With the level-ups, we were currently the second and third, level seven adventurers in Orario. Surprisingly, none of us gained a new skill upon our level-ups, and sadly, something told me we won't be getting any more of them.

This time, we both choose the same development ability, one that showed up for the first time since we gained falna.

[Healing Power LVL:1/120]

- Increases health regeneration by 0.15%/LVL.

- Increases stamina regeneration by 0.25%/LVL.

The new development ability was quite useful, not only did it increase our survivability by boosting our health regeneration, but at the same time increased our stamina regeneration boosting the time we could spend in a fight. That ability even helped out in our bedroom activities and was tested out quite extensively the following days. I didn't forget about Olive's teasing in the dungeon and my promise for revenge, [Archive] was a powerful tool.

We took a short break for a few days, guiding the weaker familia members through the dungeon, collecting skills, and designing and crafting our new defensive equipment.

As I wanted something light, modular, and non-restraining, and the thing I came up with was a body suit, made out of small interconnected scale-like parts, fully enchanted.

Each scale was about a half centimeter in size, and a full-body suit needed about twenty thousand of them. Thankfully, with [Celestial Forge] and [Multitasking], I could create tens at the time, but it still took about 70 hours of extreme focus to shape and enchant them all. And let's not even talk about combining them into a suit, that alone took another two days.

The suit came in two versions, one for me and one for Olive, both had a silver metallic sheen, with a blue shimmer running through them when equipped. Additionally, both had large shoulder straps fully covering our shoulders, while Olivia's version looked like a standard woman's body suit, mine ended in shorts.

Both had segmented but still interconnected, spine guards which carried cylindrical shaped magical stones, that could, in an emergency situation, power all, but one, enchantment. They had a zipper-like mechanism on the side, allowing us to put them on quite easily.

As the scales were too small to place a full enchant on them, but they did allow a single rune to be written into it, so the runic script had to be spread out through multiple scales, and connected through artificial mana channels. The only downside of this was, that if one scale got lost or destroyed, some of the enchantments could stop working. That's why I had to build redundancy enchantments into the armor. While not as powerful as the main enchants, the secondary ones took over if the main one's ever stopped working.

We could say goodbye to both of our pendants because the new under armor came with the improved Air Filter, Temperature control, Durability, Impact Reduction, Regeneration, Clean and lastly placed on the back of it a large crystal scale, created out of tens of tier seven magical stones, held the biggest and the most complex enchantment I've ever done.

The crystal could hold up to half a million mana, dwarfing my total mana by three times over. While it could still be filled manually, the enchantment could regenerate mana from the environment, albeit slowly. The scale, while holding mana, seemed indestructible, and had a single task, to cast a newly created shielding spell.

[Spatial Barrier lvl 27]

- One-time cast spell, last until invested mana is exhausted or forcibly shut down by caster.

- Target gets surrounded by a transparent hexagonal shield, that warps space around them.

- Any attack aimed towards the shield, if possible, gets redirected.

- The area affected by the shield can be adjusted after activation, by investing additional mana.

- The shield is constantly rotating, and any lost hexagon is quickly regenerated using the invested mana.

- When the spell detects any harm done to its target it shifts to regeneration mode and heals the target.

- Upon detecting that the target's life is in grave danger, the spell sacrifices all of its mana in an attempt to perform a partial time reversal on the wounded area.

{Affinity: Life, Space, Time}

{Chant: None.}

The spell was an upgrade to [Svalinn], replacing its place on my Falna Status screen while keeping the older version's levels. The cost of the spell was five times the amount of mana Olivia currently held, standing at a whopping 100,000 for a single cast, making the creation of a chanted version for her totally useless. The runic script required for the spell, even with runes the size of a pea, needed a space of 20x20 cm, so the crystalline large scale, just under our shoulder blades, was implemented into the armor design. I really need to get some engraving equipment that would allow me to engrave items on a nanometer scale.

So, in the end, this armor was designed to be worn under armor or normal clothes, I had my old armor so I had no troubles, but Olive had to go out and buy new equipment. And she went in a short-sleeved shirt and a short skirt.

"Are you going on a picnic?" I asked her with a raised eyebrow.

