1 Part 1
It was sunny and bright day in Konoha after the 4th great ninja war. Tsunade was still the Hokage. People were walking by on the street of Konoha. One of them was a kunoichi walking slowly. She wore a grey shirt with black obi that tied by red rope inside her purple outer that stopped right below her chest. As for bottom, she wore black tight short pants and purple skirt that slid in the front. Her body was slim and firm that sculpted perfectly. Her skin was pale but the sun shine causing it to glow under the sun. Her face was soft and framed perfectly with her black hair that tied into low ponytail. Leaving some strands of her hair on the side of her face. Her lips were red like a cherry, contrast to her pale glowing skin. A natural beauty, but there was something special about her eyes. Her right eye was black like raven, just like her hair. But, her left eye was purple like lavender because of genetic from her father side of family.
She was walking when suddenly a man with mushroom like hair run toward her then slapped her head.
"Oi Naori!" said the man.
"Guy! Stop doing that every time you greet me!" said the woman.
She is Naori. Haku Naori.
Guy grinned happily seeing Naori pouted, "sorry.. Sorry.. I was just happy to see you. Want to date?" asked Guy teasingly.
"Sure.." answered Naori teasingly when suddenly she stopped walking and stared a silver hair man walking with his hand inside his pocket. Half of his face was covered by black mask.
"Ahh.... My rival.. And your love," Guy said teasingly to Naori.
Naori stared at Kakashi sadly, "don't say it, Guy. He can hear you."
"Why? Isn't it good if he know that you love him?" asked Guy loudly as Kakashi walked away from them.
"Ssst!!" Naori covered Guy's mouth, "i don't need all the villagers know about that!" whispered Naori when suddenly an AnBu appear in front of them.
"Haku Naori, Maito Guy, you were summoned by Hokage sama," informed the AnBu.
"We will be there immediately," answered Naori. The AnBu nodded and disappear.
Naori and Guy were in the Hokage Office.
"Hokage sama, did you summon us?" asked Guy.
"Yes. I have a mission for you, but, we will wait for another member for this mission," answered Tsunade.
Not long after, there was a knock on the door.
"Come in," answered Tsunade as she stood up holding a scroll.
Kakashi walked in still with his hand inside his pocket and his droopy eyes.
"Did you summon me, Hokage sama?"
"Yes... I have mission to you with Guy and Naori," answered Tsunade.
Naori's eyes widened, "wait.. Do you mean the other member is Kakashi?" asked Naori surprisingly, "isn't it three jounin is too much for a mission?"
"Why? Do you have problem working with me, yukihime?" asked Kakashi as he lean his face closer to Naori untill his nose touch her nose. Naori was blushing really hard then looked away immediately. While Guy tried his best to hold back his laughter.
"No.. That's not.." Naori couldn't say anything.
"You are the persons i trust the most with this mission. Beside, only you three who are free from mission now. You need to take this scroll to Kumogakure and deliver it straight to Raikage. Understand?" asked Tsunade seriously as she handed the scroll to Kakashi.
"What actually so special about this scroll, Hokage sama?" asked Kakashi.
"That scroll consist of information about Otsutsuki clan. Many people looking for that scroll. Be careful and guard it with your life," answered Tsunade seriously.
"We will, Hokage sama," Kakashi said as he put the scroll into his bag.
"You can leave now," stated Tsunade.
"Hai!" Naori, Guy and Kakashi stated in unison.
They planned to go to Kumogakure at night. The journey will take two days. As usual, Naori arrived before Kakashi and Guy at the main gate of Konoha. She lean his back to the gate staring at the night sky and smiled tenderly when suddenly...
"Why did you smile like crazy? Dreaming about me?" asked Guy teasingly to Naori.
Naori chuckled, "yea. And it will be my nightmare."
Guy laughed and stood beside Naori, "will you tell your feeling toward Kakashi, Naori?" asked Guy.
Naori looked up at the sky, "i don't have that courage, Guy. I'm not brave enough, beside i know he never love me. It's impossible."
