Being at the door of the Ice Cream Shop, I keep my niece close at hand so she doesn't make trouble. In front of me stands Tai who opens the door for an overly excited Ruby.

' When it comes to sweets Ruby is the same as Summer '.

I smile thinking of this cheerful and excited girl.

Hearing Tai's voice and looking at his back I approach him to see what happened.

Says Taj running towards the shop counter looking at the counter I see a female employee with a smile putting another scoop on the already tall tower of ice cream under which a jubilant Ruby and a surprised Yang are standing.

I think while looking at this troublesome yet joyful little family. Maybe it is because of the sentiment that a memory appears in my head and in it a golden-haired woman looks at me with those beautiful eyes of hers. And in her arms she holds a little baby with black hair and eyes just like mine.

Looking at Tai who, despite his anger, allows Ruby and Yang to eat such a large portion of ice cream, I pull out a flask and sip from her sip. I drink in order to forget.

The day after my first job, Neo and I walk into our weekly training site which is an old warehouse where Ash and Copper are already waiting for us.

I ask looking at the screen.