"No, I'll be diving in this."

"Are you sure?" Even more, confused with her decision I ask.

"Yeah, it has a lot of mobility and it's pretty." She says with a smile and I just give up on changing her mind. Yeah, the new under armor will keep her safe and she rarely gets hit, but still...

"Okay, but you'll have to be extra careful, I don't want you to get hurt." I say giving her a light hug.

With the time required to create a single one of these armors, I didn't plan on giving the rest of the familia members one, however, all of them got a new... Pendant? -Not sure if a 20cm wide circle could be called a pendant anymore- They were made solely from level seven crystals, that could cast two spatial barriers, had the ability to automatically regenerate mana, had an air filter, clean, temperature control, regeneration, tracking, and SOS enchantments applied to them. Even if I wanted to add more to the pendant, the size restriction prevented it.

The tracking enchantment allowed me to always know their location, even if they are deep within the dungeon, while the SOS sent out a mental message to a single individual while pinging their location, thanks to its connection to the tracking enchantment. It was a heavily modified version of the Link spell I created a few days back. Call it overprotective, if you want, but I liked to be prepared.

Thankfully, the other familia members found interesting ways to attach the new emblem to their gear. Making my worries about its size, quickly disappear. They were all briefed about its abilities and gave me a group hug, happy that I wanted to protect them. Making me look away awkwardly because I only made it so they wouldn't ask for a body suit.

Learning from our last fine, our level-ups were reported to the guild, making another wave of surprise spread out through Orario. People tried to apply to our familia in masses, in an attempt to learn our secrets on how to level up so quickly. New spies, from multiple familia, were sent our way, which the house ward had a hard time keeping away. Even Hestia was accused of sharing part of her divinity with us, to boost our leveling speeds, but as nothing could be proved, so the accusers quickly quieted down.

In the meantime, Haruhime, with our help finally reached level two, while Lili was halfway to level three. She gained quite an intriguing ability, related to her race, allowing her to multicast spells using her, now, multiple tails. Strange how some of the Renard race card abilities manifested as falna system skills.

Freya was fuming, as her place at the top of Orario's hierarchy was in danger. She started formulating plans on how to capture us or force us to join her side. I was well aware of her personality but didn't know what she was planning.

The first normal Denatus, since we entered this world was called, and with that, all of our familia members received an Alias. Unsurprisingly, both I and Olive jumped from the status of a Low-Class Adventurer to a First-Class Adventurer, not that I meant anything to us, but it did provide us with additional fame. The biggest surprise, however, was when during the Denatus, Olivia received a new title.

[Sword Saint]

- Your sword strikes passively ignore 10% of the enemy's armor.

- Your single-target sword strikes, gain an area of effect, and 2% of the damage dealt to the main target is spread over to the nearby enemies.

- Gain 0.1% increase in physical damage, per point of agility.

We were quite still confused about it, until half an hour later I received one too.

[Arcane Sage]

- Your magic passively ignores 10% of enemy magic resistance.

- Wisdom used for determining your maximum mana capacity, counts double.

- Gain a 0.1% increase in spell damage, per point of intelligence.

You guessed it right, these titles came from our aliases, and Hestia was quite happy to inform us about them, she did fight for them pretty hard and thanks to Hephaistos and Loki, achieved what she wanted. I had a guess why these titles manifested as they did, and it was related to the fact that these aliases were given to us by Gods, and the system picked them up and formulated a title from them. It was probably related to how divinity and belief worked in this world. Olivia equipped it straight away, while I left my [Blessed by Death] title active, for now.

When we get back from this world, I was planning on buying a few title slots, enabling us to equip multiple titles at the same time, while allowing us to keep all of their benefits.

On the other hand, Lili got the embarrassing, "Power Support" alias, while Haruhime got the "Dancing Fox" one. Yeah, not the best ones they could have received, but gods tended to make them funny, at least for the low-level ones, for a reason. The embarrassing titles pushed them to invest more time into themselves, and level up to gain a chance to change it down the line. Whenever I met them I did extensively tease them both, and to my utter enjoyment, made them groan and pout in annoyance.

