Okay, here is my opinion on this novel: it started decently, it had some baffling logic jumps but since this is a webnovel i let that slide. Then the first important arc came (won't mention any spoilers) and man was it a ****show, there were so many moments when the MC had suddenly a "oh shoot I'm gonna die! Good thing I got eternal plot armor" and without any foreshadowing he gets a power up to help him. After reading 60 chapters I still have no clear idea what the MC stands for, at the moment it's a hazy mix of idealism with Some douche traces here and there As for worldbuilding and character design... the former was kind of okay, similar to HxH; the latter tho, man it's ****ty. Literally EVERYONE but the MC are total morons, to the level I wonder if the author made it intentionally so. Overall the novel had a somewhat interesting premise but everything that made it interesting got deleted within 50 chapters and all the ******* goes away with sudden **** developments just to ensure that even if he is not OP he is OP. Poor planning and execution killed this novel for me. Translation was decent at least, good consistent overall. Could use some footnotes for names that use pinyin instead of translation.

For me this is just weird . Close to no world building , characters seem bland , strange terms (Uses "Imperial Census" for summoner class ) . There are better novels out there IMHO .

Sorry, I'm Done. Won't be reading this anymore. Now you want me to pay you $30 a month to read LN on webnovel.com? NO thanks I can get Cable TV for that price. Or i can get NetFlix for $10 a month. Far Far better price than this.

Interesting world, poor character personality, also the way the author introduce things can be unnecesary confusing and leaving plot holes all over the story, translator made quite a few mistakes with repeated sentences in some chapters and other mistakes, maybe because he releases so many chapters... plot holes, the plot armor (I can stand plot armor but this is abusive/ridiculus), poor character development.. I understand that the story can get insteresting but people gives 4 or 5 star reviews out of nothing.

This is a good story, however, the unannounced “breaks” are a little much. Its been a month and a half and we still haven’t heard anything about whats going on, when the next update will be, or even why were still sitting here for this long with no new content. If youre gonna take a break, at least announce it before you do so, and at least give us a return date so we arent checking all the time because you werent bothered enough to tell anyone you were leaving.

... I miss this novel :<... When would it release more chapters?? It's been like 2 days and a half since it last Update.... Hope it wouldn't take a week or so before the Translator give more Chapss... (Farming SS)

This story here is, up to the date of this review, the 3rd most recommended, and I'm confused to why is it so. Something awesome probably happens after chapter 20? I dont know and I'm not really keen on reading more of it. The story flow is bad, plain and ******. In terms of the quality of most webnovels, its probably one of the baddest I've ever read. It isnt even the translators fault, I've read their other works and theyre fine, so the fault must lie with the original text. Its just so bland.

Qidian Are you guys serious ? do you have to lock everything up ? " support the authors " is the reason !? ya right... there is already something for it, it is called patreon. Heard of it !? Those that want to pay and read more chapters by supporting them on Parteon is completely fine. This move was made so you guys get a piece of the pie, you keep taunting weak willed readers with more chapters. More and more people are dropping more and more series for longer periods. Bad move Qidian, bad move.

The story is so poorly written, so filled with over the top plot armor, and jam pack full of clichés. This novel is not worth your time. The characters are incredibly ***** and unlikable. The development of the story details fast. Many plot holes. Blatant pandering. It’s honesty not a novel that should be anywhere near the top 3. It’s waaaay worse than any of the lower ranked novels.

The Monster Paradise~ Reviews from Chapter 1 to 71 I will start off with the main story following a typical MC route where the MC have a huge disadvantage at the beginning but it allow him to have an overpowered super power or more specifically, a summoning monster/upgrade MC body/rewarding yet written in ways to make the mission seems tough when it is not with clever MC's knowledge. The initial chapter definitely follows the same pattern but it may not define what is to come in later chapters. Although it follows that format, it is by all means not bad because any Chinese/XianXia novels would have the same formula when you start reading 100s of them and that is the beauty and nature of the story. For readers that would like complexity in a novel, I would definitely suggest reading English Novels but for others that prefer to not think as much while being able to imagine the action/******r scene, this novel is the best at doing just that.Rating for story is 3.7. Moving over to the MC characters, I would just mention that he follows a more allknowing and stubborn persona similar to Sovereign of three realms MC but a lesser version of that. I hope the history of MC is going to be talked about in future chapters but for now the rating is 3.3. World Development for the 70 chapter read is looking to be interesting with places like strongholds to fend off monster and the MC definitely visisted many places instead of staying just one place so there is progress which is why the rating is 3.9 Special mention is the power systems about the monster summoning which is the unique aspect of this novel although there is a few novel similar but this novel genre is small and more of this is great. Additional points +1 The best thing going for Monster Paradise are the translator coming at a whopping 25 chapter per week so for me the update stability would be 5 star if it truly did stay that way but for now let's hope it does so 5 star it is. Translation quality is great and the story can be understand properly but maybe it is because I am a fast reader, the dialogue between MC with goldfinger/side character is not as clear so it would be amazing if there is better distinction. 4.3 Good JoB Translator!
