1 An Unexpected Beginning

In the bustling city of Cebu, a young man named Benjo lived a rather ordinary life. He worked as a janitor in a local high school and was known for his clumsy nature and knack for getting into the most bizarre situations.

One day, while cleaning the science lab, Benjo accidentally knocked over a mysterious vial, causing a chemical reaction that resulted in a huge explosion! When the smoke cleared, Benjo found himself not in the science lab, but in a strange, fantastical world - Lumina.

He was greeted by a talking cat named Whiskers, who explained that Benjo was summoned to Lumina to become their hero.

"Hero? Me? You must be joking!" Benjo laughed.

"No joke, Benjo. Lumina needs you," Whiskers said, his eyes serious.

Despite his disbelief, Benjo agreed to help. His first task? To retrieve the 'Stone of Courage' from the mischievous goblins of Green Hollow.

As Benjo ventured into Green Hollow, he realized he had gained some abilities due to the chemical reaction - he could now hear plants talk and control water. Not exactly heroic powers, but they were all he had.

Using his newfound abilities, he tricked the goblins, causing a diversion with a talking tree and used the water from a nearby stream to create a path to the Stone.

Just as he was about to grab the Stone, a goblin spotted him, "Intruder!" it screeched.

"Uh-oh," Benjo muttered, his eyes wide as the goblins started to chase him.