Our little break, and guiding the new generation, allowed me to clear some of our repeatable quests, quickly and efficiently. [Gate] and [Alter Orb] were heavily relied upon, allowing me to decimate only the population of the first sixty floors, as I didn't have the confidence to try and attempt the seventieth floor.

17x [Quest: [Slay 2 (R*18)] Completed 20 WP(x4) Received]

15x [Quest: [Slay 3 (R*16)] Completed 30 WP(x4) Received]

13x [Quest: [Slay 4 (R*14)] Completed 40 WP(x4) Received]

11x [Quest: [Slay 5 (R*12)] Completed 50 WP(x4) Received]

8x [Quest: [Slay 6 (R*10)] Completed 60 WP(x4) Received]

All of this was done in a day, and netted me a total of 9,360 WP, while at the same time granting me a huge amount of experience and excelia. Pushing me from 76 global levels all the way to 80, with my class level reaching 49. At the same time, only filled my excelia to the halfway point, as weaker monsters barely gave experience and excelia, if they did give any.

While finishing the quests I also used [Observational Learning] on anything that moved, and collected any and all abilities I could find, and oh boy there were a lot, some of them interesting, but some quite creepy or annoying.

Let's start from the top floors. Kobolds intriguing enough had the [Sense Ore] ability, that allows you to sense ores around you. With each level, its range increased by 10 meters. It doesn't sound interesting until you realize you can excavate tons of metals, minerals, or gems and sell them.

The stinky Goblins, however, gave me an annoying ability, and kind of made me reflect on my life choices. For fucks sake, the ability they gave me was called [Breed] and increased the chances of impregnation by one percent for each level, additionally, the children born this way were always the same species as the bearer of this ability. While that didn't sound so bad, it was a passive ability and I had no way of turning it off. Hopefully, it only levels up if I successfully impregnate someone, and not from all my bedroom activities. The only good thing it gave was an increase in stamina regeneration, but that alone couldn't fight off the drawbacks.

Dungeon Lizards, found on floors two, all the way to floor four, the ones with sucker disc feet, gave me the [Sticky Feet] ability, but it came with a cooldown and a time constraint. It could stay active for five seconds per level, and after that, it had a minute cooldown, that decreased by 1% for each level. It was quite a neat ability, allowing me to climb vertical surfaces with ease.

Frog Shooter, found on the sixth floor, thankfully, didn't give me a passive ability, only an active one called [Slimy Skin], that allowed my skin to create a layer of slime, making it slippery. I would have cried myself to sleep if this ability turned out to be a passive, always active one. The skill didn't have any practical application, but now that I think about it, the skill might be useful for massage, or some bedroom activities.

War Shadows, also found on the sixth floor, gave me a skill that was called [Shadow Form] and allowed me to turn into a black gaseous form for two seconds per level, that ignored all physical damage. Same as the sticky feet ability, it came with a restriction and had a cooldown of sixty seconds, which decreased by 1% for each level.

Killer Ants, found from the seventh to the ninth floor, were my new favorite monsters because they gave me something nice. [Pheromones], the skill I gained from them, allowed my skin to secrete pheromones, but it had a limited range of 1 meter per level. Theoretically, I could influence people's minds with this. Now if I could only figure out how to use it, it would be even better.

Purple Moths found on the seventh floor had the ability to produce poisonous powder, which I gladly learned. The skill I gained was [Poison Secretion] allowing my skin to produce poison, permitting me to apply it, if I wanted to, to a weapon or just to cover my enemies with it. This skill actually unlocked a class too.

[Class: [Poison Mage] unlocked.]

Similar to its cousin, the Purple Moth, the Blue Papilio produced a powder-like substance, but contrary to its cousin, this one had healing properties. I learned the ability without any troubles, granting me the skill [Healing Powder]. Same as [Poison Secretion] my skin could produce a powder-like substance, but this time with healing properties.

Continuing my descent, I found some Orcs on the twelfth floor, that granted me the ability called [Orcish Strength], boosting my strengths stats by 20% for two seconds per level, sadly the ability came with a cooldown of 20 seconds, which didn't decrease with leveling.

