So in this fanfic, mc and his brother go outside and somehow get in the middle of an Multiversal War. So basically anime war but better and lots of op shit. The mc won't be strong in the beginning and actually has to work for his power unlike one particular Sao character.

The mc power is similar to the gamer system. Except he doesn't have an system. There are skill books all around the place he can absorb, Most of them are anime skills. He needs to have requirements to use it or needs to do an list of things to learn it. Only he and his brother can see them and pick it up.
