Zennah's Wedding

Just like that the marriage between Avery and Powell was fastened.

Though the Powell family was declared bankrupt, not some time ago but that was not the only business they had.

"Sweetheart, am so happy to marry you, I will not abandon you and we will grow old together we will start our business empire and we will crush those who looked down on us," Zennah said.

All this time Simon had only one thing on his mind and that is to marry this woman and torture her, she will regret ever hooking up with him.

At the wedding hall everything was splendid and beautiful the theme was Green and white. The decorations were perfect.

People had forgotten how Zennah cheated on her first engagement with Simon, and how the Powell business empire was shut down.

But something that even the Powell could not understand and find its roots was " who exactly was Zennah's fiancee"

The emcee brought everyone back to the event since everyone was talking within themselves.

right after speaking the huge door opened.

Zennah walked step by step it was Sebastian Guy's song playing "believer", but why? This is a wedding why did the DJ play the song?

That was because it was Simon who instructed him to do so, all in all, Zennah's wedding gown was not white as people speculated or rather huge that could consume a lot of fabric.

It was forest green, with not so thin lining and a net gaze embedded around it, the lining seems to be something like a maxi but not, it was a rich fabric.

The dress was a body cone with a mermaid-like ending, it was a sight to be held for a second Simon had forgotten about the anger that he felt towards this beautiful woman.

The priest said.

"Now our bride do you take the man right in front of you, to be your husband for wealth and for poor, in sickness and good health forever till death do you two apart?"

"I very much do...!" Zennah replied.

"Now to the bride do you take the woman before you as your wife for better and for better and worse in good health and sickness and do you promise not to walk outside the marriage forever and ever?"

"I do" was a simple answer from Simon.

"Now you can exchange the rings"

"You may kiss the bride and bride kiss the groom "

"By the power invested in me, I pronounce you, husband and wife"

the wedding was a success until the end it was broadcasted and The Greens could watch it too.

Just then a cleaning lady who has been working at the bar where Xander used to work as a bartender walked into the venue.

With her pathetic state, you could see that this woman was somehow taught, she was tall, slender, and curvy in shape though she was far from a third-class rich family.

"Well, well, well how can I miss this beautiful wedding, my ex-workmate's fiancee is getting married, Xander has not come to work for the past few months and he was my friend.

So I thought maybe since he is not the one getting married I should come and see if he has been turned into a server boy" Audrey Reeds said.

People started talking.

"Hey look at that dirty woman, how dare she causes a commotion here?"

"Am so happy, zennah made the right choice, I can't marry someone as low class as this one here"

The murmur was not low and again was not loud but you could hear everything being said.

But Audrey stood unfazed by them and their insults.

"Miss am the bride, I don't think have met you before so why are you at odds with me," zennah said.

"Where is Xander" Audrey to was surprised by the tone of her voice.

'Xander is just a poor errand boy so why am I here fighting for him?" She asked.
