Jae-Hwo is Afraid of Dogs.

Sunday, it's time for a morning jog around the complex park while greeting the neighbors' dogs and cats who join the morning exercise with their owners. I am very friendly with everyone, even with animals too. Sometimes I invite the animals to interact and it makes people excited to see me. It's not funny at all though. I'm just doing my job as a human being who has to do good to all God's creatures, except for that annoying Jae-Hwo.

You see, I'm preparing a reply that will make Jae-Hwo give up dating me again. He's been so mischievous since childhood and that hasn't changed until now even though I've only seen him again after a long time. Did he become a bully in Seoul so he returned to North Jakarta to protect his family's reputation and start a new life here? Why do I sound like I care about him, anyway?

I shouldn't have thought about Jae-Hwo because when I thought about it, he was here. In front of me with a smile that looks friendly but I won't be affected by that smile because I know, there must be bad intentions hidden in his naughty brain. So I ignored him and ran without caring if he chased me and was now running beside me. I hope he doesn't make a sound, if he makes a sound I'll kick those long legs. How come he can be this tall when I, can't grow tall and sis Lovelace said that I can only grow to a height of one hundred and fifty-five? Did all the calcium in my body Jae-Hwo pull so he can grow tall like this? One hundred and seventy-five and Axelle who was a basketball-only boy was only one hundred and sixty-eight.

Sadly, the two of them can grow taller than this because they are still in their infancy. I should also be able to but there is no change in my height, only my weight has increased by one kilogram.

"The real gift I left to sis Lovelace and it's not like the one last night!" He said when I stopped running and was walking now.

Yes, I already knew that. This morning before running, sis Lovelace gave the gift and it was quite an interesting gift. A baby powder made in South Korea. He knows if I use baby powder, instead of powder for teenagers. But I'm still annoyed. Alright, the powder is accepted but can't accept the mischief last night.

So I'm not going to say thank you in return for last night. For some reason, I hold a grudge against Jae-Hwo and this feeling has been there since childhood. Whereas I never held a grudge against anyone, oh to Axelle too I now hold a grudge of heartache. Did I just realize that I am vengeful? I don't know, I'm dizzy myself and I just remembered that there is a math assignment that I haven't done because I can't calculate the final result.

"Hi, Cece good morning, and have a nice day!" I greeted the neighbor's dog named Cece. He is very cute with golden brown fur.

woof, woof, woof

How smart Cece answered my greeting. He is indeed a smart dog and packs. If I get permission to keep a dog, I'm guaranteed to have a Siberian Husky to scare Jae-Hwo.

"Good morning Roosevelt! Just say hello to Cece, grandpa?" Grandpa Rob Cece's owner teased me because it's my habit to just greet Cece.

I smiled and started to greet Rob's grandfather, "Good morning Rob's grandfather, wish you all the best!" I greeted and was answered with a smile typical of Rob's grandfather, even though he was old, his aura was still visible.

"Who's he?" Grandpa Rob asked pointing at Jae-Hwo who was standing five feet from me because Jae-Hwo was afraid of dogs. His face became tense from hiding the fear.

"He's Jae-Hwo, just last night came back here again!" I replied to Rob's grandfather and Rob's grandfather looked surprised to see Jae-Hwo.

I glared at Jae-Hwo for him to shake hands with Rob's grandfather but he shook his head slowly with a very funny facial connotation. If I didn't know manners in front of Rob's grandfather, I would have laughed at him.

Rob's grandfather laughed and maybe he realized that Jae-Hwo was afraid of dogs. "Next time we'll talk Jae-Hwo if grandpa isn't with Cece!" said Rob's grandfather understandingly and continued his morning walk with Cece.

There was clear relief on Jae-Hwo's face when Cece left but I think, bad luck will befall Jae-Hwo because our neighbor, Sandra ran with her pet dog and the dog named Keno ran behind Jae-Hwo.

woof, woof, woof

I couldn't hold back my laughter anymore, Jae-Hwo who was surprised by the sound of a dog immediately ran fast while Sandra was not sensitive if Jae-Hwo was afraid of dogs and she kept running behind Jae-Hwo with her dog. My laughter grew louder when Jae-Hwo was about to slip because he was so afraid of dogs. It seems God has avenged my annoyance with Jae-Hwo so, I will not do anything to avenge Jae-Hwo's prank yesterday.

After running away from a dog that wasn't chasing him, he was the only one who was too scared but seemed stupid. Jae-Hwo is finally tired too and now he's walking beside me. I glanced over at Jae-Hwo and Jae-Hwo's jaw was dripping sweat from his head. And I saw that Jae-Hwo's facial skin was smoother than mine. Not only that, Jae-Hwo's face is not like yesterday's. Does he know to change faces or is he just like the hundred-faced Jhony Deep?

"Why come back here?" I asked not looking at her anymore because I didn't want her big head to be noticed by a woman as beautiful as me.

"This is where I and I are more comfortable here!" He replied casually but I know he is hiding something because I know him well what if he has changed now because humans will never be the same over time?

So I thought of one thing. "Are you being bullied there?'' I asked and I changed my mind. He didn't seem like the bad boy type but one who was easy to bully.

He shook his head and I almost tripped when I turned to look at him just now.

"I'm quite popular because of my good looks and many talents!" the story is bragging and I want to knock on his head so he doesn't brag.

But it's true, he does have a lot of talent. One of them is the talent to prank me.

"Oh yes, I was at Axelle's house but no one answered my call. Were he and his family not home?"

I was just being nice to him why did he spoil my mood by asking about Axelle? He's good at breaking things up and upsetting. Ah, that's Jae-Hwo's second talent.

"They're going to high ground!" I answered him very flatly.

"Why didn't you let me know when they died?" He asked in surprise and I was also surprised by what he had just said. How could he think so?

Gosh, am I the one who answered wrong or is he the one who doesn't understand words like this?
