Or even: If Mr. Robinson does not come to see me, I will die or something like that.

Even more so, she found out her daily shopping route and blocked her way in person, begging for a chance to see Mr. Robinson.

In these years at Orchard Garden, Sadie had seen too many strange things.

There were countless things that shocked her.

And for the first time today, she heard someone say she wanted to stay away from Mr. Robinson.

It took Sadie a moment to realize.

Looking at Amelia Cobb, she was stunned for a moment.

Not until Amelia asked, "Is it not possible?"
