27 The Upgraded System

"Don't you dare look back." Mina threatened as she dressed up in a simple black pair of fitting clothes. Damian would never dare to do such an outrageous thing.

"You can change, I will go and tour this place a little." Damian was the one who was feeling more uncomfortable with Mina being naked and changing her dress.

Coughing slightly Damian jumped up high in the air. Soaring in the night sky lit with moonlight Damian looked like a demon descending on the land to bring about chaos and havoc with his majestic appearance combined with his horns.

But this demon was doing the opposite. He was running away from the ground since he could not handle the situation well.

Mina watched him fly away in the night sky with an amused expression. "This dress is kinda too tight." Mina felt the leathery pants sticking to her skin and felt irky. She wished she could wear something comfortable but she had no other options except that.

That dress was the only one she had bought with the white plain dress since it was cheapest.

[Host you still have other options.] Fuzzy informed her. Ever since Mina had awakened in a wolf body, the system also had gone through certain changes. IN other words it had upgraded to another level of system.

"Since when could you store clothes and such?" Mina looked awed at the tab before her which showed new option.

[I do not know host. But from what I have analyzed and know I think the stronger you get, the more I will also level up.] The system spoke in its robotic monotonous voice but unlike before it sounded more natural and less programmed or mechanical.

"Did I really leveled up? Can you check my stats?" Mina wanted to know if there had been any changes in her power and abilities since the last time she checked.

'I think I have got stronger than before.' Mina tightened her palm in a fist gathering up energy within that single punch.

"Hiyaaaa.." She threw a punch at the nearby boulder which probably weighed around a hundred kilograms.

Mina waited after her punch met with the rock but nothing happened.

"Ahaha…I thought I was getting stronger. Maybe not." Mina scratched her head in embarrassment at Fuzzy who was giving her what are you trying to accomplish by that kind of look.

Mina thought about following the advice of the system. The boulder was intact where she had punched but if it was seen from the other side, all one could see was empty shell.

The remaining stone had turned into dust with her punch but Mina was unaware of the potential of the power she had juts showcased.

"Sure.." Mina turned her attention to the screen shown before her. 'Too many new buttons.' Mina glanced at all the buttons thoroughly when a button caught her eyes.

Mina looked at the button showing collection and clicked it being curious.

"Whoa…." Mina gasped in surprise as she looked at the new discovery.

She skimped over all sub topics under collection.

The first collection had weapons. Mina was looking forward to seeing weapons there.

Mina looked at the last tab with a heavy heart. "I knew two hours of practice was never enough to get better at my archery. Tch….this sucks." Mina looked with disappointment at herself.

"Okay, to the next weapon" Mina checked the number two weapon but was disappointed. A big red cross was over the weapons meaning she did not own them.

[You can not obtain more than one physical weapons at you current level.]

"I thought so….I am still too weak." Mina sighed heavily moving to the next collection.

The second collection had magic items and Mana accumulation items. Since Mina had used mana and magic for fighting most of the time, she was looking forward to this collection.

"Huh!! There is magic enhancing items as well?" Mina was not expecting this. "Isn't it almost like cheating to use these kind of items?" Mina asked Fuzzy who was managing the database.

[No Host. Honestly everyone uses some kind of magic enhancing items. Even Ray and the other people used their own kind os magic enhancing item.] After giving a simple and short information Fuzzy went about his business.

[Available items suitable with the attribute of the chosen one: Lightning Compass.]

[With this item the user would be able to sustain more magical damage to the enemy as long as they do not have defensive item with them. The only item that can deal damage to this item is the life Bringer and Flying Fairy.]

"What's this life bringer?" Mina went to the other tab that was led by the word Life Bringer.

[Life Bringer: An item used by land attribute users which includes sand, soil, rocks, flowerbeds, anything as long as its on land. It can counter the Lightening Compass.]

Mina kept the description in her mind moving forward to read the another item.

[Flying Fairy is an item used by Wind ability users that can directly cut though the attack of Lightning compass.]

There were many other magical items but she decided to look at them later. There were many things that were left for her to check.

[3) Magic defensive item]

[Magic defense item obtained: 0]

[Available items suitable with the attribute of the chose one: Death Harp.]

[Death Harp is the most suitable item for lightning attribute wielding mages. It is good to counter the Land ability users and efficient against any type of attack. It reduces the damage received by 10%]

"Just 10% huh, it looks small but a 10% can determine anything, life and death."

This collection was over. Mina decided to head over to another connection that showed Inventory. "Does that mean I can make weapons and things for myself?"

[Yes Host. You can customize your own personal belongings.] Fuzzy answered her queries as it diligently finished compiling the data.

[Host would you like to check the stats first?] The system asked her giving her two options.

"Of course it's a yes." Mina swiped away all other tabs. Other collections were not that important as the ones she just watched.

With a loud ping sound around three tabs appeared in front of her showing her all of her leveled up stats.

Just as she was about to check out the first tab she heard a creaking sound come from behind a tree. Someone had just stepped on a twig of a tree while eavesdropping and spying on her.

"Who goes there?" Mina hurriedly summoned her bow and arrow pointing at the dark space in the dark. Her senses had evolved to the point she could sense even the slightest fluctuation in the environment.

There was someone there but it was not trying to show itself. "Either you show yourself or I will release this arrow." Mina threatened in her cold voice emitting a dangerous aura.

"Wait, please don't shoot." A tiny timid voice spoke from the dark. "I will come to you."

Mina did not lower her guard waiting for the creature to appear,

Mina looked in surprise at the small baby face of the intruder. But that was not what caught her eyes. She gasped looking at his body.

"Oh my Goss…Oh my Goss…Y-You are…" Mina could not even utter a sound looking at the young and small kid before her.
