My claws drove into the wrath chest's, yanking out his heart, allowing the blood to splutter on the floor as the body landed on the ground with a thud.
Nothing about Safiyah's room had changed, except that the light was dimmer and there were now dead wrath warriors who had earlier been stationed here to ambush me.

"Rowan!" The serpent's hiss made its way to my ears and I tossed the heart on the ground, reaching for her throat next.

I raised her body in the air, the snakes that had now taken the place of her lustrous hair, hissing at me while her eyes danced in pleasure that the pain sent spiraling through her veins.
Her arousal mounted and for someone that looked half-dead with all the purple bite marks and bruises on her green half-scaly skin, she had much to give.
