6 Chapter 6 World Mission

Kyoutarou didn't know what was inside Anna's mind before he separated from her.

He went home without noticing the look in Anna's eyes. His mind was focused on what to do next.

After the final exam and graduation ceremony, he had six months to prepare for the UA entrance exam.

He was confident in the theoretical test, but the practical test made him a bit nervous. He didn't know what to expect or how to fully prepare for it.

"Whatever the test may be, all I can do now is become as strong as I could in six months."

Kyoutarou thought to himself, ready to give it his all to grind through the mission that the system would give him.

He thought about the mission that he had completed last week. He hoped that the next mission would be like them.

Kyoutarou was shocked that the mission that the system gave out this time wasn't a normal mission but a world mission. 

Just the name of it alone could tell many things. And the reward was enormous compared to the usual daily missions.

However, the biggest surprise of all wasn't the reward, but the world's name itself. 

Guilty Crown was an anime that he liked to watch in the past, as it was very dark and sad. It was a story that touched him deeply.

He hadn't watched it for some time now, and he almost forgot all of the details and plot points. However, he still remembers the intense emotions it stirred within him.

"Maybe I should re-watch it."

He thought about watching the anime alone, but somehow he felt very lonely. This must be because of Yamada Anna, who had always been around him this past week. He missed her for some reason.

Then comes the thought of the female lead of Guilty Crown, Yuzuriha Inori.

He must have to admit that she was his second crush after Ayanami Rei from Evangelion.

'How could she know where my house is?', he wondered.

"I am very sorry to visit you without telling you. But I feel very bad to go and celebrate without you. So I think, Why didn't I come here and celebrate with you?"

Anna said it quickly, as if she were afraid that Kyoutarou might be upset with her.

"It's okay. No one was home anyway. Come in. I am going to watch anime. Do you want to watch it with me?"

"No one was home?"

Anna's face went red a little as she thought about something inappropriate. She quickly brushed off the thought and replied,

"Let's do it!"

Anna came inside his house and made herself comfortable on the couch. Kyoutarou looked at Anna, who was now unboxing the giant food box filled with all his favorite foods.

She really remembered all his preferences. She was a really good girl who wanted to be a hero.

Anna was very happy right now, as this was the first time she had visited his home. Unfortunately, she only had time until 6 p.m. to stay before she needed to leave.

Her mother was very strict about her curfew and expected her to be home on time.

They watched Guilty Crown together, and she couldn't help but be jealous of the female lead named Yuzuriha Inori. Kyoutarou really focused on the show, but she couldn't shake off her feelings of jealousy.

Fortunately, she was just a fictional character, so there's no need to be jealous, right? It wasn't like she was real and could actually steal him from her.

'I am really silly sometimes,' she thought to herself with a small smile.
