14 The contract
"Hey!" Emma yells when she sees me entering the apartment, I glanced up at her. She was on her usual spot on the couch, facing the Tv.
"So, how was it?" Emma asks excitedly.
"How was what?" I place my bag on the couch. I was exhausted, after the meeting I had with Ryan. I went back to the office to do some work. But I couldn't get any work done because of the brown envelope in my hands.
"The meeting?" Emma looks at me weirdly.
"Oh, it wasn't what I expected. He offered me a job." I made sure to leave the part of him asking me to be with him.
"No fucking way!" She screams jumping up.
"Tell me you said YES! This is amazing, do you know how rich we are going to be!" My eardrums were currently burning, but I couldn't help but laugh at her craziness.
"It that the paperwork?" She reaches for the brown envelope in my hands, my reflex kicked in. I quickly shove it into my bag before she could grab it.
"No! That's just a some of my editing work," I say nervously
"He gave me till Friday to think about it."
"What's there to think about? This is the opportunity you've been waiting for Myra." Emma looks happy for me. I wish I could be happy too, but the job offer came with something forbidden. I will be sleeping with my boss. What exactly did he say—he will own me, body and soul— I'm not even sure what that means.
"It is, at least I have till Friday to make a pro and cons list," I explain.
"Think about all the opportunities this will open for you... and me." She giggles
"I know to trust me, that's why I haven't told my ma yet." If my parents find out, I think they will have a heart attack from the excitement. Well wasn't sure about my father, he isn't exactly Ryan's number one fan.
"Guess who I met at his building," I sat down next to her.
"Amanda, she even spoke to me." Emma's eyes widen
"I need to get lost in that building one day, maybe a rich guy will find me." She jokes but I wouldn't be surprised if she does it.
"What did you spend your day doing?" By the looks of her oversized T-shirt, she didn't leave the apartment all day.
"I was rewatching the office," she says looking proud of herself
"Do we still have any leftover?" I look over to the fridge hoping someone of the food my ma made was still there.
"No I ate it for lunch," Emma said
"Takeout?" I scrunch up my nose
"Mexican or Chinese?" Emma asks going over to the drawer we kept out takeout menus.
"Mexican." Was that even a question?
"I'm going to go wash up and change before the food gets here," I informed Emma making sure to take my bag with me.
The minute I was in my room I took out the brown envelope, sitting on my small double bed. I took out the contract with shaking hands, the first word I say on the first page made me swallow— "Submissive" I whisper as if it was a forbidden word.
Contract of Voluntary Total Submission

1. Agreement
1.1 Binding Agreement
This document dated the
(herein known as the "start date"), is a contract of voluntary and total submission between ___, the Dominant, (herein referred to as "Sir," or the related form "Sir's," et cetera) and ___ the submissive, (herein referred to as "Sub" or the related forms thereof).
The agreement supersedes any previous contract, engagement,
commitment, or agreement. Sub, through signing this contract, is binding herself totally and completely, without limit (except as explicitly defined below), irrevocably to submission to Sir. Sub relinquishes all legal (both explicit and presumed) rights, privileges and status to Sir.
1.2 Term
This contract is binding for the period ending on November 7th, 2019
(herein referred to as the "term of the contract").
2. Affirmation
2.1 sub Affirmation
Sub affirms that she is signing this contract of her own free will without
pressure or coercion of any kind, that she is of sound mind and body and is
not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. sub further affirms that she fully understands the meaning and implications of this contract and explicitly requests it be enforced in full, and at all times, as defined below for the duration of the contract.
sub will trust that Sir will protect her well-being at all times and will submit
to Sir.
sub understands that she will be used as a sex slave and as a housesub. That said, sub recognizes her duty and obligation to frankly discuss with Sir when they are approaching her limits and sub further understands that using her safe word is not a sign of failure and will not disappoint Sir. sub will always feel free to ask questions and have open discussions.
sun accepts her duty and privilege to submit to Sir and to comply fully with
Sir's wishes.
2.2 Sir's Affirmation
Sir fully understands the meaning and implications of this contract and
promises to abide by it in full for the durations of the contract.
Further, Sir will swear to protect the well-being of his sub at all times. Sir
will not purposefully put sub in an uncomfortable situation (unless for
punishment).
Sir accepts his privilege to dominate sub. Sir accepts that sub is a valuable possession and as such Sir will keep sub safe at all times.
Sir will always listen to sub's thoughts and opinions with respect and will
give them careful consideration.
3. Clauses
3.1 sub's Responsibilities
3.1.1 sub will willingly, freely, and to the best of her ability, serve Sir sexually in any way required.
3.1.2 sub will willingly, freely, and to the best of her ability, serve Sir as a
housesub performing any and all household duties as defined by Sir.
3.1.3 sub will willingly accept any punishment from Sir within the limits
defined below. Punishment may take any form Sir deems fit.
3.1.4 sub will willingly, freely, and to the best of her ability, immediately
obey any order, or perform any action, demanded by Sir.
3.1.5 sub will willingly, freely, and to the best of her ability, obey all rules set out for her by Sir and live by them whether or not she is in Sir's presence.
