's eyes changing pattern and symbols forming in it.

"I see, so you are indeed a Korean, Are you a official hunter?" Choi Jongin asked as he felt that he had already saw his identity.

"No, I am not an official hunter, it seems that I awakened only after accidently entering this dungeon."

Jongin showed a surprised expression and said "Very well, would you mind showing me your powers."

Zack felt annoyed and again used his eyes to manipulate this annoying bastard's mind.

After that ordeal happened, hae-in again came to talk to Zack but couldn't find anything to speak about, she was desperately trying to find something, anything to talk about when Zack decided to help her "Hunter Cha, I never thought that I would have such an honor to meet you, I heard about you but only today I saw how beautiful you are."

Normally, Hae-in wouldn't even let someone finish his sentence before showing then their place if someone flirted so openly with her but now she couldn't help but feel happy.

She showed a smile and said "You don't have to be so polite with me, just call me haein."

Zack smiled at her response but then looked like he wanted to say something but was hesitating to do so…

Hae-in realized this and said in a soft voice "You don't have to feel embarrassed to ask anything from me."

Zack showed a reluctant look and slowly said while looking away "Haein, I don't want to bother you but can you accompany me for hunter test. I would feel less nervous with you around." He said the last part while looking into her eyes.

This was a massive attack to Hae-in's defences as from her point of view he looked like this ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ.

He looked so cute while handsome at the same time in her eyes, this caused her to immediately agreeing.

"Zack, I am just asking in curiosity, but where do you live."

Zack suddenly showed a sad smile while he said "I don't have a definite place, I don't have parents and I was kicked out of my apartment few days ago, that is the main reason I stumbled upon this dungeon."

Hae-in was suddenly flustered as well as sad since she didn't expect him to be so pitiful, she couldn't take it anymore "You can come live with me."

As soon as she said that her eyes widened in shock towards her own statement, they met only an hour ago? They didn't knew each other well enough, not to mention he was a man, how could she invite him like this? This would've sounded very weird since they didn't knew each other well enough, what was she thinking by the way?

But even after she thought all this, she didn't retracted her sentence and waited for his reply, her mind was telling her how absurd the situation was while her emotions tended to favor him.

Zack looked at her and said with a self deprecating smile "I'm just a nobody, how can I accept such a generous offer from you, the fact that you saved me is already more than enough to show how kind you are."

Hae-in frowned after hearing him, for some reason this sentence sounded very unpleasant to her. She looked at him and said "It's fine, Zack. I won't mind."

She was having an internal struggle right now, she wanted to say something else but ended up saying something totally different, it felt that she didn't had the heart to disappoint him.

"Uhh.. em… fine, I don't have anywhere else to go, it will be better to be with you rather than sleeping outside." He said with an unsure expression and chuckling a little towards the end.

Hae-in didn't knew what to think of the current situation, she was worried as well as strangely relieved.

After Hae-in was free from work she finally decided to go back home with Zack who was patiently waiting for her the whole time.

Driving to her home, Hae-in wasn't sure what to do, she glanced at Zack who was sitting beside her and couldn't help but sigh in her mind.

Now that it has come to this, then she will have to just go along with it, after all he doesn't seem to be a bad guy, not to mention she was fine with being bear him without a handkerchief.

They arrived at her apartment, as much as Zack wanted to stay in character, he would be too embarrassed to make a fool out of himself by seeing everything with stars in his eyes so he decided to skip that part.

Entering inside, hae-in told him to take a seat while she prepared coffee which Zack declined immediately.

He told her that he is going to be the one to make the coffee since she was letting him stay with him.

Looking at his stubbornness, she finally gave in and told him where everything would be, causing Zack to happily enter the kitchen.

To be honest, he just wanted to show her his skills in cooking and making coffee since he heard that girls liked boys who knew house chores.

He made the coffee and exited the kitchen to find that she is just sitting on the couch while pondering something.

He passed the beverage to her, she thanked him and took a sip, her expression changed as she said

"You are really good at this, it tastes even better than the cafès."

Zack gave a proud smile and said "You just have to taste my cooking skill and you would be even more surprised."

"Try me." She said while Zack took it as a challenge and already had victorious smile on his face which confused her...

But not for long since it didn't took Zack too much time to make dinner for both of them, he sat down on the chair beside her and started eating food.

Hae-in stared at him for a moment before she also took a bite, an let's just say she almost moaned by how good the food was.

Coming back to her senses, her ears turned red while she had a blush on her face when she realized what she was about to do.

Zack smirked at her reaction and had a victorious look on his face which caused Hae-in to roll her eyes at him.

He chuckled at that and then both ate in silence, it wasn't an awkward or uncomfortable silence but instead relaxing and comfortable.

Everything went relatively fine till it was time to sleep, she had already shown him his bedroom which was near her own.

It was a double bed with a comfortable mattress, Zack lied down and closed his eyes.

After making sure that he was comfortable, Hae-in also went to her own bed.

It had only been a few minutes when she heard him groaning and other noises, she opened her eyes and went to check up on him, she saw that he had a frown on his face while he was grunting and groaning.

'Is he having nightmares?' As she thought of this possibility, she felt ashamed at herself, it was common sense that anyone would feel traumatized after spending days inside a dungeon while fearing for one's life every moment.

She didn't consider such an outcome as she was so focused on the fact that he didn't had smell and how he is going to be living with her.

She just sat at the bedside while holding his hand trying to comfort him since she didn't had any expression in this area.

She saw that his groaning eased a bit but he still had a frown on his face, She felt a little confident watching this and continued holding his hand.

She was holding his left hand while he was sleeping with his face towards ceiling, Zack suddenly turned to the side causing Hae-in to lean forward and her arm getting trapped under his grip.

Hae-in started panicking under this situation, this was not going as she planned, Zack seemingly sensed her panic and loosened his grip and let her go while sleeping with a peaceful expression.

Hae-in released a sigh of relief, she took a last look at his face and left the room in a hurry…

After a few moments Zack opened his eyes and gazed at the door, and then closed his eyes again going into sleep.
