3 Financial Aid
Chie immediately pushes a stack of books into my arms and starts using all of her strength to slowly push me out of her classroom. before leaving I catch the eyes of two people since everybody else either looks away with a blush or avoids eye contact in hopes to avoid the work. The first one that looked me in the eyes was Ichinose, who was giving me a pitying look because she knows that Chie will give me a hard time, and my childhood friend Chiro-chan who looked worried about being away from me or she was worried about what Chie was gonna do.
Before Chie is done pushing me into the hallway I hear Ichinose address the class, she's probably gonna bring up her suspicions and the class bank idea.
"Ko-chan, I'll lead the way" Chie says energetically
"Ko-chan?"
"Are you not okay with it?" she starts tearing up "you are my precious student so I thought it was gonna fine"
"Ahh, tsk, I guess it's fine?" I say questioningly
I need to know what she's thinking because I doubt it's anything good. I put my focus on Chie and, just like god said think 'On'.
'Hmm this might be easier than I thought, he's so innocent, it makes him both cute and handsome, what a catch' Chie thought
Upon hearing this I knew what I needed to do.

After some teasing from Chie, we finally arrived at the Faculty room she led me to her office, and I put down the books in her office and sat down.
"Chie?" I ask her while increasing my charm to 10x because I fear that if I turn it up anymore we might be in the news tomorrow.
We make eye contact and she gets enchanted by my deep black eyes. Meanwhile, I start to count down from five.

After zero I see Chie's eyes glaze over and I start to think about what to command her to do, since I am on a timer I decided to boost my stats to help me think faster.

Ok, the student use points to buy things on campus, as Chie said before anything can be bought with points, maybe the teachers abide by the same system that the students do, in short, they get paid in points and since it's a job and not an allowance it's less subject to change, and I remember that the teacher get bonuses for being in a more advanced class. Since she is Class B's teacher she must be getting a good amount of points. Ok, I think I know what I'm gonna tell her.
"Chie you are going to start sending me 75% of your current points as well as 75% of your future points, you are going to do this because you think that by paying me to attend your class and talk to you, you hope with all your heart that I won't leave like every other man, and you want to arrange a private housing for me next to the dorms."
"Ahem, Chie snap out of it."
As soon as I said that I see the life come back to Chie's eyes, and now she starts to look slightly uncomfortable.
"Chie? is everything okay?" I ask with feigned concern
"Yeah, yeah I think I'm good, but man you really are something. I have something I want to bring up with you." I held back my smile at Chie's request
"Really what is it?" I ask with fake curiosity
"I want to make a contract with you, I state the terms really quick, Ok!" I nod. She continues "I give you 75% of my current and future points in return you try to attend class and spend time with me one on one." She states the terms that I wanted
"That's it?" I ask with a smile
"Hmm? Do you want more?" Chie asks
"Yeah. give me a Private house and I agree." I add knowing she will agree
"OK! I think I could do that" Chie says with a smile
After saying that she pulls out a paper from her desk and starts fervently writing something down, probably the terms so we can make it official. After she's done she hands me the paper to double-check everything, and surprisingly there's nothing wrong. I thought she would at least try to add a joke term, but I sign the contract and hand it to her to sign as well. When she's done I see her pull out her phone and in a couple of moments, I get a notification on my phone, before I check it I already know what it is.
I decided that it might be a good idea to check the amount in my dorm to keep my pride as a man intact.
"Thanks, Chie-chan-sensei!" I say jokingly and leave before Chie can respond, very curious if I was right about the teachers' income.
I get to the year one dorm, go to the counter, get my key, and find out my room number is 505. Sadly it's not close to anyone I know of. I wait to get on the elevator, and when the door opens I'm greeted by Kei Karuizawa we both have surprised expressions but I recover quickly and get into the elevator. On the other hand, she is mesmerized by my appearance and looks at me starry-eyed. Even though it's kind of uncomfortable, she looks so cute I look past it.
"Good afternoon to you, what are you gonna do today?" I ask to get rid of some of the awkwardness. After Karuizawa heard me she recovered pretty quickly
"Good afternoon! I'm going to shop with some friends I'd love it if you could join me some time as well, just the two of us!" she says with a blush appearing on her face
Surprised by her date invitation I'm left a little stunned until the elevator door opens with a small ding
"Sounds good I'll come to get you after class tomorrow" I say while leaving the elevator not giving her any time to reply, I look for my room, and after a short walk, I am in front of room 505.
I unlock the door soaking in my temporary living space, as soon as I enter I look at my phone and what I see shocks me Chie sent me 70,000,000 points.

ok, 90mil that's a lot, right? well I got it from some simple math
first off a good teacher salary at my old school, since it's a bilingual school was 120k (no cap)
you can become a teacher at 21. I read from a google search (what age can you become a teacher)
Chie is 29 (from the wiki)
now the math
120k x 8 = 960k
960k x 0.75 = 720k
now it's in my currency, you have to multiply by 100 to get yen
720k x 100 = 72m
let's round it to 70m with the excuse of necessities
72m - 2m = 70m
assuming she has been saving money since frame 1 she should have in the ballpark of 70m without these "bonuses" the series speaks of, so maybe these bonuses are cracked.
