Ch. 16 Yurikos Pov

(Third Pov)

Yuto is seen finishing taking a shower. after he had finished his [ Daily Quest] and checked in his [ Gacha]

Finishing up with his morning routine, he started to walk towards Yurikos' house to start his training with Hiroshi and Yuriko.

(Yuriko's Pov)

It's been two days since me and Hiroshi have training Yuto. At first, it was to make Yuto aware of his talent. If it was low, then I could convince him to find another path instead of being a Shinobi. With the training he has been doing, it's obvious that he wants to go to the Ninja Academy.

Still, his talent is high. He might match Itachi Uchiha that they've been praising. And it won't take long before he gets used to the basics I taught him. This is why I'm talking with Hayate at the moment.

Hayate:" You want me to teach a *cough, cough, * a 5 year old?" He said with one raised eyebrow as he coughed.

"Yes, I've already taught him the basics, but I can't teach him my sword techniques." Explaining as I want Hayate to teach him the [Dance of the Cresent moon]. And with how Hayate still owed me and Hiroshi a favor.

Hayate:" *Cough* Your sword techniques could only be used by women, right?" *Cough* he questioned

" Yes." I admitted.

Hayate:" *Sigh* Fine, but how far he could learn that depends on himself."

With Yuto's talent, I'm sure he'll be able to learn It quickly. How I met Hayate was that he was in the same year with me and Hiroshi. conversing with him for a while, and Hayate coughing, we both heard the doorbell ring.

"That must be Yuto." I told Hayate as he nodded.

Answering the door and as expected, it was Yuto with his round sunglasses and blank face that showed no emotion. I always wonder if he showed any emotions at all. Letting Yuto inside and when he met Hayate, he greeted with a nod, and Hayate did the same.

Hayate:" Looks like I'll be teaching you."

Yuto nodded as he looked at me.

"This is Hayate Gekko. Since I can't teach you any sword techniques, he'll teach his [Dance of the Crescent Moon]. "

Yuto nodded at my word, and Hayate gave him a handshake.

Hayate:" How much you learn depends on yourself, alright?" *cough cough*

Yuto nodded once more. Hayate turned his head towards me as he pointed at Yuto.

Hayate:"* Cough.* Does he only nod?"

"He speaks sometimes. oh, and Yuto, Hiroshi won't train you ninjutsu for a while cause he has a mission with his genin team he won't be back for a while." Yuto replied with a nod.

After the introduction was done, we moved at the training grounds.

Hayate;" *Cough, Cough* Alright, kid, I'll see how far you've gotten with the basics."

Hayate held a Bokken, and Yuto did the same. Hayate swung his Bokken at Yuto. Yuto tried to counter, but instead had to dodge, Hayate swung his Bokken at Yuto's head only for him to duck, but Hayates swing was a fake that aimed at Yutos leg. With that kind of surprise and short distance, make Yuto react that fast in a short time, even Hayate looked surprised.

This went on for a while, and Yuto began to show signs of fatigue. Hayate landed the last blow to Yuto, which made him drop to the ground. As I walked to help Yuto up, Hayate spoke.

Hayate:" *Cough* You manage to surprise me, and it seems that you have great talent in Kenjutsu. So I'll teach you [Dance of the Cresent Moon]."

I was glad that Yuto managed to get someone to teach him better techniques. Though I could only help and cheer him on. I realized that I've grown fond of Yuto as a son, and I'm sure Hiroshi has as well. And since Yuto is an orphan, we could maybe adopt him when me and Hiroshi are ready.

Hayate:" [Dance of the Cresent Moon] is using three shadow *Cough* clones to move like a Cresent Moon. But before teaching you, Shadow clones. I'll teach you the sword *Cough* techniques. I'll teach you how to coordinate with your shadow clones next."

Yuto nodded at his explanation.

Like this, Yuto was being taught by Hayate about the stances, and Yuto was learning it all like a sponge. this went on till lunch after giving both Yuto and Hayate their bento they managed to finish it quickly. I watched as they began to keep training, and I'm sure Hayate was surprised at how Yuto managed to learn everything.

After Yuto managed to learn everything, Hayate began to teach Yuto [Shadow clone], and after teaching Yuto, Hayate left saying he would come back tomorrow. Seeing Yuto practicing hard, I said my goodbyes and left to do patrol as it was my turn this week.

(Yuto Pov)

After Yuriko left, I was alone training by myself with [Shadow Clone] and [Dance of the Crescent Moon]. After practicing for a while, I started to train on my other skills until the sun was setting down. Deciding that I was done with training, I started to head back toward the orphanage.

Greeting Sister Nonou and Keiri. Before I could head towards my room. I was stopped by Nonou.

Nonou:" Yuto, although it's not my place to ask, but where do you go after morning till noon."

"Train." I can't hide anything from a ROOT ANBU. So it is better to tell the truth than lie when she might investigate.

Nonou:" Teaing for what? "

"Academy"

Nonou:" Oh, don't it start when you're six."

'SIX!!! Doesn't that mean I could start next year. And now that I remember Naruto started when he was six, and he failed for three years.'

I nodded at Nonou, and I started to walk towards my room and take a shower. After taking a shower, I had dinner and went back to my room. laying on bed, I checked my skills.

(Yuriko Pov)

"You think we should put Yuto in the Academy next year, but isn't he a bit young. can't we suggest it to him when he's 7 or 8 years old.

Hiroshi:" With Yuto's talent, I'm sure he will be able to enter. Besides, he could also get to be around people his ages. Maybe he'll make a friend."

'Sigh, I'm already acting as a mother for Yuto, but I'm sure it'll be fine, especially with his talent. and there's a chance he could talk to people his age to get him acting like a doll.'

"Alright, fine, but if something happens to him, I'll blame you. Hiroshi put his hands up with an awkward face. Leaving the restaurant that we had our date, Hiroshi walked me home when we arrived. we both stood there for a solid second before Hiroshi held my hand. My heart sped up as I could already guess what he wanted to do. As we both leaned for a kiss, time seemed too slow. It was always like this when we're always together.

After the kiss, my face felt hot, but looking at Hiroshi's embarrassed face, he looked cute as I leaned for another peck on his lips, and his face was red as a tomato. Chucking to myself, I said goodnight and closed the door. After closing the door on Hiroshi, I slid down the door with hands on my face as I regretted my embarrassing impulse.

'I hope he doesn't think of me as an easy woman.'

After a few minutes, I started to walk toward the bathroom to shower and headed to bed. After taking a shower, I got into my pajamas and laid in bed, falling asleep.
