Not the best but a fancy ass first name was granted to me by my ever so loving parents.
No they weren't caught in a car accident or murdered by some serial killer, they're having a nice vacation in Hawaii as of right now.
I've recently opened up an arcade in a pretty remote area of America, and by a remote area I mean built inside a damn mountain.
A silly area to place it, but I'm not interested in visitors coming in.
[ Are you sure you want to place a |Multiversal| gate here? ]
"Yes." I replied as the glass door shone and the doors only slightly changed.
I was granted this system of the sort, I didn't really understand it, nor use it but only did when I started reading a bunch of those novels.
I did talk about it when I was younger but was only branded as weird or crazy. I didn't want to use the system's as I feared that something like Godzilla would come out of it.
As such I studied into things such as the economy and worked for a bank for a good while. I managed to save enough money to build a arcade in such a remote place.

'Oh I didn't expect that.' I thought as I pondered what to do with this.
"System, give me a description of this gate." I commanded, to which the system responded to.
[ |Teleportation Gate| can only be used in the user's original world, capable of instantly transporting the user to one place to another. ] The system explained.
"Hm, this could be useful." I stated as I walked towards one of the employee only rooms.
The arcade itself was running on solar power along with wind power. With only half of the game machines functioning at the moment.
The arcade was also quite spacious, capable of holding up to a hundred and fifty adults before being too compact.
As per usual, pay for a card and then are you able to play games.
[ Arcade building detected, Arcadia System reward, main system deactivating... ]
[ Rebooting...]

"God did that take a while." I groaned as I had wasted 3 minutes of my life watching that bar fill to the end.
[ System rebooted, welcome to the Multiversal Arcadia system user, unlike most systems, this system is a capitalist type where what you earn is what I take. ] The system said blankly.
"Bruh." Was the only thing I could say.
[ The System will automatically provide the building with electricity, water and the building's infrastructure. The System's currency is Universal Currency or in shorter terms, UC's giving the user the ability to purchase upgrades or games for their shop. ] The system explained further.
"That's cool, but how do I get that?" I asked the system.
[ Depending on the world, currency could be exchanged for AU. ]
"I see, I see..." I thought more.
Speaking of which, I still have to place down that door.
"Place [Teleportation Gate] here." I told the system.
One of the doors that led to the outside world suddenly shone.
I walked through it to find myself in the slums of a super market.
'I mean this area isn't so bad, but it's a bit awkward.' I thought as I walked back into the arcade.
'The system only mentioned that it would supply electricity and water so I still have to worry about food...' I groaned as I was hoping that the system would supply that.

Currently, Ned Leeds is texting and joking about Peter's powers.
"Heh." He laughed as he was about to enter his next troll.
That was, until a door strangely manifested into one of his walls.
"What the hell?!" He stood on his gaming chair shocked.
What appeared before him was a fancy but ominous door.
'Did diabetes finally catch up to me?!' He sadly thought as he walked towards the door.
Upon opening the door, he found himself in the front of some area.
"Huh where am I?" He frowned.
He expect something like a ROB to appear before him and bestow upon him the ability to actually lose weight.

[ A customer has arrived. ]
"Oh? Already?" I didn't expect anyone to come this early.
Walking out front I saw a fat looking guy standing there in curiosity.
"Hey, do you mind telling me where I am?" He asked.
"Well, you're in an arcade, if you wanna play some games you've got to pay."
"An arcade? A door appeared in my room and it's an arcade? Aw screw it whatever." He sighed.
He grabbed his wallet and sifted through it.
"Eh I have a good amount for a while, how much does it cost to play?" He asked.
'Hell, system how many US dollars is equivalent to a UC?' I asked mentally.
[ 1 USD = 0.5 UC ] The system answered.
'Damn that's not very much.
"20 bucks and you can play as many games in the span of 2 hours." I replied to him.
'Now that I think of it, isn't that Ned from Spiderman?' I realized. "Fat bozo..." I internally thought once more, chuckling in my head.
"Sounds good, here." He handed me a twenty to which I gave him a card with unlimited uses.
'System, convert this money to UC.' I mentally told the system.
[ Ding! User had gained, 10 UC ]
[ User is capable of disabling cards or setting a timer to which any customer could use. ]
'Cool, set a timer of 2 hours to my first customer's card.' I thought as I watched Ned go up the escalator leading into the hall of games.
[ Ding! User has received a new function, |Shop| has been unlocked. ] The system chimed in.
"Hm a ton of progress already." I mumbled as I opened it.

"Hmm either I get better games which could get me some more UC, or I could save a bit more for some defenses..." I pondered.
You know what I could just save that for later, "System purchase Advanced video Games." I commanded the system.

