Between Marvin or Danu

Lia looked at her ring fingers, she didn't see the ring that Marvin had given her. Lia immediately looked for the ring, she went back and forth to the bathroom, who knows she left it there, she unpacked her bed but was not found, she searched all the rooms where she lived and couldn't find it either.

Lia also remembers an incident that happened to her the other day, where she was held captive by several thugs. Lia remembered that there was a female face at that time, she held her hand and took the ring off. Lia is sad, she is afraid that Marvin will be disappointed, because she has promised not to let go of the ring.

At night Lia is alone in her room, she finishes her schoolwork. Suddenly her cell phone rang. Lia saw whose call came in, Marvin, yes, it was Marvin's call. Lia smiled happily holding her cellphone, her eyes sparkling looking at Marvin's number.

"Hello, Mr Marvin". Answered Lia.

In her heart she wanted to dance in the crowd, because of the happiness she felt.

"I'm at the front, I'll wait five minutes". Marvin said.

Marvin stood in front of his car waiting for Lia, he tidied his clothes as neatly as possible. Marvin wants to look charming in front of Lia, Marvin without good clothes will still look handsome.

"Yes sir". Answered Lia.

Lia danced in the room like crazy, she went straight to the mirror to see her appearance, she went back and forth looking for clothes that fit her. Her room is like a broken ship, her clothes are scattered everywhere, but Lia doesn't care what matters is that she looks beautiful in Marvin's eyes.

Marvin looked at the clock in his hand, it was almost five minutes but Lia had not come out yet. Not long after, Lia appeared, wearing a simple dress with natural makeup. Lia looks very charming in Marvin's eyes. Marvin smiled happily with his beautiful gaze looking at Lia, who was walking towards him.

"Sorry sir, for the long wait". Lia said, she lowered her head in shame.

"This, and now that you don't have to work in a hospital anymore, you can use your intelligence." Marvin said he gave Lia a brochure.

"What is this sir". Lia asked while taking the brochure given by Marvin.

"Look and read carefully, you deserve more there than having to work part time as an OB in a hospital". Marvin replied, his cold attitude made Lia feel bad.

Lia opened the brochure, she read it carefully. It turned out to be a brochure from a famous university in Japan, anyone who wants to continue their education can take the test. If you pass, the tuition fee is free. Lia is very happy because her desire to continue her education is given ease.

"How did you know that I wanted to continue my master's degree?". Lia asked.

"That's not important, the most important thing now is that you come along, I will take you somewhere so you can graduate later". Marvin said, caring but indifferent, his attitude was difficult to understand.

Lia nodded listening to Marvin, the two of them finally got into the car. In Lia's car holding her fingers, Marvin watched Lia's behavior. He glanced occasionally unnoticed.

"What are you doing, what's with your fingers?" Marvin asked, luring Lia to want to explain why the ring he gave was not used.

"It's okay sir, it's just that I feel bad and I don't know where to explain it." Lia answered, looking down and still moving her fingers.

"Okay, but if I'm being honest, I want to ask you one thing, why don't you wear the ring, didn't you promise to continue wearing it, is it because you don't like the model or you want a ring that is better than that?" . Marvin asked in annoyance, his face slightly different and his gaze fixed on the front.

"It's not like that sir, I also don't know why the ring can slip off my fingers, if you really mind I promise, I will replace it sir". Lia said she was nervous, because she felt guilty, she couldn't hold on to the trust given by Marvin.

"Alright, forget it, now you focus on your goal". Marvin said.

He drove his car fast, inside his heart like a thorn, he felt hurt because he was so disappointed. But Marvin tried to calm himself. He focused on his goal of helping Lia. Despite being cold but Marvin has a good heart, he cares so much about everyone.
