Mr and Mrs Teddy

*THIRTY MINUITE LATER*

Rhia arrived at the cottage her grand pa sat at his usual spot in the garden he stared blankly into the thin air that he did not notice Rhia in front of him panting.

"Grand pa" She said in hoarse voice she was sweating profusely Grandpa lee snapped.

"Rhia" He said suprised she hugged him tight.

"Your ok" She said with a smile

"Of course i am" He said

"I was so worried" She said with worry

"I am the one that is suppose to be saying this" He said as he looked at her

"Huh"

"Where were you i was so worried that i could not sleep" He said Rhia fell silent the first thing that came to her mind was Zander she froze.

"You see am fine now, oh you wanted to tell me. Something before i left" She said with a smile trying to change the question this was the first time she kept something away from her grandad.

She did not want to tell him she slept in an unknown  handsome man house because he would worry to death.

"Oh about that, i wanted to say you will be going to Country N you cannot stay with old grandpa lee forever" He said with a weak smile

"What do you mean" She shook her head

"What i mean is you are going to live with your uncle his wealthy they can't wait to see you"

"No i want to stay here with you" She said with teary eyes,  grand pa lee slightly pinched her cheek.

"Dont be such a crybaby" He said as he wiped the tears away she nodded

"What if they dont like me " She said her face pale,  she read many novels about how girls go to visit thier uncle and aunt and get hated and maltreated by them.

"They will love you" She nodded

"Oh my God the fruit" she said

"I have fruit but you will not let me finish" He said

"Sorry grand pa" She said

"It's ok... This grand pa need some rest"he said they both laughed he stood and left.

Rhia sat at the garden as her thought drifted to Zander why can't she forget about him.

"Zander" She said in a low voice.

Days passed Rhia stood at the airport her luggages were checked she stared at her grandpa she bit her lips to hold back her tears

"You did'nt have to be my dad but  am forever greatful that you could be both a father and a grandad to me"   she said and hugged him tightly even do it sounded wierd she meant every word.

"Take care" He said to her she nodded.

"Dont forget to eat your fruit" They both smiled.

*At Country N*

Rhia stared at the picture grandpa gave to her.

"Oh my God.. Rhia" She heared a voice as she lifted her face to see  a man and a lady a middle aged man he had brown hair so as his wife.

"She is so grown and beautiful"she said with a smile genuine one.

"Am uncle Teddy and this is my wife Mrs Teddy" He smiled.

"Nice to meet you" She brought her hand for a shake but instead  she hugged her tight.

They entered the car as the chauffeur drove.

The atmosphere became quiet not long after Rhia broke the silence

"Thank you so much"

"No need your like a daughter we never had" Mrs teddy said with a smile