"What's impossible?" asked Kakashi out of nowhere as he walked toward them.
"About you lov-" Guy words was cut off as Naori covered his mouth, "stop! Or i will slit your throat," whispered Naori.
Guy gulped and nodded.
"Can we go now?" asked Naori as she released Guy from her hands.
Kakashi nodded as he walked out of the village.
They were resting on the river bank. Naori laid between Kakashi and Guy. She glanced silently to Kakashi and smiled tenderly. Kakashi looked at Naori and smiled under his mask when suddenly they heard snore as Guy already asleep with his mouth opened.
Naori sat from her position and stared at Guy as she giggled, "stupid Guy. You will get cold if you sleep like this," Naori stated as she put a blanket on Guy.
"I will take the first watch. You can go to sleep, Naori," Kakashi said as he disappear into the forest.
Naori laid back to the grass and stared at the night sky. She tried to sleep, but, she couldn't then she decided to join Kakashi.
Naori walked into the forest and looked up at the highest tree. She leapt to the branch and saw Kakashi reading under the moonlight on the branch next to her. She smiled tenderly seeing Kakashi.
"You can sleep now, Kakashi. I will take over," Naori said as she sat on the branch. Her pale face was glowing under the moonlight.
"It's okay.. I'm not sleepy either," answered Kakashi as he closed the book and looked up at the sky.
Naori glanced to the sky and smiled, "you know, when i feel lonely, i always look up to the sky. At day, you can look at the cloud and imagine what you want to see. But, at night, you can connect the star and see what you wish to see."
Kakashi stared at Naori and smiled softly, "you remind me of someone. I just wish i could see her for one more time."
Naori's eyes widened. She felt a shot in her heart hearing Kakashi's words, 'so your heart is belong to someone already,' Naori thought.
"May i know who she is, Kakashi?" Naori asked as she tried her best to control her shaking voice.
Kakashi silence for a while then he sighed as he looked up at the sky, "Hanare."
"Hanare? I remembered a spy from Jomae named Hanare. Is it her?" asked Naori softly.
Kakashi nodded and looked down sadly.
There was silence between them, "do.. Do you love her, Kakashi?" asked Naori out of the blue.
Kakashi silence then, "maybe, Naori. Maybe i did. Or i do. But, she was using me to get Konoha information. She never love me. She just pretend to love me for her mission," answered Kakashi sadly.
Naori smiled sadly, "maybe she did love you, Kakashi. But, as a shinobi, she must put her mission before anything," Naori said softly.
Kakashi looked at the sky, "maybe Naori."
"But, i'm sure, there is something good about someone you love that you can remember," Naori said as she looked up at the sky and tears cascaded from her eyes causing her face sparkling.
Kakashi glanced at Naori, "have you ever love someone deeply, Naori?" asked Kakashi.
Naori looked at Kakashi and smiled as she wiped her tears, "i think i will join Guy. Good night, Kakashi." Naori replied as she leap down the tree and disappear into the darkness.
'Why did she cry? Did i say something wrong?' thought Kakashi.
The next day, they were walking toward the Kumogakure. Naori always looked down to the ground. She didn't even respond to Guy at all.
"Naori, are you okay?" asked Kakashi as he walked next to Naori.
Naori looked up and smiled, "yea.. I'm fine. Just.. Remember something."
Guy stared at Naori, 'no. You are not fine. I know something is wrong with you,' thought Guy.
Suddenly some rogue ninjas appear before them.
"Give us the scroll. And it will be easy death for you," said one of the rogue ninja.
Guy and Kakashi stood in front of Naori.
"Like you can even touch me. Konoha senpuu!" Guy attacked the rogue ninjas.
"Katon: Goukakyu no jutsu!" one of the rogue ninjas attacked Naori.
"Doton: Doryuheki!" Kakashi put stone wall in front of them.
"I will protect you, Naori. Don't be afraid," Kakashi said as he stood in front of Naori.
