48 Medical Academy!

Sure enough, as soon as Mito said these words, Tsunade froze as she had forgotten where she was. A deep red blush appeared on her face, making her cheeks red like tomato, and Kidou who was thick-skinned, didn't care about Mito's words, and he muttered, "How cute!"

Kidou who felt danger, immediately made a seal and disappeared from the place.

An air pressure was formed in the room because of Tsunade's punch and looking at the scene, Mito was a bit dumbfounded, and her eyes fell on the golden flashes around Tsunade's hand.

Seeing them, she understood that Tsunade had used Kyuubi's chakra in the punch, and if that punch had hit Kidou, he would remain in hospital for a few weeks.

"Tsunade!" Mito called out Tsunade as she looked at her attacking Kidou, but Tsunade acted as if she hadn't heard her. A Kunai appeared on Tsunade's hand with weird symbols on it.

Looking at the Kunai, Tsunade flashed a smile and as she poured chakra into the Kunai, she disappeared from the place.

Mito looked at the empty place with a wry smile on her face and then she sighed as she thought of Tsunade's temper.

"I guess I will just surprise them about marriage instead of talking about this," Mito muttered with a mischievous smile on her face and a chuckle escaped her lips as she thought of how Tsunade would react to the cards she would send her about her marriage.

Kushina who was sitting at the side looked at the empty space with a look of envy in her eye and then she shook her head at the thoughts and stopped thinking about them.

Later that day, the ninjas who went to train to the training ground Six, found out that the whole training ground had been destroyed with many craters and cracks on the ground.

When Hiruzen got to know about this, he sighed as he thought of his student who would destroy the grounds, and he sent ninjas proficient in Earth Release to repair the craters.

Since then, two months passed by, and nothing extraordinary happened in the village.

In these two months, Kidou located other ROOT Ninjas in the village, and slowly, he met them and gathered them under him. Even though he took control of the ninjas, he ordered to them act as before, but they would report all the orders they would receive from Hiruzen and Danzo who had woken up a month later.

Using the ROOT Ninjas outside the village, Kidou put many Teleportation Seals outside the village and a whole new map was created with these points as teleportation checkpoints.

Just like how he made Teleportation Kunai for Tsunade so that she could use all these seal points, Kidou put the seals on ROOT Ninjas so that they could also use these seals to move around easily, but he divided the level of Seals into three level.

For the first level, he made the seal so that the person could use all the seals available in the world. Only Tsunade and Kidou had the right to use this level of Seal.

For the second level, only Jonins under Kidou could use these seals, and they involved all other seals except for Private Seals and the seal marks that Kidou placed on Tsunade and others related to him.

The Third level included the basic locations and hideouts in different countries which were available for everyone above the Genin Level.

Besides these seals, Kidou also made everyone in the ROOT practice their chakra control and Physical strength for these two months and when they reached a sufficient level, he took out many Jutsus, and most of the Jutsus under the B-rank were available in the Classics for Ninja to use.

Kidou also used his creator talent to equip the Ninjas under ROOT with good, enchanted equipment and these included Kunais, Shurikens, Clothes, Rings and weapons.

He also had the idea of creating Nano Chips and Artificial Intelligence to keep everything in check, and he had already started the plan to create another Robot that would look after everything in the ROOT Base.

On the other hand, in Konoha, Tsunade had also started to work for the new Medical System, and the first thing that she did was to use the money she got from Koharu to create a Medical Academy.

At first, when she gives the draft to Hiruzen, he denies it because it would cause much trouble in the village, but Tsunade doesn't listen to his words.

Using her identity as Konoha Princess, she asked Daimyo to write a letter regarding the Medical Academy, and not only did she get permission from him, but Daimyo also supported it because Mito paid a visit to him with Kidou's help.

When Hiruzen saw the letter, he had an ugly look on his face, and it was the same for Koharu, who was the Director of the Medical Department in the village.

The only one who supported Tsunade for this academy was Biwako Sarutobi, wife of Hiruzen of Sarutobi, the Third Hokage and the Head of the Medical Department.

But, Tsunade knew that even if Biwako supported her in the Medical System, she was from Hiruzen's faction, and she was also a spy placed by her side. A spy that she couldn't kick out no matter what, at least not until she has proof of Biwako 'stealing' something from her.

But Tsunade didn't plan on doing anything as she knew that even if other clans agreed with her, she needed capable people who would work with her and make this system successful.

For this Medical Academy, Tsunade added three level courses. The Basick Course is for people who know nothing about Iryojutsu.

The Intermediate Course is for people who want to become Medical Ninja but aren't capable of becoming one because of problems like lack of Yang Affinity, less chakra amount, and inherent less chakra control.

This course would include most of the theory and practicals that would also be used in the advanced course, and they would be given the New Seals that she and Kidou developed to help injured people.

The advanced course is for people who can use the Mythical Palm Technique, and many Techniques, such as Chakra Scalpel, Cell Activation Technique, and even Yin Seal and Creation Rebirth for those who are capable of learning it.

The basic course is expected to take 2-3 years to complete, the intermediate course should take 3-5 years, and the advanced course is a lifelong course. The minimum duration set for the advanced course is 5 years, as anyone who intends to learn it has the potential to become a good Medical-Nin.

Kidou believed that if a person could learn everything in just five years, their level of expertise would be the same as Tsunade's. However, Tsunade disagreed with this notion, stating that if someone could complete an entire course in just five years, their potential for learning would actually surpass her own.