Rules for sub can be changed at any time by Sir and apply immediately.
3.1.6 sub will always be completely honest and truthful and never lie to Sir or omit any facts, actions, inactions, or any breaches of the rules and responsibilities (as defined by this contract and associated rules).
3.1.7 sub will show Sir the utmost respect at all times. This includes in any discussions, actions, or activities with third parties and applies whether Sir is present or not.
3.1.8 sub will always endeavor to improve herself to better serve Sir.
3.1.9 sub will always be available to serve Sir when required except by prior agreement with Sir.
3.2 sub Veto
3.2.1 sub has no veto over any actions Sir wishes him to perform except within the limits defined below.
3.2.2 sub may use her safe word or safe action to stop any action or punishment immediately.
3.2.3 If sub cannot immediately obey an instruction, she must kneel in front of Sir and state why she cannot complete the instruction and submit herself to Sir's judgment.
3.4 Third Parties
3.4.1 Neither sub nor Sir may have any other partners, sexual or otherwise.
3.4.2 Sir may expect sub to serve in public or private, alone or in front of others where such service is socially acceptable.
3.5 Disagreement
3.5.1 If there is any disagreement of interpretation between Sir and sub on any aspect of this contract, Sir's decision is final.
3.5.2 Alterations to the contract must be agreed between Sir and sub and an amended contract with the agreed change must be signed.
4. Limits
4.1 Unsafe or Illegal Acts
4.1.1 Sir will not submit sub to any unsafe acts.
4.1.2 Sir will not submit sub to any illegal acts without consulting sub.
4.2 Work and Family
4.2.1 Sir will not submit sub to any actions that may seriously impact her work or her relationship with her family.
5. Rules
5.1 Framework
The document "sub's Rules" appended to this agreement lists the rules that enforceable under the terms of this Contract.
All rules contained therein apply equally. If, for any reason, conflicts between rules arise in a given situation then sub must immediately seek instruction from Sir as to how she should proceed.
5.2 Purpose
5.2.1 sub has surrendered all her free will to Sir and exists as a submissive only at the grace of Sir. The purpose of "sub's Rules" is to define the rules that Sir requires, expects, and demands sub to live and abide by at all times and in all situations for the duration of the Contract.
5.2.2 Sir will enforce these rules with all the authority over sub granted to her. sub can expect to be punished, in whatever manner deemed appropriate by Sir for each and every breach of the rules.
5.3 Changes
Sir may add, remove, or amend any rule at any time by updating the shared online document and informing sub. Any such new, revoked, or changed rule takes effect immediately when issued by Sir.
6. Punishment
6.1 Limits
Sir will always abide by any limits set forth in the Contact, ensuring He keeps sub safe at all times.
6.2 Protocol
Sir may determine any action as punishment as He sees fit, ensuring the punishment be reasonable, adequate, and proportionate to the infraction.
7. Lapse, Termination, and Breach of the Contract
7.1 Lapse
This contract will expire at the end of the term of contract and sub will be
freed from total submission as defined in this contract. Sir and sub are free to negotiate any new contract, renew this contract, or proceed as they desire.
7.2 Termination
7.2.1 Sir has the right to terminate the contract at any time during the term of the contract.
7.2.2 sub waives her right to terminate the contract until it has lapsed.
7.3 Breach of the Contract
7.3.1 Sir has the right to punish sub for any breach of contract.
1. Serving Sir
1.1 Availability
1.1.1 sub must always be available to serve Sir and must ask permission for
any activities other than academically required work commitments. Sir
will however not cut sub off from family and friends by routinely refusing sub permission to visit them.
1.1.2 sub is permitted to use her phone without seeking permission outside of meal times and sex. sub shall not use her phone during sex. sub must ask for permission to use her phone during meal times.
1.1.3 sub will seek permission for any activity outside of the home. sub
must log all approved commitments in the shared calendar. sub
understands nonessential (as determined by Sir) calendar entries may be canceled with or without cause by Sir.
1.1.4 Unless sub is at work or an approved rehearsal, sub will always answer Sir's telephone calls immediately and text messages within five minutes. If sub is unable to comply, she will return the call or text message as soon as is humanly possible and inform Sir as to why she couldn't answer sooner.
1.1.5 sub will ensure modes of communication are available to Sir at all times. This includes whenever she is not in Sir's presence to ensure her cell phone is operational.
1.2 General
1.2.1 sub may not eat or drink anything in Sir's presence without explicit permission from Sir. Once permission is granted, said item may be consumed without asking again for permission. In public, sub will seek permission by looking at Sir and awaiting a nod.
1.2.2 Immediately upon Sir's leaving the bed in the morning, sub shall make it (unless otherwise directed).
1.2.3 sub will, every other day, or whenever Sir directs, put out clothes for Sir.
1.2.4 sub shall not deny kisses to Sir.
1.2.5 When in Sir's presence, sub shall not open any door without consent. Sir will open all doors for sub.
1.3 In Public
1.3.1 sub will retain respect for Sir at all times; however she will take care to keep the Dominant/submissive nature of the relationship discreet as
required.
