14 Love is nonsense!

After Yi Chunhua left, Lei Junmo pulled his hair in frustration, "Oh god, the lady saint is back!" Lei Junmo was not at all happy with Huang Ling's return. He did not like her, however because of his brother he had no choice but to accept Huang Lin.

"Lady saint?" Lei Junshan was confused as to why his younger brother had given such a nickname to his fiancé. 

"Yes, she is a lady saint," Lei Junmo replied, "She always keeps talking about spiritual things."

Lei Junmo then mimicked Huang Ling, "Oh Junshan, don't you think that our souls are connected?"

"Shut up, Junmo," Lei Junshan's face turned colder, "You should respect Huang Ling. You shouldn't insult her like this."

Lei Junmo nodded, "Fine, respected lady saint! From now on, I will call her respected lady saint!"

Before Lei Junshan could say anything else, Lei Junmo asked, "Big brother, I wanted to ask you a question. Do you really love Huang Ling?"

Lei Junshan retorted, "Is this a question? Do you guys have a doubt about it?"

"Yes, brother. I definitely have a doubt," Lei Junmo explained, "You haven't done anything that typical lovers do. Have you spoken to her on calls for hours? Have you listened to romantic music with her? Have you ever given each other nicknames? No, you haven't done any of these things!"

"What is wrong with you, Junmo?" Lei Junshan was puzzled, "Who does all these things? Both of us don't have time for all this nonsense."

"Brother Junshan, ignore him," Lei Juncheng interrupted the conversation, "Tell me one thing. Have you two stared into each other's eyes for a long time?"

Lei Junshan grew more confused, "If we are together, why would we stare into each other's eyes? We would speak to each other in that time."

Lei Juncheng shook his head at his brother's naivety, "When your conversations end, that is when love begins." 

Lei Junshan stepped back, "I don't understand anything about love. And there is one more thing that I don't understand. Why do you guys not like Huang Ling?

"She has everything which is important to me. She has lineage, class and most importantly prestigious bloodline. She is beautiful, well-educated, well-travelled and well-spoken. She isn't a clingy woman and she gives me enough space. Huang Ling is a perfect match for me."

"Space!" Lei Junmo exclaimed, "If you wanted so much space, you should have become an astronaut. You would have gotten space as per your requirement."

"Let it be, Junmo," Lei Juncheng smiled, "We know that Brother Junshan doesn't love Huang Ling. He loves the 150-billion deal between the two companies."

Lei Junshan nodded, "You are right. Every relation is a deal. Love is a total nonsense. True love is nothing but some sugar-coated words said by some people. It's nothing else. True love is like a Santa Claus. Everyone has heard about it, but no one has seen it."

"You are wrong," Lei Juncheng retorted, "Some people have experienced and seen true love. And I really hope that you fall in love someday."

Lei Junmo also supported Lei Juncheng, "And I really hope that you fall in love before you get married to Huang Ling. Otherwise, complications increase if you fall in love after marriage."

Lei Junshan and Lei Juncheng were amused by Lei Junmo's words. He really dared to say anything. If their grandmother heard him, he would surely receive a beating from her.

Meanwhile, Grandma Lei was seated on a couch in the living room of the Lei mansion. Her fingers tapped on the armrest of the couch as she was lost in her own thoughts. The living room was silent as all the family members were busy in their own work.

Soon, the train of her thoughts was disrupted. A man walked towards Grandma Lei and then put down a briefcase on the center table of the room, "Ma'am, as you had instructed us, we have brought everything that we could. This briefcase contains all the important belongings of Mr. Zhu Zimo."

Grandma Lei nodded and signaled for the man to leave. She then gazed at the briefcase with a worrying look in her eyes. She looked around and as soon as she saw that nobody was in the living room, she opened the briefcase.

The briefcase contained many items such as a file, a diary and many more. However, one of these items gained Grandma Lei's attention. It was none other than a cellphone. 

Grandma Lei switched on the cellphone in order to gain some clues. As soon as the cellphone was switched on, Grandma Lei opened the call logs of the cellphone. Fortunately, she had already instructed her men to unlock the phone before handing it over.

She then skimmed through the call logs and found the recent and the lengthiest phone calls on Zhu Zimo's phone. Grandma Lei dialed the number so as to find out the name of the person who was in contact with Zhu Zimo for most of the time. 

However, to her shock, Grandma Lei heard a phone ringing in her own house, in the Lei mansion. She could not believe it and thus she called the number again. When she heard the ringing sound again, Grandma Lei's face darkened.

She realized that her doubt was true. Her sons had lied to her. They were definitely involved in the matter related to Zhu Zimo. Her face clouded in disappointment. She could not figure out where she went wrong in raising her children for them to turn out this way.
