A full month passed by since Max took in the seed of destruction and in this one month Max suffered a lot to tame the power of the seed.

The seed of destruction kept filling Max's brain with malicious thoughts wrapped under the pretext of the greater good and it became incredibly difficult to resist its temptations especially when Max's personal goals aligned completely with what the seed wanted him to perform.

The seed asked him to destroy the Aurelius clan, reminding him as to how the Aurelius clan was a snake in waiting and how by allowing them to exist Max was inviting problems for Kremeth in the future.

By destroying the Aurelius clan, not only could Max eliminate all future problems for Kremeth, but he could also gain a few dozen levels in a single day!