'No.. I won't let my comrade always protecting me,' Naori thought
"Futon: Daitoppa!" Naori blew from her lips and suddenly huge wind blew the rogue ninjas.
"Naori.. I didn't know you can-" Kakashi's words was stopped when Naori pulled him to her back then Naori stood in front of him when some poison senbon shot through her body.
"Heh.. She won't live for long," said one of the rogue ninjas as he fall to the ground.
"Naori!" Guy caught Naori's body before she hit the ground.
Naori smiled as some blood dropped from the corner of her lips, "is Kakashi okay?" asked Naori weakly.
"It's not time to worry about him!" said Guy angrily.
"Why? Why did you do that!" asked Kakashi sadly.
Naori smiled as she pumped her chakra to her wound, "i won't let my comrade die in front of my eye, Kakashi. Don't worry, my body is immune to some poison. This is nothing. The senbon miss the vital organ. You better ask the rogue ninja about the scroll," replied Naori.
Kakashi nodded and questioned the rogue ninjas. They were not connected to Otsutsuki. They only knew that the Konoha shinobi brought precious scroll that can be sold in high price at black market.
Kakashi, Naori and Guy finally arrived at the Kumogakure and were welcomed by Darui and Shee.
"Welcome to Kumogakure," welcomed Darui.
"You look pale. Are you okay?" asked Shee as he stared at Naori.
"I'm fine. Just a bit tired," answered Naori as she smiled sheepishly.
"No! She is not fine. She was shot by poison senbon," answered Guy immediately.
"I will check your condition. Kakashi san, Guy san, you can deliver the scroll to Raikage sama. Darui will lead you," Shee said as he took Naori to hospital.
They met at the Kumogakure main gate after Kakashi and Guy delivered the scroll.
"Shee san, thank you for taking care of me," Naori bowed her head.
"It's nothing, Naori san. Take care," Shee smiled sadly.
Kakashi Naori and Guy walked to Konohagakure.
They finally arrive at Konoha at night.
"Guy, Kakashi, you can go home. I will deliver the report to Hokage sama," Naori said as she leap to the Hokage office.
Kakashi and Guy nodded then walked to their apartment.
"Guy... Is Naori okay? She looked different after i and she talk that night," asked Kakashi.
"I don't know, Kakashi. She never show her true feeling. She always trying to look happy, but i know she is struggling inside. She never want anyone to know her sadness," answered Guy sadly.
Kakashi looked at Guy, "why? Did she ever love someone? Or someone she love leaving her?" asked Kakashi.
'Yes.. It's you she always loves,' thought Guy.
"I don't have the right to tell you about that. What did you talk about that night anyway?" asked Guy.
Kakashi sighed and looked up, "Hanare."
Guy closed his eyes, 'now i know why, Naori,' thought Guy.
"Well, good night, Kakashi," Guy walked into his apartment.
Kakashi nodded and walked toward his apartment.
At Hokage office.
"Hokage sama, we delivered the scroll to the Raikage. There were some rogue ninjas, but, we took care of it," report Naori.
"Good. Now you can go home, Naori," replied Tsunade as she stamped the report.
Naori stood still, "actually, i have a favor to ask."
Tsunade looked up, "what is that?"
Naori gulped, "i need all information about Hanare of the Jomae village," answered Naori.
"And what for?" asked Tsunade.
Naori gulped, "i want to bring Hanare to Konoha," Naori said softly.
"What did you say?" asked Tsunade angrily.
"I..i want to bring Hanare to Konoha," Naori stated.
Tsunade slammed her fist to the table. Naori's eyes widened.
"After what she did to Konoha?" asked Tsunade.
"But, i'm sure she is not like that. Beside, with the shinobi alliance, we have nothing to be afraid of," Naori said softly.
Tsunade sat back on her chair, "what if what you said is wrong, Naori?"
Naori looked up to Tsunade, "you can have my head, Tsunade sama."