1.3.2 sub will at all reasonable times, unless Sir specifies otherwise, maintain physical contact. sub will seek Sir's permission to leave his side (taking care to ensure she remains within eye distance unless otherwise necessary and
approved).
1.4 In Private
1.4.1 Sir is free to determine the definition of "private" irrespective of any third parties that may be present and require sub to act in accordance with the rules in this section.
1.4.2 Upon request, sub shall kneel and remove Sir's boots, showing them the reverence Sir is due, and shall massage and kiss Sir's feet and boots.
1.4.3 sub shall ask Sir if He requires anything to drink and shall serve Sir in accordance with His wishes.
1.4.4 sub shall wear whatever pleases Sir and will change upon request.
1.4.5 sub will not remove any items put upon her and will not tamper with
any keys or locks without permission from Sir.
1.4.6 sub will do any housework required by Sir. sub understands these chores may be inspected by Sir and sub may receive punishment if they are inadequately performed.
1.4.7 sub will make her
body available for Sir's use at all times-moving to
give Sir easier or better access as desired
1.5 Geographic Restrictions
1.5.1 sub is free to travel to and from work without restriction.
1.5.2 When Sir and sub are in the same location, sub must obtain
permission to make any movements, outside of those required for work. sub will seek permission to travel-unless surprising Sir with a
visit. Sir does not need to give any reason for refusing permission to sub
for travel.
1.6 Privacy
sub has no physical privacy unless explicitly granted by Sir and may never shut herself away from Sir by closing any door or other barriers for any reason.
2. Communications
2.1 Written Communication
sub will always refer to Sir as "Sir," "Mr Kingsley," any appropriate
masculine pronoun, or any established pet names. Words referencing Sir shall always be capitalized. sub shall refer to herself with any appropriate pronoun, or any other agreed upon name.
2.2 Verbal Communication
sub will always answer Sir with phrases such as "Yes, Sir," "No, Sir," or "Thank you, Sir." sub may substitute "Mr Kingsley" for "Sir" or she may substitute an acceptable pet name.
sub understands that communication is vital to any healthy relationship and
thus will repeat herself verbatim if directed to do so by Sir (and do so with minimal sass).
2.3 Openness
sub will always be open with Sir, taking care to never sulk or ignore any issues or conflicts.
3. Daily Routine
3.1.1 sub will not masturbate, cum, or have any form of sexual release
whatsoever without express permission from Sir.
3.1.2 sub will not watch any pornographic material without Sir's prior consent.
3.1.3 sub will not allow herself to be seen by anyone—whether in person
or via photograph, video, et cetera—in a state of appearance wearing less
than what zhe would regularly wear in front of family without Sir's prior consent.
3.1.4 sub is not permitted to discuss, in a non-academic or work-related
setting, any matters pertaining to hers or Sir's sexual activities or preferences without either first seeking Sir's approval or immediately informing him afterwards.
3.2 Appearance
3.2.1 sub must keep herself clean at all times. When with Sir, Sir shall
determine the cleanliness regime. When away from Sir the regime must
include a daily shower, and teeth cleaning in the morning and evening.
3.2.2 sub must keep her body and pubic hair trimmed to the levels deemed appropriate by Sir.
3.2.3 sub must ask permission before she gets a haircut and must keep her
hair short but not shaved.
3.2.4 sub is not required to wear her underwear at all times, unless instructed otherwise by Sir.
3.2.5 sub is required to show every outfit to Sir, accepting that Sir has the
right of refusal. Should sub get dressed or change outside of Sir's presence, she shall send a selfie to Sir with the new outfit clearly visible.
3.3 Third Parties
3.3.1 sub, realising she is Sir's property, will refrain from behavior that can be construed as flirtatious and shall respond to any flirtations behavior by stating that she is unavailable.
3.3.2 sub will treat all others with respect as a reminder of her status as a submissive
3.3.3 sub will take care to treat Sir's family as her own.
3.3.4 sub will take care to curate her relationship with his family, ensuring
that her family never doubts her love or commitment to them or her
commitment to Sir.
3.3.5 sub will always treat Sir with respect and love, whether in Sir's
presence or not, and will not allow Sir to be talked about poorly.
3.3.6 sub is free to choose her own friends. If Sir feels they are not good for sub, they will have an open and frank discussion. In the end, Sir's decision is final, keeping in mind Sir's responsibilities to sub's well being (physical, emotional, and otherwise).
3.4 Physical Health
3.4.1 sub will take care to ensure continued health by making prudent
decisions in food and drink.
3.4.2 sub will comply with any vitamin or supplement regime established or
approved by Sir.
3.4.3 sub will communicate openly with Sir as to the specifics of any
instance of feeling unwell.
3.4.4 sub acknowledges her body belongs to Sir and should thus be treated with reverence and care.
3.5 Sleep
3.5.1 sub is expected, whenever possible, to sleep in the same bed as Sir.
3.5.2 sub is required to wake Sir in the event that she is unable to sleep after a period of an hour and a half after they retire to bed for the night. sub acknowledges the earnestness of Sir in this regard and may elect to wake Sir prior to the threshold if she knows she will be unable to sleep.
3.5.3 sub is to sleep naked, unless Sir directs otherwise.