The next monster types I met were, Imps, and the only ability I could gain from them was [Conjure Flame] strangely enough it was strong, for a flat amount of mana I could conjure a flame without a chant or rune-based magic, and allow an effortless control over it.

Bad Bat's found on levels ten to fifteen, contrary to everything else, till now, gave me two abilities. The first one being [Echo Location], allowing me to create a mental map of my surrounding, with only sound. While the other one being [Sonic Attack] allowing me to attack targets with sound. One of these abilities actually unlocked a class too.

[Class: [Utaumancer] unlocked.]

Hard Armored, and Silverback, sadly, didn't give me anything, nor did the Infant Dragons. But Crystal Mantis, found on from the thirteenth, till the fifteenth floor, gave me [Crystalline Shell], creating a shell around me, that surprisingly allowed me to move, while at the same time providing a boost in my defenses.

Hellhound, Almiraj, and Dungeons Worms, again, didn't give anything, but Minotaur did. [Minotaur's Rage], the skill gained from them allowed you to boost all of your physical stats by 1% per level, while at the same time reducing your cognitive functions by 0.5% per level.

Goliath was already dead, and I didn't really have time to explore the 17th floor to confirm my theory about multiple boss monsters spawning on them. So I skipped him and went down to the 19th floor. The agile Bugbears, again, didn't give me a new skill, nor did the Battle Boars or Lizardman.

However, on the 19th floor, I met a Firebird, that gave me [Fire Coat], which coated all of my body in flames, creating a weak barrier. It had a constant mana drain, but the amount required to keep it up, was so low I didn't even notice it. This ability, combined nicely with [Conjure Flame], allowed me to shape the coat however I like it.

Vouivre, the humanoid dragons, found from the 19th till the 24th floors, again strangely enough, didn't give me anything, but the Mad Beetle found on the same levels did, [Seismic Sense] the ability I gained from them allowed me to sense my surrounding when touching the ground.

Mammoth Fool, Dark Fungus, Gun Libellula, and Sword Stag, thankfully, or sadly, didn't provide any strange abilities, but Trolls gave quite a nice one. [Troll's Regeneration], allowed me to regrow even lost limbs, albeit, slowly, and provided 0.01% of my total health, as regeneration per second per level.

As it was gained thanks to Blue Mage's ability, I was pretty sure I couldn't just straight up teach it to Olive, but maybe with Paper Mage's ability to create Grimoires, I could do it.

Deadly Hornet, Bloody Hive, Green Dragon, and Hobgoblin didn't grant me anything, however, the biggest surprise was Moss Huge, the monster that could replicate itself, by creating new magical stones, did, and that was the ability I copied. [Magical Stone Creation] used mana equal to its maximum capacity times ten, to create a magical stone. For example, a level seven magical stone could hold 100,000 points of mana, and needed 1,000,000 to create, thankfully, it didn't need to be paid straight up but could be channeled. Every ten levels the skill allowed a new level magical stone to be created. Currently sitting at level 1 I could create only level one stone, but at level 100, I could create even level 10 stones, this ability will allow me to do the DanMachi type of enchantments even in other worlds.

Poison Vermis, granted me [Decay], an ability to infuse my poison with the ability to decay affected tissues, and at the same time it boosted the effect of poison. It combined perfectly with Poison Secretion and boosted its overall power.

Sirens granted me two abilities, [Underwater Breathing] and [Siren's Voice]. Allowing me to breathe underwater, by separating Oxygen from water, and charming people with my voice.

Devil Mosquito, the motherfuckers of floor 25, granted me a skill and at the same time a new class. [Blood Manipulation], now this ability, even with such a grand name, was weak as fuck, well at least on this level. It had a range and a weight limit, while at the same time, it only worked with blood that I could insert my mana into. The only way to use it against a living opponent would be, if i saturated his body with my mana, but by that point i could have killed him at least ten times over. However, the skill was still useful, and maxing it out and using it a dead bodies might be viable and interesting way to fight in the future.

[Class: [Sanguimancer] unlocked.]

Light Quartz on the other hand granted me a skill named [Light Beam] and allowed me to shoot out beams of light. Not as useful as it sounds, but I will attempt to learn how to control the frequency of the light and maybe move it toward microwaves or maybe even gamma rays.

