142 Something is missing

"Hmm, how do you always manage to smell so good? It's a little unfair, you know?" 

Natalie's eyes remained closed as she felt his kisses on her forehead and cheek. She stirred, a content smile playing on her lips. 

Alonso chuckled, "Planning on sleeping the day away, baby girl?" 

"Maybe yes, maybe no. You can keep kissing me while I decide."

"Gladly." 

Alonso continued to shower her with affection, and she was starting to crave more when his gentle reminder came. 

"Have you by any chance forgotten we have a guest downstairs?"

Her eyes shot open. "Oh no, I need to get Annabella ready for school! Why the heck didn't the alarm wake me?" She jumped out of bed and hurried to the bathroom to wash her face and brush her teeth. Rushing towards her dressing room, she grabbed a shirt, denim jeans, and a jacket, not bothering to check if they matched or didn't.

"Take your time, you're not late."
