Chapter 13 Ice wizard 1
Well after the wolf incident a few changes happened again . After 2 incidents it was decided that the first quest of children will be monitored by adults from a distance. Cana being a nice kid blamed herself for my injuries and started training harder , chances are she will become even stronger than cannon.
The wolfs coming there that day was not normal and was investigated , Gildarts found evidences of human involvement so lets just say gramps face was filled with anger for the next few days .On another note the thunder squad was founded in the guild , it seems like when Laxus went to hunt the wolves as revenge he found and saved Bickslow and Evergreen . Fried was the son of a friend of guild masters so he too became a Laxus fanboy.
Their characters are not bad i guess , they were nice to me and Cana so maybe they become assholes in the future .Laxus is still having that angry expression looks like bringing him back will be real hard , so i am thinking about waiting for canon for this one .
After my magic got unlocked it became easier to use my magic , but Mavis told me not to rush into it and take time while creating each arrow to give each of them stability so i am taking it slow nowadays .
After a few years ....
Right now Gildarts Cana and i am going towards the northern regions to hunt demons . Gildarts has been taking me and Cana for quests to gain experience for the last year .today though is an important day cause right now we are going to hunt 2 demons one of which is Deliora ,the canon changed a lot and there are 2 demons in total that we need to hunt .
"are we there yet " i asked Gildarts
"not yet kid and we are not going straight to hunt the demons "
"then where " Cana asked
"there is an old friend of mine Ur an ice wizard who lives here , we can get more information from her "
"what do you mean old friend " Cana asked while staring straight at Gildarts menacingly . Seems like finding out that her father is a play boy has severely changed Cana's behavior towards him .
Gildarts started sweating " wait Cana , she was just a friend there was nothing between us "
"well if there is something i am telling mum when i get back "
"there is nothing i promise "
Watching this i felt like laughing a bit at Gildarts but i knew i would be sent flying with a punch if i did , so i just laughed inside while keeping an eye out. After my magic unlocked and i met god my system changed drastically it stopped giving arrows since it found out that i can create them , its only been giving me potions and a few items sometimes .
But right now it gave me an official quest and now i am looking for it ,

It was hard but i managed to time the way we left for the quest using the clues given by the system so that we will see ultear while she was running back to the facility after seeing ur with gray and lyon
"look dad there is someone coming " Cana pointed and look at that a dark haired girl is weakly running towards us guess my calculations were correct
Suddenly she fell down on the snow
We started running towards her and picked her up from the snow , i materialized a fire arrow to increase heat and Cana started using her cards to scan her condition
"how is she Cana " Gildarts asked
"she looks deeply malnutritioned and tired that along with the snow and cold caused her to faint " Cana finished her assessment
"well we are near to Ur's house , lets bring her there " Gildarts decided
We increased our pace and reached a cottage in between the trees there i saw a mature woman with dark hair that reached her neck with two kids each appearing to be my age .
"Gildarts you bastard is that you " Ur recognized Gildarts from a distance and shouted
"no time for saying hi Ur , i found a girl in the snow " Gildarts said hurriedly
"come in then and kids get some herbs from the backyard " finding the situation serious she brought us in and told the other kids to take some herbs , Lyon and Gray too rushed to the backyard
Inside the cottage
"put her in that table near the fire " Ur said and Gildarts kept her there .
Ur then took out a bowl and filled it with water
" hey i saw you hold a fire arrow in your hand , can you heat up this water " she asked
I nodded and started dipping the fire arrow in the water , when one arrow disappeared i materialized another and dipped it to increase the temperature . Gray and Leon came back with herbs , then Ur told us boys to get out so that she can wipe the girl with hot water .
We immediately got out and closed the door . I waited while looking at the boys they too looked back , Lyon was giving me a smile and Gray looked like an emo with a stick up his butt, huh must fix that later .
Ultear's face was a bit dirty when she was brought inside i knew within moments there is gonna be
"AAAAAHHHHH"
There it is , Gildarts and the three of us ran inside , there we found ur holding the child crying and saying Ultear repeatedly . All of them looked shocked at the scene only i knew what was happening so was keeping my cool. Cultivating the image of a wise kid in the guild made them all not to be suspicious when i showed no reaction to certain things , this was really use ful in these type of situations