From the water floors, Crystaroth Urchin, Iguazu, and Mermaid didn't give anything, but Kelpie the water-walking horse, did, and it was quite an interesting ability. Allowing me to walk on water, for a flat amount of mana and pretend to be Jesus for a few seconds. [Water Walking] however came with restrictions, a time constraint of ten seconds per level and a flat cooldown of 5 seconds.

While Voltimeria granted a boring skill called [Levitate], the ability to levitate for a few seconds per level.

Now for the jackpot, Amphisbaena was spawned, and I spent an hour watching it, the monster gave me two extremely powerful abilities, [Diffusion] allowing me to diffuse magic in my surroundings, and [Blue Flame] a fire that burns even on water.

Obsidian Soldier gave me a skill called [Obsidian Shell], which created an obsidian-like substance over my body, drastically increasing my defensive capabilities, at the same time slowing down my movement speed.

Skull Sheep granted a skill called [Charge] boosting my movement speed by 10% per level while charging at the enemies, but at the same time, it had a sixty-second cooldown, that didn't decrease with leveling.

Thunder Snakes actually provided me with their signature skill, [Lightning Cloak], boosting my movement speed by 1 percent per level for one second per level, and at the same time surrounding me with a lightning barrier for five seconds per level. Its downside was a two-minute cooldown that decreased by 1 second per level.

Udaeus wasn't spawned, so nothing was gained from watching anything on his floor, but Balor was, and he granted me a nice [Dust Manipulation] skill.

Valgang Dragons granted the [Dragon Breath] ability, allowing me to shoot out a laser-like breath attack that had a range of a few kilometers, and increased in temperature and distance with each level, it, however, had a ten-minute cooldown and decreased by 0.9% for each level, The second ability they gave was called [Dragon Scales], increasing my resistance to both physical and magical damage by 0.02% per level.

The frost floors were quite interesting, Yetis didn't provide anything, nor did the Frozen Corpses. Wolf again nothing, but Bears strangely did. [Bears Vitality] granted a flat 0.01% boost to your vitality for each level, while Wendigo's annoyingly gave nothing.

Frost Giant's gave [Cold Resistance], and Josei provided me with [Blood Arts], it was an active skill that boosted any blood-related ability I had by 1% per level, then went on a ten-minute long cooldown.

On the mushroom floors, I got a skill called [Spore Release] allowing me to poison the air around me, and at the same time from the Zuggtmoy, I gained the skill [Illusion Creation]. That one actually made me quite interested, because it unlocked a new class.

[Class: [Illusionist] unlocked.]

The total time it took me to observe all of the monster types, was around two days, sadly the skill didn't work through [Celestial Eyes] and I had to see in person how the monsters perform the skills. The task while time-consuming was quite rewarding and granted me a total of 38 new abilities and four new classes. I had to add and move all of the new skills into a separate tab on my status, which I promptly named BMS, as in Blue Mage Skills.

BMS:

*[Bears Vitality 1] *[Blood Arts 1] *[Blood Manipulation 1] *[Blue Flame 1] *[Breed 1] *[Charge 1] *[Cold Resistance 1] *[Conjure Flame 1] *[Crystalline Shell 1] *[Decay 1] *[Diffusion 1] *[Dragon Breath 1] *[Dragon Scales 1] *[Dust Manipulation 1] *[Echo Location 1] *[Enhanced Hearing 1] *[Featherweight 1] *[Fire Coat 1] *[Gaseous Form 1] *[Illusion Creation 1] *[Levitate 1] *[Magical Stone Creation 1] *[Minotaur's Rage 1] *[Obsidian Shell 1] *[Orcish Strength 1] *[Pheromones 1] *[Poison Secretion 1] *[Seismic Sense 1] *[Sense Ore 1] *[Shadow Form 1] *[Siren's Voice 1] *[Slimy Skin 1] *[Sonic Attack 1] *[Spore Release 1] *[Sticky Feet 1] *[Thunder 1] *[Troll's Regeneration 1] *[Underwater Breathing 1] *[Water Walking 1]
