(3rd person pov)

{location: void}

as a lonely soul floats through space it contemplates how it got here but can't seem to remember a thing, the soul weeps internally as it continues to flow through the void.

as it glances around the darkness for the millionth time it notices something other than darkness a very dim light, like a lightbulb about to go out as it wills itself forward it tries to touch the dim light with its metaphorical hand. the soul grips the dim light gently as if trying to avoid it going out.

as the soul feels light in its "hand" it feels the vibrations and the "happiness" it seems to bring. the soul opens its "palm" and "looks" down into the light slowly the light seems to get brighter and brighter until the soul is wholly engulfed in the brightness.

once the light fades away the soul feels different it looks around and notices it appears to be in a different kind of darkness the soul can "feel" now it can feel its hands and feet it can feel the syrup-like substance that seems to surround it, the soul can "think" now.

(first person pov)

{location: unknown} 'w-where am I?' the soul thinks as it moves around its body in the syrup-like substance 'what am I?' the soul contemplates as it begins to squirm that soon turns into weak kicks enticing a muffled yelp from outside the darkness 'huh?' 'where the hell am I!?' the soul internally yells, the soul begins to think about where it could be 'the last I remember is walking home from school and getting hit by my girlfriend's car for cheating on her' [the mc is not a good person]

'hmm, sticky substance darkness me not needing to breathe despite being in a liquid I know! I'm in a fucking womb!' the soul almost begins to panic as it quickly realizes it appears to be fully developed so it should be born soon it falls asleep due to suspending its energy squirming to much.

(time skip 2 weeks)

{location: womb}

'the day has come' the soul thinks as the liquid seems to drain from its prison and the soul goes head first toward a bright light as its head exits the bright light it feels its body begin to get crushed "wahhhhhhhh" he screams as he exits the hole and is picked up by a blurry orange man with red hair 'what the hell this isn't earth' the soul thinks as the first thing it notices is the window the outside worlds sky appears to be light orange not like the dim light of the sunset but apocalypse orange.

as the soul begins to look around with its eyes it is put into the hands of a blurry orange person who he assumes to be a woman with pitch black hair she does something that he can make out as a smile and she begins to speak gibberish but he can make out one word at the end of her sentence, Mezain
