He weiwei watched patriach Yu and his bodyguards backs. she scoffed, "I have scenes today and the banquet party was tonight so anything happens, call my brothers. after I complete all of my scenes, I will settle what should be settled long ago"

she give her word and board the car waiting for her with Liu zi.

Liu zi glanced at He weiwei who was quiet after they boarded the car. her tired expression clearly visible on her face. "you can't stay like this, you know"

He weiwei smiled coldly. the moment her grandfather throw all the dirty works on her, she didn't even know what to do. instead of her brothers, her grandfather chose her. why? because he didn't want her only granddaughter was defenseless, hiding under her family's wings. "my hands are dirty with countless of people's blood. I can't erase that fact even if I want to change"

"then don't let it hold you accountable for that. you have your own life, opinions to choose from and which way you want to walk in. don't let this hide you from everyone. you are a joyful person, your appearance didn't suited with this kind of environment actually" Liu zi laughed.

He weiwei turned her head. "grandfather is someone I respected the most. but my patience is running dry"

liu zi pursed his lips. his eyes widened. "what-what do you-"

"sometimes I want to kill him for sending me to a cruel place. I don't have a childhood memories and I wasn't even gone to school back then. I'm a girl who want to make friends, a girl that was sent away just because she was fragile and meek" He weiwei cut in his words. her eyes was murderous and her lips curled into a smile that Liu zi seen whenever she was having fun playing around with someone's stupid acts.

"Liu zi, will you still follow me even if I killed so many people?" He weiwei glanced at the man who was calm and composed after a split of second.

liu zi smile, "Mistress, almost a decade ago, I pledged to protect you, serve you and promised that I will not betray you. do you think I forget what I have said? even until now, I will always follow you"