Tsunade smirked, "i love your bet, young lady. It's about Kakashi, isn't it?" asked Tsunade.
Naori's eyes widened, "it's.."
"I know about Kakashi and her, Naori. And you really bad at hiding secret. I will give the information you need. But, if she was still a threat to Konoha, i will sent her to the deepest prison without chance of going out. As for you, your head," stated Tsunade seriously.
Naori nodded, "thank you for the chance, Tsunade sama. But, please don't tell Kakashi about my plan to bring her here. Not with him as our future Hokage. I don't want to let him sad if i failed to bring Hanare to Konoha."
Tsunade nodded, "you love him, don't you?" asked Tsunade out of the blue.
Naori's eyes widened then she looked down. She couldn't answered it.
"You don't have to answer it, Naori. And, you are terrible at lying. I just hope what you did will bring good to Konoha and happiness to you," Tsunade said.
"As long as he is happy, i'm happy Tsunade sama," answered Naori as she smiled softly.
Tsunade sighed, "you can go home now."
Naori nodded, "thank you, Tsunade sama," Naori said as she walked out of the office.
Today was the day Kakashi will become Hokage officially.
All of the villagers gathered in front of Hokage tower.
"Have you got any news about Hanare, Naori?" asked Guy.
Flashback
"Guy... I will bring Hanare to Konoha," Naori said softlt as she looked to her last piece of dango.
Guy stood up immediately, "what? Naori!"
"Please sit.. People are staring at you," replied Naori as she looked at Guy.
Guy calmed himself and sat back to his chair.
"Why? Is it about Kakashi?" asked Guy softly.
Naori nodded, "he loves her, Guy. I believe she is his happiness. I wasn't brave enough to accompany him when he was lonely. I wish i was like you, Guy. Strong enough to accompany Kakashi. I can't bring back his father, sensei, Obito nor Rin. But, this is my chance to make him happy."
"What about your feeling toward him?" asked Guy sadly.
Naori smiled, "he loves her, Guy. I have no chance to be in his heart."
Guy stared at Naori, 'you're smiling, but i can see sadness in your eyes, Naori.' Guy thought as he stared at Naori.
Flashback end.
"No, Guy. It seems i lost track of her," answered Naori as she looked up waiting for the new Hokage when suddenly Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Lee, Neji and Tenten walked toward them.
"Sensei.. It has been long time," Sakura greet Naori.
"My cherry blossom. How are you? Feeling good today?" asked Naori teasingly as she glanced at Sasuke.
Sakura was blushing, "Sasuke is here for Kakashi sensei's inauguration," replied Sakura immediately.
"I don't remember saying Sasuke," Naori said teasingly as she smiled evilly.
Sasuke and Sakura were blushing and looked down.
Naori laughed happily as she looked up, "well, they are ready now."
They were still in the field after the inauguration.
"Naori sensei, you haven't treat me to Ichiraku for a while dattebayou," Naruto said as he put his hand behind his head.
Naori giggled, "okay.. Okay.. I will treat you all to Ichiraku now," replied Naori as Naruto ran happily to Ichiraku.
Naori was eating her ramen when suddenly an ANBU appear next to her, "Haku Naori, you are summoned by Hokage sama," the ANBU said.
"I will be there," answered Naori as she drank her water and put some money on the counter.
The ANBU nodded and disappeared immediately.
"Teuchi Ojichan, thank you for the ramen," Naori said happily.
"Sure, little raven. Have a nice evening with Kakashi," Teuchi said as he laughed.
"Ochan!" Naori blushed and ran away to the Hokage office.
Naori took a deep breath then knocked the door to the Hokage's office.
"Come in," answered Kakashi immediately.
"Do you summon me, Hokage sama?" asked Naori as she walked toward the table.
"Yes, Naori. I want to put you into ANBU and work as my personal guard and doctor. Can you accept the mission?" asked Kakashi.
Naori's eyes widened, she nodded immediately, "i can, Hokage sama. I will accept the mission."
