Going for the big wolf

He clicked his tongue, annoyed. 'It looks like the canines are focusing on the base of the spearhead formation.'

He knew this was going to happen, but it happened a little faster than he expected.

If he was not wrong, then the canines surrounded their group of 200-300 players from all sides.

He looked toward the silver wolf. From that guy's position, he calculated they had already crossed 3/4 of the distance.

The only problem was that now they would not have any reinforcement. This was a make-or-break moment.

He noticed a few who wanted to give up on the silver wolf and settle to kill as many surrounding wolves and dogs as possible before dying.

Not even a few seconds passed and the death count among the players increased.

Before things became worse, he shifted his attention to the others.

Most of them were blaming those in the back for betrayal.

He knew how to flame this. He drank his 5th health and 3rd strength-boosting potion and moved the tank up, pointing toward the silver wolf. "Stop yapping, you all!" His voice was loud enough to echo in the chaotic battlefield.

Everyone stopped cursing.

Not wasting time, he said in a deep but loud voice, "They betrayed us? Fine! We'll take down that king ourselves and show them what we're made of!"

There was a few seconds of silence, only the sound of dogs and wolves growling heard around him.

Then, one after another, they started screaming.

"Yeah, let's kill that king ourselves."

"How dare those guys betray us?"

"Let's show them they can't just use us."

Even though everyone was targeting the wolf king from the start, this new sense of revenge increased their morale.

The players tightened the formation and started swinging their weapons to the best of their ability.

Glitch also took out a sword. He increased his speed and madly started swinging the tank with one hand and stabbing with the other.

Many mimicked him and pulled out two weapons.

Even if someone was about to die, that guy would kill multiple canines before dying.

In this madness, they continued to move forward. Within the next 30 seconds, Glitch spotted the last wave of canines.

At this, he shouted to a player behind him, "Hey, pull out your water tanks."

That guy, busy slashing at the dogs rushing at him, shouted, "What did you say?"

"Water tank! I need a water tank fast!"

Before the other guys could respond, he threw his sword, killing a random dog that jumping on him.

Then he leaped forward while holding the tank with both his hands and threw it straight at the upcoming wolf pack.

Like cannonballs, the tanks flew straight and hit right in the face of one wolf.

Boom!

A loud thundering sound echoed on the battlefield, and then the force behind the tanks sent a pack of wolves rolling on the ground.

This created an empty canine less space in front of the group.

While staring ahead, he shouted, "Tanks!"

One dumbfounded player behind him quickly took out his tank.

The moment Glitch got hold of the new tank, he did the same, leaping and throwing it at the dogs. However, when the dog fell this time, everyone in the front saw the empty ground behind the pack.

Those who saw that shouted in excitement.

"Woah, I see the end!"

"Come on, guys, one last push and we will be out!"

"Let's get out!"

Players at the front with him started shouting. They stopped caring about small fries and rushed toward the gap.

A few of them even surpassed Glitch and moved ahead.

Not caring about them, Glitch took out two swords in both hands and followed them.

Soon, they broke past the canine formation and moved behind the canine army.

There he saw the massive silver wolf about 5 meters in height growling at them.

He saw how most of them were laughing instead of shivering in fear like the start. It was clear that killing all the weaker canines gave them unbounded courage.

Few of them even roared back at the silver wolf and madly ran toward it.

The silver wolf showed its large fangs and slashed at them with its massive paw.

Several players panicked around him and jumped to the side to dodge while he rolled forward from below the wolf's paw.

Ahhhhh!

Ahhhhh

Multiple players failed to dodge, and they started screaming.

Glitch turned his head and saw the horrific sight of the player mushed full of blood. A few of them got sliced into pieces.

These players were screaming their lungs out while trying to stop the bleeding.

It was clear that 30% pain was still too much for them. They continued to wiggle, desperately begging others for help, but all that led to nothing.

After a few seconds, all of them lost the light in their eyes, leaving behind their wrecked bodies.

Glitch's mouth twitched at this sight. He turned to the silver wolf, who was moving its paw, ready to do another strike.

Instead of running away, he increased his speed, trying to move as close as possible.

Around player did the same and fearless rushed toward the wolf. Their greed for reward made them fearless.

Grrr!

With a low growl, the silver wolf swung another slash at them.

With no problem, Glitch once again evaded this basic attack by rolling forward.

The prepared players also avoided this simple attack. This time, none of them wasted any time by checking on those who got caught.

A few at the front reached next to the silver wolf, and they jumped up to attack it.

Unlike others, he rushed under the wolf's front legs toward its back legs.

He knew he had to hinder its movement only then they would have any chance to kill something this big.

Once a canine this size started running or jumping, it would be impossible for newbies like them to kill it.

With clear intention and full of momentum, he stabbed with his right sword right at the joint of its left hind leg.

A massive amount of blood spurt out and almost half of his sword dug into its leg.
