Accident part:1

It had been an week since the engagement party. Lydia was busy with the amount of work and she has also moved to her new apartment. Today was weekend and she was going shopping with Cristina. They agreed to meet at star mall. She arrived there at exact time. As her family was the owner of the star mall, she had a special treatment. When she arrived at the mall there was red carpet in the entrance. All the workers in the mall were gathered there to greet her. As they wanted bootlick her. She could see that the mall's director was following her and she dismissed all those who were following her. They couldn't offend her so they stopped following her. She was standing there waiting for Cristina.

Just from behind she heard the voice which she hated so much.

Mia was behind her. She different from what she used to be. Her hair was messy and she was skinnier. And she smelt bad. Her dress was torn in most of the part. From what she understand her family already bankrupt. Even though they are bankrupt, they could still live a common and happy life. But they had a lot of enemies who wanted to kill them. So Mia might have survived it.

"Lydia where were you. I went to the old mansion and they didn't let me in. You must punished them. Look at me those bastards, they hurt me. Lydia save me." She said while getting closer to her. Lily and Rose saw it and was about to take action but Lydia signal them to not come.

"I'm sorry Miss but I don't have any exchange with me. How about I come some other day and give you money." She said with an mocking eyes. Mia was beginning to lose her control. Did she thought that she was beggar. She clenched her fist and looked down.

Lydia didn't even looked at her. From a distance she saw Cristina. She was smiling and waving at her. Lydia waved back at her. Cristina came to her side. "I'm sorry I'm late. I woke up late so." She was running so she panting.

"It's okay. A couples like you need to wake up late. So that I could have a niece to play with." Lydia smiled. Cristina was blushing when she heard it. She looked back and saw a woman who was kind of had a messy look. "Lydia was she begging you? You might don't have exchange is it. It's okay i have some I will give some to her." She search for her purse in the bag. Lydia just nodded.

Cristina gave Mia some money. "It might not be big but here take it." She smiled. Then She catch Lydia's hand and went.

Mia was so angry. She couldn't controlled her anger. She mumbled "does she think am a beggar. Does she.....ahhhhhhhhhhh" she couldn't control her anger and she started to scream.She stood up and started running madly to Lydia. Cristina was startled by the scream and when she look back she saw that she was running madly to Lydia with a murderous intention and pushed Lydia.

BANG

There was the loud sound in the air. Lydia was pushed by Cristina. So she had sprained her ankle.

When she stood up she saw Cristina was in a pool of blood.Lydia was shocked to see her in that state. Just then her legs started to run towards her. She ordered Lily to call the Ao Lan hospital. She picked her up and put her in the car. She ordered rose to catch Mia. Mia was about run when she was caught be rose. She started to scream. Rose hit her at the neck and she lost consciousness.

Ao Lan hospital

Lydia called the doctors. She was covered with blood. Her hand was trembling.

Lydia sent Cristina to the operation theatre. She sat at the side of the chair. She was in shock.

Just then Jacob came he was very terrified when his guard who protect Cristina told that Cristina had an accident.

He left all his meetings and came straight to the hospital. He saw that Lydia was sitting there. There was no expression in her. She was calm and composed. But he could feel that she was having an internal fight within her. He knew about the accident. But it was not entirely her fault.

He pat his hand on her shoulder." This was not your fault. Don't take the blame all by yourself. It was her decision anyway." He comforted her. Lydia heard it. She felt that it was her Fault.

"Hmmm....I'm sorry I couldn't protect her."

"Hey it's the job of her man to protect her. You don't need to protect her." He said with a kind of annoying voiced. Lydia just chuckled."fine only you can protect her."

Louis had heard that Cristina and Lydia both had an accident. He was also very worried about Lydia. He rushed straight to the hospital.

Louis was relief to see her fine. But he could see her sprained ankle. He went straight to her and carried her in a princess style. Lydia was off guard so she couldn't dodged it.

'"Hey what are you doing. Put me down." She said angrily.

He ignored her and took her straight to the doctor and demanded him to check her leg.

The doctor bandaged her feet and gave her some medicine. Lydia thanked the doctor.

She was kind of happy that he was taking care of her.

"You know, you look like a devil when you are angry." Louis teased her.

"I'm really a devil." She said unbothered by the nickname.

She was about to get off the bed when suddenly Louis Carried her.

"What are you doing again?"

"Carrying you. Your leg is wounded." He said calmly.

Lydia didn't wanted to argue with him anymore and let him carry her.