Kakashi smiled under his mask, "thank you. You can go now. Ah yes, leave the sama, please," Kakashi said as he smiled.
"Hai! Rokudaime Hokage," Naori bowed her head and walked out of Kakashi's room.
Naori and Kakashi were in the Jomae village. The leader of the Jomae village will have an agreement that Konoha will give their secret as Jomae will give all information about Otsutsuki clan.
"Hokage sama, this village is..." Naori said as she looked at Kakashi behind her mask.
"I know, Naori. But, i will do anything for that information so we can prevent any upcoming attack like Kaguya," replied Kakashi.
They arrived at the Jomae village, Kakashi and Naori were in front of the Jomae leader's building.
"You are free of duty for now, Naori. You can take your mask off. The leader of this village want this appointment to be private," stated Kakashi.
Naori nodded and took her mask off then put it in her bag as Kakashi walked into the building.
Naori walked around the village when suddenly she spot a crowd. A lady was singing in the middel of the crowd. She had long brown hair and a beauty spot right on the corner of her right eye. Naori's eyes widened seeing her, "Hanare.. She returned to her village. How can i never think that. You are stupid, Naori," Naori thought.
Naori stood in the crowd until the lady finished her performance then walked toward her.
"Ano.. Miss, are you a Konoha Shinobi?" asked Hanare as she looked at Naori's hitaiate.
Naori smiled, "yes. I am. May i help you, miss...?"
"Oh.. Hanare.. I am Hanare. E.. Do you any chance know someone named Hatake Kakashi? He is also Konoha Shinobi. I heard that he is the Hokage now. Is that true?" asked Hanare happily.
Naori smiled and nodded, "yes. He is the Hokage now."
Hanare smiled gladly, "i hope he is fine. I just wish i could see him for one more time," wished Hanare softly, "well, thank you for your time. Goodbye.." Hanare said as she walked away with her shamisen.
Naori stared at Hanare as she walked away, "no, Hanare. Thank you. I finally found you."
Naori was waiting in front of the Jomae leader building when Kakashi walked out.
"How was the meeting, Hokage sama?" asked Naori as she put her mask on.
"It went well than expected, but, i suspect there's something suspicious about the agreement. I don't know what," answered Kakashi.
"We will find out. With you as my Hokage, i have nothing to worry about, Hokage sama," replied Naori softly as she smiled behind her mask.
"Hah... Stop with the sama, Naori. You already saved my life once," answered Kakashi.
"I'm sorry, Rokudaime Hokage," replied Naori.
"Hah.. You are helpless," Kakashi sighed as he walked next to Naori.
Naori smiled and glanced at Kakashi, 'i've found her, Kakashi. I will bring her to you,' thought Naori.
Naori was sitting on her favourite place in the village. The mountain across the Hokage monument. She could see all the village, and now it's much more better since she could see Kakashi in the Hokage office straight from the big glass window. She smiled tenderly when she saw Kakashi slump his back to the chair when suddenly Guy sat next to her, "i know i can find you here," Guy said as he ruffle Naori's hair.
"Well, you know where to find me," answered Naori.
"How was the meeting with the Jomae leader?" asked Guy.
"It went well, but, Kakashi felt that something is not right with the agreement," answered Naori as she keep looking at Kakashi.
"You know you are not supposed to guard him 24/7, right? There are others AnBu who guard him," Guy said.
Naori giggled, "you know i don't do it because it's my duty, right?" replied Naori.
"You are helpless. I know some men already asked you out for date. But you always refuse them while smiling like innocence girl. You really are a heartless raven," Guy said.
"I don't have time for that, Guy," Naori said as she smiling.
"Sure. Because you always spend your time staring at Hokage office. You should date someone. At least try. To help you take your mind of Kakashi," Guy said.
Naori giggled, "like you for example?" asked Naori teasingly.
"I'm way out of your league, Naori," answered Guy teasingly.
Naori laughed then looked back to Kakashi, "i met Hanare in Jomae," Naori said.
