Enter: Monkey D. Raevan!

I awoke to the sound of screaming and someone shaking me.

"Ugh! Luffy! Get off me!" I shouted angrily at the protagonist of One Piece himself, Monkey D. Luffy... my younger brother.

"Come on Rae! It's your birthday! Do you know what that means?" Luffy shouted excitedly.

"Meat?" I asked, groggily.

"MEAT!" Luffy shouted, yet again as he bounced against the room, his limbs stretching sporadically.

"Alright... just... just let me get up, okay? Then we can have all the meat you want" I said, as I ushered him out of my small bedroom and slammed the door.

"Okay! I'll go wake Ace up! We can't let him miss out on the meat that Gramps got us!" Luffy shouted from outside the door.

"Okay!" I shouted out, as I looked myself in the mirror.

I looked like a child version of Monkey D. Dragon with no tattoo across the right side of my face and a pair of blood-red eyes, and a large mane of hair, wearing a blue dress shirt with black pants and black dress shoes. What? I like looking fancy.

While I wanted to change things... I, sadly couldn't change Sabo's or the Gray Terminals' fate... Grandpa Garp had taken me out on his ship to show me "The life of a Marine!"... as if I'd ever be one after what they did to Sabo. My brother.

Then I looked at something that had been nagging me, ever since my rebirth into this world.

[System starts in five minutes]

It has been in the corner of my vision for ten years... ten years, I've waited for this.

And oh my god, every second of it has been just... excruciating! Just go down already!

If you haven't noticed... I'm not a really... patient person.

I started to do a few morning stretches, just to get into the swing of things for today... mostly because Garp is coming down to visit. And that's going to be a shit-fest, what with Ace and Luffy all wanting to be pirates. Me? I just want to live in peace, mostly because I don't want to deal with the corrupt marines, disgusting World Nobles and the assholish pirates out there, it seems so much easier just to chill out in this little village. Plus, add in literal superpowers... yeah, it's just a recipe for disaster.

As I was thinking, something pinged in my ear, and I saw a flash in the corner of my eye.

[System started]

"Yes! Finally!" I shouted out of excitement, forgetting that I lived in a house full of people.

"SHUT THE HELL UP IN THERE!" Someone shouted from... one of the rooms, probably nursing a hangover from the previous night of partying.

"Sorry!... right, what do you do System?" I shouted out, before speaking as quietly as I could.

[I am a Summoning System, Host. I can summon people, items, and abilities from the vast multiverse to help you. And don't worry, any being you summon is completely loyal to you and only you. Also, you don't have to speak to communicate with the System, simply think and I shall answer]

'Okay... hey, does this come with a... beginner pack? Or something?' I asked the System mentally.

[Certainly! There is one Beginner's Kit ready to be used! It comes with two summonable companions and three items from the current world you're in!] The System answered.

'Awesome... uh, could you open it for me?'

[Of course! Opening Beginner's Kit! You got: Noriaki Kakyoin [3 Stars], Tai Lung [2 Stars], Emerald Emerald Fruit [3 Stars], Dove Dove Fruit [2 Stars], and Strong Strong Fruit [3 Stars], all quite strong for a simple Beginner's Kit.]

Five cards appeared in my hand, so I examined them.

The first one with a picture of a red-headed teenager wearing a green school uniform with a ghostly apparition standing beside him, it had three stars on the bottom.

The second was a large, muscular... snow leopard man doing a martial arts pose, it had two stars on the bottom.

The final three were different looking Devil Fruits, one was an apple with emeralds coming out of it, one was a banana with a wing pattern and the final was a large red fruit with an intimidating aura around it, they had three, two, and three stars on the bottom respectively.

'Alright... so, Kakyoin from Jojo's Bizarre Adventures and Tai Lung from... Kung Fu Panda? Okay... the Emerald Emerald Fruit is a Paramecia that allows the user to grow and manipulate emeralds generated from their body, that's pretty neat... the Dove Dove fruit is a Zoan that turns you into a dove, kind of weak... and the Strong Strong Fruit allows the user to enhance their strength as many times as they want at the cost of their stamina... that's pretty good, all in all they're pretty good'

'What would happen if I summoned the people? Would they be retroactively added into the world? Or would they just appear as they are, causing confusion?'

[That's simple to answer. It's a choice! You could retroactively add the summoned person to the world, but at the cost of potentially changing what you know as Canon. Or, you could just summon them and make up a story about them, possibly being travelers, or... something]

'Alright, good to know... actually, quick question. Do they de-age to my age? Or stay at the same age they're summoned at?'
