Meeting Madam Jiang

Luna Jiang didn't expect that it was hard being pregnant. She thought that women should have what was called 'pregnancy glow' and that the morning sickness would be manageable. However, as the weeks progressed, her nauseating feeling persisted, rendering her immobile at times. 

Did all pregnant women suffer like this? She should have believed her friend, Corinne, when she said Luna would need to take some off at work to get enough rest. No wonder her friend wasn't around during the earliest weeks of her pregnancy with Mia. It must have been hard for Corinne to deal with it on her own, unlike her who had Hero by her side. 

"Do you need something? Are you hungry? I can ask Madam Lin to prepare you something light to eat." Hero appeared behind her and passed her a clean towel so she could wipe her face dry after washing her mouth and chin with water at the sink.
