11 The Bored Guest
"Wait! What if he freezes to death or something?"
Moon's cunning grin quickly faded into worry as he stood behind the closed door, considering the potential consequences of leaving his guest alone in the Cold Plunge.
"Well, even I managed to survive it with my low cold tolerance, so he should be fine, right…?" He pondered aloud, rationalizing the situation to ease his growing concern.

"What?!" Moon exclaimed, looking at the sudden notification in shock.
He could now be sure that the man was not in any danger, but couldn't fathom how anyone could possibly find any form of enjoyment inside that cursed room.
'Was there a secret hot spring or something hidden in that place?' Moon wondered, scratching his head in bewilderment.
'Or is that guy just a masochist? How the hell can anyone enjoy that horrible experience?!'

'Stop enjoying it!' Moon shouted in his head, his brain not being able to comprehend what was currently happening.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the door, the bored-looking man was calmly sitting under the chilly water, completely unaware of Moon's internal dilemma.
He had not bothered to take off his clothes, since he was sure that he wouldn't spend too long in this place.
His yellow one-piece jumpsuit hugged him like a second skin, while his white cape floated calmly in the frigid water.
'Oh? This place is not half bad…' He pondered, finding himself appreciating the unexpected freshness of this strange bath.
'Wait, didn't I have to buy groceries today?' He suddenly snapped out of his relaxed state, his face regaining its usual bored expression.
Although he wanted to stay for a little longer, he had more important things to do, forcing him to leave early.
Plop!
But before managing to get out of the pool, he suddenly felt like there was a strange, powerful presence watching him.
'Hm?' He curiously looked around, his eyes scanning the area, but there was nothing there.
'What's going on? Is there a fish in here or something?'
As if reading his mind, a colossal sea creature, which looked like a giant sea lion, suddenly materialized before him.
Its body glistened with a shimmering layer of frost that seemed to radiate an intense, bone-chilling cold, as its eyes glowed an eerie, piercing blue.
"Prepare yourself, hero! I am the Frostbiter, master of the frozen realms!" The strange creature suddenly declared with a booming voice.
'Frost… Biter? Where did it even come from? And how can it speak underwater?' The man with his usual uninterested expression wondered, when the sea lion suddenly started to rush at him at a frightening speed.
Thinking that he could take the attack, the bored man just sat still and waited for his enemy to reach him, but just as Frostbiter was about to bite into him...
Swish!
The man decided to dodge its attack at the last millisecond, actually feeling slightly threatened for the first time in a long time.
Boom!
The sea lion continued its missed charge, until its sharp teeth hit the pool's wall, making a gigantic dent in it.
'Oh? This suddenly got interesting...' The bored man thought, as a slight smile started to form on his face.
He raised his fists, covered by red gloves and propelled himself towards the sea creature.
Boooom!
Swoosh!
Bam!

Moon, on the outside, watched the satisfaction percentage skyrocket even faster than before.
"Seriously, what the hell is he doing in there?"
The silence from the Cold Plunge room left him in suspense, making him want to just barge in there.
He had been waiting for over an hour now and was getting more and more impatient as more time went by.
Bang!
Suddenly, the door finally swung open, revealing the guest standing tall in his yellow jumpsuit, which was completely soaked for some reason.
Water dripped from his clothes as he emerged from the misty room, seemingly unfazed by the experience he just had.
"Yo, you have some cool fish in there." The man remarked, his tone as indifferent as ever.
'Fish?' Moon wondered, as he noticed that the man was now flooding the lobby with his wet outfit.
"Hey! Did you go in there with your clothes on? Look, you are making a mess!" He complained to the man, who was completely oblivious to the state of his clothes.
"Oh?" The man looked down at the water trailing from his costume, raising an eyebrow.
Moon facepalmed, feeling a headache coming on.
"It's common sense! Who goes into a pool fully dressed?"
The man just shrugged as an answer and started picking his nose.
"...So, did you at least enjoy it?" Moon, torn between frustration and confusion, couldn't help but ask, even if he knew the answer.
"Hmm… Yes, I guess so. That fish was pretty strong..."
"I have no idea what you are talking about..." Moon remarked, shaking his head.
The guest simply continued digging in his nose, seemingly unbothered by Moon's comments.
'I guess I should check out his status while he is still here...' Moon mused, as he clicked a button on his SpaWatch.

With that remark, the strange man just walked out of the spa, leaving Moon in a state of bewilderment.

Moon though, was still not even close to figuring that out, as he was too busy waiting for the reward list to pop up...
