[Chapter —13]

Alice spoke on the phone for couple minutes before allowing Angela to talk with her father and then after she ran back to me, she had probably gotten attached to me from me saving her.

" The Doctor said that there is a helicopter at City Hall but we have a problem." Alice said frowning.

" Let me guess, we'll have to drop bodies to get to it right?" I asked with a smirk which went answered as Alice simply just sighed.

" Yes but Ashford said that it will be lightly guarded." Alice said but I knew all too well that this was all a trap.

" Alright then I guess we need a plan huh?" LJ asked brandishing his golden guns with a smile.

" I could and can clean everyone of them up in under a minute so long as they are within my range." I said with a shrugg making everyone stare at me in confusion.

" Oh yeah I have powers now....the T-Virus apparently is more then meets the eye." I told them.

" Powers?....like increased strength and speed maybe?" Rain asked me, making me surprised at how she would have knew that.

" And maybe the ability to sense the infected around you?" Alice added her own conclusions which wasn't a suprise as Rains.

" Yeah and Telekinesis but wait how does rain know that?" I asked even though I had at this point already made up my own conclusions and the one being the most likely being that my virus I injected into her did more then intended.

" That's because I also have them dummy, I don't know why but after the hive I woke up in an umbrella facility and after getting questioned of the events leading up to us getting out they immediately grafted me as a team leader and sent me back here in racoon." Rain said making me nod as I found everyone listening.

" After that I noticed that I had seemingly gotten stronger, faster and smarter too which isn't something I thought I'd ever say but yeah I guess whatever you cooked up back in the Hive did more then cure me." Rain said with an appreciating smile on her pretty face.

" Oh and do remind me to thank you 'extensively' for that by the way." She added with a wink making me chuckle as I definitely was gonna hit that.

" So Mr Handsome can whip up cures that make people stronger?" Nikolai asked with his Russian accent apparent in his speech. " Whip up some for us why don't cha?" Nikolaid said with a chuckle and looking at him and Carlos I saw that they had been bitten with a slight probe of my T-Virus Senses.

" How long?" I asked them.

" About three hours ago." Carlos said and then looked at Nikolai. " Four for him probably." He said making me nod before I looked back and Angela who had gotten back behind me.

" Hey Angie, do you mind sparing me a couple vials of the serum please?" I asked her with a sweet smile making her nod at me not even questioning how I knew she had Anti-virus in the first place.

She showed me her case which was the storage item for the virus made to look like any other lunchbox.

Opening it I grabbed two Antivirus and injected both of them.

Nikolai was probably way too infected to survive even with the Anti-virus and I really didn't want to save him anyway.

And making one of the serums I made for Rain would just be me wasting my time and resources plus I didn't want competition, now all I needed was a way to get rid of Carlos. Nikolai would waste away in an hour or so, so I didn't need to worry about him and as for LJ?...I actually quite liked him but he too would go.

" Is the Anti-virus gonna work?" I heard Terri ask behind me holding her camera pointed at me.

" More or less yeah but it depends on how long the infection has had time to grow inside the body of the infected." I answered her before looking at the sky.

" We should get moving, morning will be in a couple hours." I told them earning a nod as I led them towards a couple of still functioning cars and made sure that I was in the car with Alice, Rain and Jill alongside Terri who looked at me every now and then and looked away everytime I caught her as she carried Angela to make sure we all fit, except the other guys of course as they took another car.

After that I listened to Rain and Alice as they retold their stories from when they left me back at the Hive.

Alice was taken and put in the Alice project but Rain who clearly had been infected and bitten wasn't experimented on, something fishy was probably going on or I missed something.

And on the way I also told them of my ability and how we would storm the helicopter sight and get out of there as soon as possible.

I would draw agro and kill everything in sight while they sneakily as much as they could anyway get to the chopper and lift off while I take care of anything that would try to take us down.

A pretty straightforward and solid plan.