"Really? She going back to her village? How could we never thing of that?" asked Guy surprisingly.
Naori nodded, "i will bring her here, Guy. I know she loves Kakashi from her heart. I can see it in her eyes when she talked about Kakashi," answered Naori as she looked to the ground. The moon light shone on her face causing her face glowing amazingly.
Guy stared at her, "you know it because you also look at that kind of eyes every time you stare at the mirror," replied Guy.
Naori giggled, "well, what can i say, i can't stop it."
"Oh yes.. Aoba was looking for you. You know you can visit him. He is in the same building with Kakashi now," informed Guy.
"Why? Need help with his raven?" asked Naori.
"I don't know. Maybe he want to ask you out for date," Guy said teasingly.
Naori punch his head.
"Itai! What's that for?" asked Guy as he rub his head.
"For teasing me!" answered Naori.
Next day, Naori was in Aoba's room.
"Aoba, Guy said you looked for me. What's wrong?" asked Naori.
"I got a rumour that actually the Jomae village never have any information about Otsutsuki clan. They just want our village's information and plan to assassinate Hokage on the next meeting," informed Aoba.
Naori's eyes widened, "find someone to cover my duty to protect the Hokage. I will go to find the truth," Naori said as she ran toward Jomae.
'Kakashi.. What will happen now. I hope you will be fine,' Naori thought.
Naori was already running for a day when she saw a woman with brown hair ran toward her.
"Is that.. Hanare?" she jumped down from the tree and stopped in front of Hanare.
"Hanare san.." greet Naori.
"You.. You are the Konoha shinobi, right?" asked Hanare, "hurry! We have to go to your village immediately. I need to tell Kakashi about my village and Konoha agreement," Hanare said rapidly.
Naori was stunned and stood on her place.
"Hurry up! Before the Jomae shinobi know that i know the truth!" screamed Hanare as she ran toward Konoha.
"Hai!" Naori ran with Hanare toward the Konoha.
Guy and Kakashi were in the Hokage office when suddenly Naori and Hanare barge in.
"Naori.. No.." whispered Guy as he stared at Naori and Hanare.
Kakashi stood up from his chair, "Hanare..." he said surprisingly.
"Kakashi..." Hanare said softly. They stared at each other.
Naori looked at them then put on her mask to cover her face. But Guy could see a tear cascade from her eyes.
'Naori... Why?' he thought as he stared at Naori.
"What are you doing here?" asked Kakashi as he looked away from Hanare.
"Kakashi... Please.. Listen to me. Don't continue the agreement with Jomae. They have no information about the Otsutsuki," answered Hanare warily.
"And, why should i believe you?" asked Kakashi.
"Kakashi.. Please.. I'm not the same anymore.. Please.. Believe me," begged Hanare. Naori could hear the sincerity in her voice.
"Hokage sama.. I'm sorry for interrupting, but i got information from Aoba that he heard rumour about Jomae never have that information. And, they plan to kill you on the next meeting," informed Naori, "if you still have a doubt, you can ask one of Yamanaka clan to use their jutsu on her," added Naori.
Guy sighed, "Naori is right, Kakashi. We have nothing to lose."
"Summon Ino to be here immediately," asked Kakashi.
Naori nodded and disappear.
Not long after, Ino finished with Hanare.
"Hokage sama, all information that she said is true," Ino said.
Kakashi looked at Hanare, "i will put you in Konoha to make sure that you have no threat to Konoha."
"I don't mind that," answered Hanare softly as she smiled tenderly seeing Kakashi.
"I will put you on watch. Naori, i want to put you to guard Hanare," asked Kakashi.
Naori's eyes widened.
"No Naori! Please! For once say no! Please think about you-" Guy words was cut off by Naori.
"Guy! Stop! I will take that mission, Hokage sama," answered Naori as she tried her best to hold her shaking voice.