'What a good deal.' I thought as I was blasting some zombies.
I didn't recognize some of these franchises of the games but I could understand what was going on.
Zombies weren't a new topic but this was still fun.
I was moving on and trying the games that were all around the area, racing games, fighting games, things even like Flappy bird were around.
I was enjoying my gaming spree for a while until I saw a white light shining in the corner of my eye.
Although there were already a ton of lights blasting around the area it shone so much that it caught my attention.
Walking towards it I could see a new section with different walls with a massive headset looking thing.
'What is that?' I thought as I continued to walk towards it.
When I tried to enter the area I saw a bunch of headsets connected to the ceiling with a large T.V screen in front of each and every one of them.
"Is this some new technology? What are these things..." I said out loud in curiosity as I walked over to one of them and activated it with my card.
The headset then dropped lower so I could reach it along with something that looks like a Wii controller but with a big circular handle.
The screen in front of the headset also lit up showing a message which read "Thank you and enjoy your experience.".
"Well, one way to find out." I whispered as I put on the strange device.
It smoothly went onto my head and I quickly found myself in another world.
"WOAH!" I shouted in amazement as I grabbed the controls and moved around.
I couldn't really move around and was limited to a certain area but it was already cool.
[ Register username __________ ]
"Huh, well I guess I can put the best thing here..." I started typing on the flying keyboard with the controller.
[ Are you sure you want to name yourself : NedTheGamer, you will not be able to change your username after you accept this. ]
"Oh I can't change my username, I should probably put something cooler then...." I immediately changed my name to NedTheKing.
[ You have been registered as NedTheKing, thank you for playing and have fun... ]
The message immediately disappeared and I found myself in a pitch black.
However not for long as what was presented before me was a massive magnitude of games, names I have seen and some that I have not.
Franchises such as Star Wars, Minecraft and oh look more zombies.
I clicked on the Star Wars game as it had some cool laser guns shooting around and an intimidating guy in black armor.
The game then started to load in.
[ Loading... ]
A play button came up, along with options, achievements and leader board.
Obviously clicking play, came a difficulty mode and I chose normal as I didn't want my bum to get beat or breeze through this game easily.
I was going to enjoy my fun before...
[ WARNING, YOUR PLAY TIME HAS RUN OUT, PAY MANAGEMENT FOR MORE PLAY TIME. ]
"Dude, not cool...." I groaned as my excitement had just been stolen from me because I ran out of time.
'Eh I can come another time, if it's been 2 hours at this point I should probably go back.' I stretched as I readied myself to go back.

'Hopefully that won't get annoying.' I thought as I shut off my phone.
Little did I I know that was going to become true....
I walked to the front to see a demon girl...
Now where have I seen that before...
"A human is here after a door randomly appears here? What is this place?" She asked me with a strange look.
"An arcade, there's a bunch of game upstairs but you're gonna have to pay for it." I responded with a smile.
'Wait, isn't this girl from... Helltaker?' I thought confused.
People from games can also appear? Well that just changes a bunch of things. Hopefully someone like Superman from Injustice doesn't appear.
"Money? Meh I have something on me..." She reaches into her pocket and flips it to me.
It was a red coin with a skull engraved into.
'System, how much is this worth?' I asked.
[ Helltaker coin is worth 16 UC. ]
'Wow that's a lot, system convert this into UC.' I told the system again.
[ Ding! User has gained 16 UC. ]
[ User now has 18 UC. ]
"Alright, here, you get 2 hours of play time." I told her.
"Cool, you got turn based games up there though?" She asked me.
"Look around yourself, I'll guarantee that you'll find something fun." I shrugged.
"Sure, but if there ain't you'll find yourself with only one arm and broke." She grinned as she made her way up the stairs with the card between her fingers.
'Uh alright, system open up the shop again.' I told the system once more.

"Hmm, system could you explain what the multiversal gate upgrade does?" I asked the system.
[ Ding! The Multiversal gate upgrade will enhance characters from fictional worlds of entering the arcade. ]
"Hm, that's nice, however I need to get some sort of defense as I was lucky that nothing dangerous has appeared." I mumbled further more to myself.
"You know what fuck the system." I said.
Instead of just telling the system what to do I click on the buy button on the menu display in front of me and bought the system defenses.
[ Ding! | Arcade defense | (Weak) Has been purchased, the user now has 3 UC. ]
[ Notice! The system advises the usage of the mental or voice commands as touching nothing makes user's seem crazy. ] The system notified me.
"Uh alright." I scratched my head.
That's when I heard someone else yell out, "Yo I'm back!" It was Ned.
He ran up to me, "Dude those were some sick games, also who was that chick that I passed a bit ago?" He asked.
"Customer, also I'd advise you to not harass anyone or I might have to kick you out." I smiled without any remorse.
"Dude, you get no bitches I bet." He smugly smiled.
"You say I have no bitches, but I don't see where yours are." I replied to him.
"Ok ok I give up, but seriously what is this place, and who are you anyway?" He asked further more.
Question after question I guess.
"Razael Mitch, pleasure to meet you." I held my hand out.
He shook it firmly.
"Anyway, you leaving?" I asked this time.
"Yeah, I had fun but I'm pretty burnt out so Imma head out." He said before waving a goodbye and left the building.
'Could've at least left a tip, sheesh, some people.' I rolled my eyes as I got back onto my phone watching some cultured anime.

Haha end of story.
I dunno what to do on this story so give some ideas I guess.
I plan to upload weekly, or maybe twice a week if I feel like it.
This fanfic is for fun, so don't expect too much I guess lol
Also if you're reading this when there hasn't been many chapters I don't really want to make a ton of chapters and release them all at once because I'm lazy.
