Yami spun in the air and saw the giant waves crashing against the island, he continued going forward and came to Luffy saying "Luffy, there's obviously a reason Robin is going this. I heard her song and it's really sad, I think she's being forced." Luffy said "I know." Yami replied "Then let's go, what are you sitting there for?"
Luffy was silent and Yami said "I don't know who you were fighting before but if they can do this to you, when what can they do to Robin? We need to save her!" Luffy's eyes widened and he puffed up like a balloon, blasting the buildings, that were sandwiching him together, away.
He landed in front of Yami and said "Thanks, Yami." Yami replied "A lot of people have been saying that recently..." Luffy chuckled and said "Let's go." he wrapped and arm around Yami before shooting off into the air.
Yami looked below and cut out, Yachiru made her arm bigger and grabbed Zoro from the chimney he was stuck in, throwing him up as Luffy grabbed him with his other hand. Zoro said "Hey, Thanks." Luffy chuckled and Yami nodded. They flew to where the other's were and Nami started shouting about some train, saying that Sanji had already gone for the train.
The 4 just blinked at her and she shouted "WERE YOU EVEN LISTENING!?" Luffy was thinking of meat, Zoro was thinking about swords, Yami was thinking about Yachiru, and Yachiru was thinking about Yami. They all nodded and said "Yes." Nami said "Good, then Iceburg will help us."
They blinked at her again and she trembled in anger, clearly they weren't listening!
Yami turned his head and said "Hm?" Luffy said "What happened?" Yami frowned and said "Sanji is on the train but... Someone else went with him." the others were confused and Yami said "Usopp is on the train too." the rest widened their eyes and Iceburg called them from the side "Over here!"
They all followed him to another train and Kokoro said "Get on, everyone!" Yami was still frowning and got on the ship, sitting on a seat inside. Yachiru whispered "What's wrong?" Yami replied "There was another song in the storm... but I've never heard it before. It was the strangest song I've ever heard but it was strangely... familiar."
Yachiru hummed and tried to think about what it could be, Yami stayed silent and the rest got on the train as Kokoro started the engine and Rocket Man started moving and picking up speed as it shot through tunnels and blasted out of Water 7, flying in the air.
The crew inside held onto the interior, trying not to get smashed around like pinballs inside the train cart.
Rocket Man smashed into the sea and sped off as a giant ship with King Yagara bulls shot out of Water7 and attached a harpoon to the back of Rocket Man, being pulled by the train as Kokoro chuckled and drifted on the water to the tracks.
She grabbed a microphone and said "Buckle up! Once this baby hits the tracks... Heh... You'll see why he's called Rocket Man." Nami held a pipe for dear life and said "I don't know if I want to know why..." Yami smiled and left the train cart, going onto the roof on the train.
He sat behind Luffy and smiled saying "Hello." Luffy laughed and said "Isn't this fun!?" Yami nodded and Yachiru poked her head out, smiling "So much fun~" Luffy grinned and Rocket Man hit the tracks before jumping onto them.
It started accelerating at an incredible pace, shooting forward after the Puffing Tom extremely fast. Yami was sitting down on the top of the train cart as his scarf was blowing in the wind wildly. Yachiru was sitting in Yami's lap, cheering as her hair blew backwards.
Yami smiled and hugged her with one arm, holding Crimson with the other. She smiled and rested her arms on his forearm, rubbing it with a cute smile. Yami kissed her head and smiled at her, she looked up and smiled happily as the train shot ahead.
Yami said "The strange song is getting weaker and weaker..." Yachiru said 'Maybe it was someone stuck in the storm?" Yami replied "Maybe..." still unsure, the song was strange, it could only be described as earthy. A raw song but also a gentle one, like an old friend.
It was the strangest song Yami had ever heard, he looked up and saw Luffy humming to himself, smiling on the top of the train. Yami took out the bag of meat and threw it at him. Luffy caught it and smiled "Nice!" Yami smiled and stayed silent.
He had been talking a lot more than usual these days, he looked at Yachiru, who was looking at the sea around with a curious expression. His smile turned gentle, it was for her, for sure. If she wasn't with him, then he would probably be the same he was a long time ago. Not even talking to friends.
He didn't really talk to strangers that much, Yachiru did the talking for him. He really loved that she knew what he was thinking most of the time. He poked her nose and she looked up to see his loving eyes. She smiled softly and said with a cute grin "Love you~!" Yami smiled and said "Me too, Ruru." she squealed in excitement and grew to normal before kissing all over his face and then his lips.
Yami smiled and hugged her as she kissed him, Nami said from the window "Knock it off! I can feel it from here!" Yachiru pouted "Hmph! Just because nobody wants you, doesn't mean you have to ruin everybody else's fun!"
Zoro spat out his drink and covered his mouth as Nami had a red aura around her and was trembling, she growled "Just wait until I get up there, You're finished, Pinkie!" Yachiru spat out her tongue and said "Whatever you say, Nemo. Oh sorry, I mean orange. No, Tangerine!" Nami glared at her and Yachiru squeezed her own chest saying with a sneer "You're definitely not a Papaya~"
Nami's hair turned gold and stuck up as she shouted "You're done, bitch!"
