"THEY ONLY PUT DEMONS UP HERE THAT HAVE EATEN TWO OR THREE PEOPLE…AND THEY GET KILLED DURING SELECTION…PLUS THE DEMONS EAT EACH OTHER TOO!" The npc yelled again
"But I have survived a very long time. in this prison…of wisteria Blossoms…I have eaten 50 of you brats!"

(Flashback)
"Remember…a demons strength come from the number of people it has consumed." Urokodaki said
"If it eats many people it gets stronger?" Tanjiro asked
"That's right they grow stronger…and some physically change, gaining unnatural powers." Said urokodaki

[Naoki POV]
As Naoki was still in a tree watching the conversation he could see Tanjiro get angry when the hand demon told him how he killed makumo

'Should I help him or should I watch him, he will kill the demon anyway so I don't see the point too.'
As he was watching Tanjiro fight the hand demon, Tanjiro gets sent flying from a punch by the hand demon, and Naoki sees the npc run away.
"Tch…Coward" said Naoki
He looks back at the fight and sees Tanjiro cutting of the arms of the hand demon and then tanjiro jumps straight into the air to dodge arm coming from the ground
As Tanjiro was in mid air the hand demon attacked, as tanjiro couldn't dodge as the fist got closer Tanjiro cocked his head back and headbutted the fist coming at him
And then Naoki heard tanjiro say

As tanjiro killed the hand demon he went to one of the hands of the hand demon and prayed to god

Naoki used shunpō to get to tanjiro and they started looking at each other until Naoki spoke.

And they were choosing there ore Naoki looked at the ore with his six eyes and seen one that had a slight purple glow to it and chose that one