Guy stared at Kakashi, "you once had good eyes, Kakashi. But, now, maybe your ability to see the truth are also gone since you lost your sharingan," stated Guy sadly as he walked out of the room.
Kakashi stared at Guy confusedly, "Naori, do you have any objection about this mission?" asked Kakashi.
"No, Hokage sama, i accept this mission," answered Naori.
"You two can leave now," asked Kakashi. Naori and Hanare nodded.
Naori and Hanare were in Naori's apartment.
"Naori san, i'm sorry for disturbing you," apologized Hanare.
"It's okay, Hanare san. Please take a rest. Oh yes. You need to wear this. No offense. But, it's for your own safety," Naori said as she gave Hanare a tracker.
"Thank you, Naori san. I will wear it," Hanare said as she put the tracker to her bracelet.
"You can sleep on the bed. I will sleep on the couch. But, i rarely at home, so, mostly maybe you will be alone. Don't worry. I already put some kekkai around my room. You will be fine," explained Naori.
"Thank you so much, Naori san. I'm sorry to burden you," apologized Hanare.
"I have to go outside. Will you be okay?" asked Naori.
Hanare nodded and smiled tenderly.
Naori went to her favourite place finding Guy already there.
"I know you will come here," said Guy as he looked at Naori.
Naori giggled as she sat next to Guy, "now i have to share my favourite place with you," answered Naori.
"Why do you accept that mission?" asked Guy seriously.
Naori looked up to the Hokage's office, "i finally able to take care and save someone precious for him. I never saw Kakashi that happy before Hanare enter his office. I want to keep that happiness, Guy. I just want him to be happy," answered Naori as she smiled sadly.
"What about your happiness?" asked Guy.
"I told you before. As long as i can see him smile genuinely and happily, i will be happy, Guy. Even if that means giving my life away for him," replied Naori as she smiled looking at Kakashi in his office, "he through a lot in his life. He deserve this happiness."
"What about you? If you are really happy, you won't cry at his office when he stared at Hanare," asked Guy.
Naori looked down, "i guess i can't control my tears, ne?" asked Naori teasingly.
"Naori.. How long will you always sacrifice your self? You deserve his love too," asked Guy.
"I don't deserve anything that has been given to someone else, Guy. Kakashi already gave his love to Hanare. That means, i have no right of his love," answered Naori sadly.
"Naori.... You have to think about your happiness too. At least.. Yourself. Why can't you stop loving him? Even it's killing you inside," asked Guy desperately.
"I can't-" Naori's words was cut off as she covered her mouth with her hands. Some blood started dripping from the corner of her lips.
"Naori!" scream Guy warily as he hold Naori's body. Naori took some medicine from her bag as she pumped her chakra to her hand and put her hand on her chest as she swallow the medicine.
"Please.. Don't tell anyone," begged Naori as she calmed herself.
"I won't tell anyone if you tell me what that was," answered Guy with worried on his face.
Naori smiled softly, "i guess that poison senbon wasn't nothing."
Guy's eyes widened, "you mean the senbon you took for saving Kakashi?" asked Guy.
"Please don't tell him about this, Guy. He will blame himself. I don't want he felt that burden again. Please.." begged Naori.
Guy looked at Naori as tears start forming on his eyes.
"Hey.. That's so not youthful," Naori said teasingly as she laughed trying to hide her sadness and pain.
"Stupid raven," Guy said as he wiped his tears.
Naori giggled then made some hand seals, "Kuchiyose no Jutsu!" then a raven appear in front of her. Naori wrote her report about Hanare and tied it to the raven, "take it to Hokage sama," ordered Naori to the raven.
"What was that? Love letter?" asked Guy teasingly.
Naori chuckled, "no! Baka! That's my report telling him that Hanare is fine," Naori said as she stared at Kakashi smiling under his mask, showing his eyes curving upward and looked up at the sky on the rooftop of Hokage office.
"Now i know why i can't stop loving him..because i have no reason for loving him, then, it means i have no reason for stop loving him," Naori said tenderly as she smiled.
