Through Diagon Alley

A few days after Morgan's birthday her parents decided to go to diagon alley to buy her things for Hogwarts, and Merlin decided to go with them.

They arrived in Diagon alley through the Leaky cauldron and they decided to buy robes first and books later.

They decided to go to Madam Malkin's shop to buy their hogwarts robes. As they entered they saw another family, pureblood if based upon the extravagant silk robes they are wearing. The family consisted of an adult couple and two teenagers and the man and two teenagers were red-heads.

"Greetings Lady and Lord Le fay it's good to see you here, and it appears you are here with your heiress and the Emrys heir as well, I am Victor Rosier and this is my wife Sella Rosier, and my two children Evan and Evelyn Rosier." the man who is now known as Victor introduced himself and his family to Morgan and Merlin as Morgan's parents met him before.

"It's good to see you too Lord Rosier it appears you are also here to purchase your children's school supplies." Arthur said

"Yes, we are currently waiting for Madam Malkins to finish tailoring a mudblood" Victor said to them with a disgust in his voice and a frown on his face that was mirrored by his own son and wife. The daughter' expression meanwhile was neutral which gained the attention of Morgan.

Madam Malkins suddenly went to them and took Evan and he was tailored by the madam herself and his twin Evelyn was next, they left immediately soon after as they too ahd to buy things. After the two finished it was Morgan and Merlin's turn to be tailored. After all the measures was done they decided to go to Flourish and Blotts to buy the books.

The next was the wands, Although Ollivanders was the no. 1 choice in Britain, the Le fay family however chose not to buy from them as it would jeopardize their secrecy, and even though they revealed themselves to the public they will still buy from their own maker, which is in Knockturn alley.

"Why are we here mother?" Morgan asked

"We are here to buy your wands Morgan" Morgause answered

"We could have bought them in Diagon alley" said Merlin

"We could however the wands from Ollivanders have a trace that doesn't allow you to use magic outside of school, and that would be unproductive." Arthur explained

a look of understanding could be seen in Morgan and Merlin's eyes and they decided to be silent. As they walked people looked at them and a few gave a subtle nod which Arthur returned with his own.

They eventually reached a store in the farthest end of Knockturn alley and Morgause opened the door and a bell rang as she did so.

Inside the store was a few shelves of books and a few things that radiate with magic.

"Alvar! are you here?" Morgause called out and soon an old man with round glasses appeared from behind the shelves and it looked like he was busy cleaning them. The old man's eyes were looking at them and at first he didn't know who they were but eventually a look of recognition appeared on his face.

"Ah, Hello Morgause it has been a long time the last time you were here you were still a little girl" Alvar said with a wide smile

"and Arthur? well lad you have grown into a fine man as well, and look who you guys have here it appears the news was right you guys did have a daughter, and now allied with your rivals as well." Alvar said as he was assessing both Merlin and Morgana.

"It's good to see you again Alvar, I assume you already know why we are here?" Morgause said to him

"Yes, I know what you guys are here for just follow me" Alvar said as he lead them behind his store and in it you can see different wood branches in the table and different materials ranging from scales, hairs, fangs, and feathers placed in jars, in shelves.

"Alright let's start with the young lady first. touch each of these branches and tell me what gave you a spark."

Morgan did as she was told and she began touching the branches. She touched a few such as rowan and ash but she felt nothing, when she touched silver lime, she felt something but it was too weak and she barely felt it. However she begins to feel something from one particular wood. She then looked at Alvar and he has his eyebrows slightly raised from surprise.

"Hmm... Elder wood huh? what a surprise, to think you would be pared with that" said Alvar as he took the Elder branch to inspect if Morgan was mistaken or not. Morgan was surprised at that and she remembered the Elder wand and the fate of it's owners. After confirming that Morgan was matched with it he looked at Morgan and said "This wood is the trickiest to master as well as the most unlucky" he said in a grave tone.

Her parents and Merlin are shocked by this as they heard about the Tale of the Three Brothers as well as some baseless rumors about the owners of the elder wand.

"Fear not young one, Once you master this wand you will be very powerful with this" Alvar reassured Morgan.

"Don't worry I don't fear it and I will make sure that I will not fall to that wood's unluckiness" Morgan said with resolve and confidence. It might be arrogant to say that fighting her will be difficult but it is a fact that she is a a very strong witch.

"I like that resolve in you young one now let's start picking your wand core" Alvar said with excitement.

Morgan did the same with the jars in the shelves and she began touching them. She felt a little conmection with dragon heartstring but she ignored it. She neared two jars that contained an orange feather and a black hair. She touched them both and was surprised at how compatible they are with her.

She looked at Alvar and she saw his astonsihed face. "You aren't human! No one has ever been a compatible with two wand cores" he said "Not only that but Phoenix feather and Thestral hair are compatible eith you!" Alvar rushed to her and immediately double checked if she was compatible with them or not.

As Alvar was checking her compatability eith the cores her parent's meanwhile has a proud expression on their faces while Merlin on the other hand has an awed expression with a little admiration in his eyes. Morgan was also shocked because she didn't expect to have two wand cores, her wand wood was already astonishing and now her cores surpassed the previous astonishment she had on her future wand.

"It appears you do have a compatability with these cores. I am very impressed young lady, I am also excited at your future actions as your wand would mean that you are destined for great things and you will be a force to be reckoned with." he said "Now let's start with your wand young man, as a descendant of Merlin your wand would be interesting." Alvar said to Merlin.

He did the same as Morgan and he immediately got a result on his first try.

"Ah, English oak, rumored to be the wood that your ancestor's wand was made of." Alavr said as Merlin gave him the branch that matched with him.

Next Merlin tried the cores and He felt a small connection with the Unicorn hair but, the Dragon heartstring matched with him more, Before he even gave it to Alvar he also tried the other wand cores but sadly only the dragon heartstring was completely compatible with him and he gave it to Alvar.

Seeing as they are done he quickly said

"Well I will begin making your wands, be back here in a few hours and I will have it ready for you and don't worry I will add runes to give it durability and it no one will be able to summon it aside from you"

"We would also like to add wand holsters and a maintenance kit for those" said Arthur

Alvar nodded and the group immediately went out of the shop.

"Where should we go next?" asked Morgause

"We should buy owls for them" Arthur said as the only form of easy communication for students is through owls.

Morgan instanly remembered that she can create a mystic code that can allow for faster communication and she immediately told her father.

"Don't worry father I think I have a way for us to communicate faster." Morgan said with pride in her voice

"Really? Well ok let's test that out and we can use it" said Arthur.

"Wait we forgot about their trunks!!" Morgause suddenly shouted and They immediately went to the trunk shop they bought a 5 compartment trunk with an extension charm in each compartment as well as a feather light charm and many security features.

The day ended and they also picked up their wands from Alvar, Morgan's wand has a dark wood colour and it has a dragon design in the handle that has an open mouth that eats the shaft, the shaft also has a few runes such as Ehwaz, Kenaz and a few bindrunes while the end cap has flat surface but with fire breath carvings going from the dragon's mouth while Merlin's wand has a light wood colour and a simple handle with the runes like Morgan and a few flower designs, and a circular end cap.

All in all it was an evenful day and Morgan and Merlin only has to wait is for September 1 to arrive.
