Total Strangers

Ariana's Pov:

I groan as I lay my head on Olivia's shoulder tiredly "I'm never partying again...I can't with this hang over.." I whined in pain rubbing my forehead.

Olivia laughs so hard at what I said as if I just said the funniest joke ever "that's a funny joke!! Ariana you said the same thing three days ago and look at you." she said shaking her head in disbelief her face getting serious again.

I sighed a little not responding to her I just frowned for a bit before I went deep into my thoughts zoning out for a bit. it's really tiring I've been having a drinking problem for over a year now I don't know when will I control myself but I like my life now, drinking and partying is the definition of Ariana without them I'd be lost to be honest cause they make me forget who I was and what my past was I would never want to remember them so I continue doing what I'm doing it's pretty helpful but the results that comes the next day makes me regret every single decision I've made.

while I was deep into my thoughts my phone started ringing making me snap out and look at it, I covered my face so annoyed as Olivia looked at me curiously, I uncovered my face and flipped my phone so it was facing the other side I didn't want to look. "it's one of the girls I hooked up with last night even though I don't remember everything but she was pretty annoying and clingy."

"then why the hell do you have her number?" Olivia scoffed thinking I was into her.

"liv what the fuck? you know my way I don't do this fucked up relationships. look at me two years living happily with no heartbreaks, but anyways maybe she thought that I'm interested in her even though I said a couple of times I don't do relationships! she must've saved her number while I was too drunk to notice" I said as I got up brushing my fingers through my hair.

"you should really stop giving people hopes and then run away from them...I know relationships isn't your thing but-" while Olivia was talking wanting to give me another speech like every time i cut her off putting my finger on her lips.

"shhh liv that's enough my head is gonna explode I can't bare with your speech today! I need some coffee.." I picked up my phone and AirPods.

"I swear to god I don't deserve this treatment! I'm just telling you the truth! ungrateful bitch.." she said angrily frowning.

I smiled putting my AirPods and walking away as I yelled to her "I SWEAR YOU LOVE ME!"

I was on my phone on my way to the cafeteria to get myself some coffee I really needed it since I have a lecture in 20mins and my head is literally throbbing. Once I got there I ordered an americano. Taking out one of my AirPods from my ear so I can hear the guy in the cashier but it accidentally fell down, I sighed going down to get it but there was someone else who crouched down with me at the same time to get it making our heads bump into each other. I groaned holding my head. Like on top of the headache I have from my hang over this happens??

"I'm sorry...are you alright?" a worried but a deep and hot voice came from the girl infront of me making me lift my head up looking into her eyes, it was so beautiful that I got too lost in them but her eyes held a lot of darkness and sadness. her features were so hot that I felt attracted to her instantly, her full lips,  perfect nose, sharp jawline and piercings that fitted her face perfectly. I was so impressed that there was someone this hot and good looking, I never feel like this towards anyone no matter how hot or pretty they are, but her? she was a different situation, I don't know what happened to me. I kept starring at her eyes for a whole minute quietly I even forgot the pain from how zoned out I was. I was admiring her features. I felt a gentle tap on my shoulder making me snap out.

"hey...is everything alright? do you need to go to the hospital?" she asked as her hand was still laying on my shoulder softly and she looked seriously worried, but she was really exaggerating it's just a bump.

"w-what? hospital? no no I'm completely fine!" I said standing up quickly straightening my clothes as I felt so embarrassed and stupid. I heard a low chuckle from her then I heard a ding she looked at me again handing me my AirPod "I treated you with a coffee as an apology I hope you accept it.." she smirked slightly then walked away before I can even respond.

"I-" I was in complete silence surprised and shocked from what just happened, my head started hurting again because of how much I was thinking, I started pressing my palm on my head where we bumped as I caressed it a little trying to relieve the pain, I sighed heavily getting back to my phone, 2mins later the barista called me when my coffee was done. I took it then heeded to where my English lecture was. I kept sipping from the coffee until I reached there, once I got inside and the class was pretty full everyone was there I found a spot in the middle row as everyone was looking at me as always, the professor wasn't here yet so I used my phone till she came and started her lecture

-A while later-

when the lecture ended I took my stuff and got up leaving the lecture hall as I was tired as hell, my hang over was better but I needed sleep and a lot of it. I looked at my phone it is buzzing for a while now, I answered Olivia since she was the one who kept calling me. "hey Miss Wise Serious Bitch what's up?" I said sarcastically as she kept cursing at me, making me move the phone away from my ear laughing a bit until she finished. "are you done?" I told her bringing the phone Bach to my ear.

"I'm starving ari let's go out to get some lunch my treat but come on!" she whined nearly crying.

"I swear I'm tired I want to sleep, and also I drunk a lot of coffee I feel so full!" I kept explaining to her.

"come on please..you won't let me go out and eat alone I know you wouldn't so I'll be waiting for you at our usual." she said and then she hung up making me smile and chuckle softly to myself.

I raised my head a little looking around while I was walking as I spotted the same hot mysterious girl I bumped into earlier starring at me nonstop from a far. It made me blush slightly because of the way she was looking, but I just put in mind that it could've been a coincidence or she was maybe zoned out and I passed infront of her. I didn't really think about it a lot since I don't care at all about this stuff. I walked to my car as I got in and starting it, driving quickly to our usual restaurant so I wouldn't be late on Olivia. 10 mins later I arrived parking my car and getting out of my car locking it and sliding the key in my pocket, entering the restaurant as I spotted Olivia ordering I sat down in front of her and I didn't interfere since Olivia knows me so well, we've been friends for 7 years now and she knows every single detail about me. I sat on my phone while she ordered once she was done and the waiter left she groaned making me look at her curiously. "what's wrong with you?" I asked placing my phone down.

"Max is an asshole! I just can't believe him!" she yelled angrily as everyone turned their heads to us.

I laughed shaking my head "see and you keep asking me why I don't like relationships look at you."I scoffed tilting my head curiously "sorry I know wrong timing....." I mumbled smiling sheepishly "what did he do this time?" I asked her getting serious with her again.

"he invited his ex to his party today and didn't invite me. Tina just told me, I can't with this fucking guy!"

"just dump him already liv don't let him use you he doesn't deserve you, he keeps treating you like shit and he keeps cheating on you all the fucking time, you deserve way better than him and his shitty treatment. don't let someone like him do this to you, I've told you the same thing for over a million times now" I said really mad now frowning, my blood was boiling I wanted to go kill that guy in this damn second "I have a plan to get you in the party but in one condition Olivia" I said raising my eyebrow waiting for a response from her.

"no I'm really going to listen to you this time I swear he is so dead..." she said with a sad tone her eyes forming tears "what is it?" she asked almost whispering.

"I'll get us in but just don't shed a tear on this dickhead he never treated you right to even make you feel broken and sad that you'll lose him, even though I'm so against relationships and I always say being alone is perfect but I know you and you'll find someone better who treats you right" I smiled softly holding her hand and caressing it assuring her. She finally smiled to me as I started joking around to lighten up her mood and our food arrived we ate and laughed and talked until we were done. "so we meet up at his house 9pm alright?" 

"yeah but don't be late or I'll kill you with him!" she said warning me making me roll my eyes at her.

We all left after I paid even though she said she'll pay but I did since she wasn't feeling so well, anyways I headed home to rest before the party, calling some friends for some help to get me in this party without that asshole Max noticing.....
