1 Chapter 1 - Prologue

EUA, Seattle, February 19, 2022.

A young man, around 14 to 15 years old, finds himself sitting in his hospital bed in front of his laptop, watching a series called "Modern Family".

This young man is called Thomas, he has lung cancer, which due to this disease took away all his childhood. But for our MC, this is not the most negative part of his life, but the part that lost his family, during a plane accident his parents were in, after a business trip to the hospital where the MC was hospitalized.

However, our MC keeps beautiful memories of his family in his mind. In addition, he always tried to see the positive points in his life, due to his mother's teachings, who always said that he should be grateful for living in such a beautiful world.

Currently, our MC is watching "Modern Family", a series recommended by his web friends, he found this series very amusing, due to so much adventure, happiness and freedom that this family will experience. He always wondered what it would be like to live in a family like that.

"Ready for surgery, Thomas?"

At that moment, a nurse entered the room with a warm smile asked for Thomas. Today would be a very important day for him, in which he would have surgery to try to remove the tumor that is lodged in his body. However, the risk is huge as the doctor said, but Thomas does not want to give up this chance of full recovery.

As Thomas spent a good part of his life in this hospital, he knows most of the nurses who work here, so he created a lot of intimacy with the staff here.

"Yes!"

Thomas, who heard the question, replied with a smile. So he was transferred to the operating room. But unfortunately Thomas did not survive.

In an unknown place, a soul finds itself wandering and running in a beautiful landscape that contains flowers, lake and an absolutely beautiful sky.

After a few minutes, that soul found a gentleman walking towards him, close to that gentleman, he felt safe and warm with that gentleman. During that time, this soul and this Lord talked about various subjects such as life, etc.

After some time, this Gentle gentleman spoke:

"Son, I will give you a new life so that you can have fun and find your happiness. In this way, I will give you two wishes, of course with some limits."

After some time trying to understand the limits of desire, the soul that is called Thomas, I ask if he could go to the fictional world called "Modern Family" and have an AI/Nano bound in his body.

The Lord replied:

"Yes"

At that moment, Thomas only saw a very strong light, after which he lost consciousness.
