**Enlightenment (启蒙 - Qiǎomíng):**
This stage is the beginning and doesn't carry any special power, but cultivators gain access to energy – Qi. At this stage, one only needs to cultivate their energy to a certain point. When you feel full, it means you have reached the required end.
Lifespan: 150 years
**Foundation Building (筑基 - Zhù jī):**
After gaining access to Qi, cultivators need to strengthen their energy in the dantian and eliminate impurities. Physical training is also necessary to bring the body to a certain level. When both Qi and the body are strengthened, a breakthrough occurs.
Lifespan: 350 years
**Qi Condensation (凝气 - Níng qì):**
At this stage, one needs to gather all the obtained Qi and focus on purification more attentively than before. It's necessary to increase Qi to a certain amount, and when you feel a strange sense of excitement coming out of nowhere, immediately start gathering energy and forming the core.
Lifespan: 520 years
**Core Formation (结丹 - Jié dān):**
At this stage, you already have a core made of Qi, which serves as the core for your techniques and a sanctuary for the soul. Your task is to strengthen the core to help the soul form.
Lifespan: 689 years
**Soul Nascent (元婴 - Yuán yīng):**
Cultivate your soul to the point where it forms a nascent soul. You need to nourish your soul with Qi, allowing it to grow.
Lifespan: 891 years
**Soul Integration (融魂 - Róng hún):**
The soul reaches a level of development where the body can't withstand its power. Your task is to integrate the soul with the body, achieving stability. You will face the Heart Demon.
Lifespan: 1021 years
**Spiritual Ascension (灵仙 - Líng xiān):**
Transform your Qi into the purest Immortal Qi, which is much stronger than ordinary Qi.
Lifespan: 3000 years
**Divine Transformation (神变 - Shén biàn):**
At this stage, you can discover the laws of nature and merge them with your soul, increasing your strength.
Lifespan: 15,000 years
**Transcendence (超脱 - Chāo tuō):**
Body and soul become invincible; you cannot be killed – all thanks to the superior strength of your soul, which will regenerate even from a small piece.
