I'll try to explain the best I can. I will use many examples of what I mean by "empires" and "civilizations". So think, kpop is a genre of music, right? Imagine it being a way of life. Imagine (ex.) BTS being the emperors or rulers of their country. Let's pretend their country is named Bangtasia and the state Bangtasia is in is Hybe. The people in Bangtasia would be Army. Army is BTS' fandom, yes? That one country would work and function based on what BTS has taught Army. Make sense? Like a religion almost. I know this is stupid, but I'm writing this for fun!
