A Frightening Ability

Ash was sitting in front of his computer ready to be in his calm state once again. He started thinking about <Little Miss Sunshine> once again and he was in his calm state before he knew it.

He saw himself in a dark room in front of a big screen where a movie started to play. But he had already watched this movie's first thirty minutes so he thought about skipping the first 30 minutes and 'BAM'. The movie started running from 30 minutes onwards. Ash was once again astonished by his ability. After 15 minutes Ash opened his eyes and started writing the script once again.

Today Ash was happy because not only he was able to clean his company but he also made his plans for the future so he decided to celebrate this occasion with wine he brought earlier when he came back from his company.

He sat on his sofa and started drinking wine. He was so happy that he finished the whole wine bottle all by himself. After finishing the wine he got up from the sofa but he fall back on the sofa immediately. He looked drunk and his vision started to blackout. It looked like he was back in the darkroom. Ash was confused now he didn't know what was happening. He tried to wake himself but failed it looked like he was trapped in the darkroom.

Ash got a little scared but just then a screen opened and a video started to play in front of him. This video looked like a memory of someone watching a movie but the most confusing thing to Ash was that this was not his memory.

It was not his memory from either of his two lives. Ash figured it out quickly because of the animation movie playing in front of him. Ash was never interested in animation movies so he didn't watch many animation movies in his last life but the movie playing in front of him was a very famous animation movie in his last life and he wanted to watch it but couldn't watch it due to some reasons.

The movie playing in front of him right now was <Toy Story>. So Ash decided to forget his worries for a moment and decided to focus on the movie.

About 90 minutes later Ash woke up from his calm state but right after waking up, he felt an unimaginable headache. His headache was so bad that he felt like crying. Right now Ash didn't have any strength to move so he slept on his sofa for the night.

The next day Ash woke up from his sleep around 11:00 AM. Ash stood up from his sofa and directly went to his laptop and started writing the script for <Toy Story>.

Ash finished writing the script about 2 hours later. After writing the script Ash felt like it was a blessing in disguise. Because right now he needed the most were funds and he could gather quite a lot of funds with this script. Ash knew how profitable the <Toy Story> franchise was but he still decided to sell it for many reasons like not having expertise in animation and Starline wasn't known for its animation either and they didn't have the funds to make it.

They could gather funds in the future but the main reason was that Ash needed funds right now and he was confident that he could sell for quite a lot.

He took his phone and called Serana.

-Hello

"Hey Serena, Are free tonight?"

-Are you asking me out

"Do you not want to go out with me?"

-Stop joking around and tell me what's the matter?

"I will tell you when we meet later."

-Let's meet at 8:00 and you choose the place.

"Then let's meet at that swarm restaurant near our office"

-Okay bye then see you later

And Serena cut the call.

After taking to Serena Ash went to the bathroom and freshened up a little bit. He was still feeling a little headache from before. This headache reminded Ash just how frightening his ability was. What he experienced last weren't his memories but the memories belong to someone else entirely and they were messing him up from the inside. Right now he wanted to forget these memories because they didn't belong to him.

Ash felt like his ability was just too frightening. If he didn't learn to control this ability fully then one day he might not wake up from his calm state or maybe his body won't be able to handle the repercussions of this ability. Just this thought alone frightened Ash.

But he still felt that this ability is a blessing for him and if he managed to control it he will become the most successful person in the world so he didn't think about it much longer.

In the evening he went to the swarm restaurant and he saw Serena was already waiting for him at the restaurant. So he went and sat with Serena.

"you arrived early. Are you that eager to go out with me?"

"Stop joking around. I am too busy looking after your company to go out with anyone."

"Thank you for looking after my company."

"you're welcome. Now tell me why did you want to meet?"

"wow, you are professional." Ash complimented Serena while taking out a file from his bag. He handed that file to Serena and said, "I wanted to give you this script."

"Didn't you say it will take around a week to complete your script?"

"No, It's not that script. It is the script of an animation movie I wrote a long ago and I found it last night so I edited it."

"An animation movie! You do know that we can't make an animation movie at least for now don't you."

"Even if we can't make it doesn't mean others can't either," Ash smiled at Serena and said, "I want you to study this script and see if we can sell it to other studios."

"oh! You seem confident in this script. I will read it tonight."

"And also prepare a copyright for it too."

"you haven't even copyrighted your script?"

"I told you I wrote it a long time ago and even forgot about it till last night."

"Okay, I will prepare it tomorrow."

"Thanks"

"You don't need to thank me this is my duty."

After that, both of them ate dinner at that restaurant and chatted for a while. Serena ordered alcohol and offered it to Ash but Ash refuse to drink it he didn't want to do the same mistake as last night. After eating dinner they left the restaurant and went home.
