As he clicked a small button on the side of the helmet a robotic voice spoke in his head.

Hearing this Haden's vision grew darker until he couldn't see anything but black. This lasted for a few seconds until a title screen with some beautiful and grand music played. Looking around Haden couldn't help but hold his breath with how real this felt. Being bragged as 99% realistic VR experience.

After the robotic voice spoke a life size model of Haden was shown in front of him. He began to think about the appearance he wanted his avatar to have. Looking at himself Haden couldn't help but nod at how handsome he was. Knowing that every girl is the game would fall for his looks Haden decided to change his appearance to that of a average joe. Haden frowned while looking at the new avatar, he wanted it to be average but this was so average that air had more personality than the avatar in front of him.

Not really wanting to waste any more energy he just put some scars on his avatar's body then clicked next.

Hearing this Haden squinted his eyes. 'Not only did it say I couldn't use it the robotic voice seemed to show some expression when talking about this STEVE.' He thought. He was curious but also didn't wish to waste any more energy.

Seeing the newly created portal Haden took a deep breath in and then out and went into the portal.

Steping out of the portal Haden looked around to see a beautiful and vibrant world around him filled with luscious vegetation. With out thinking too much Haden walked up to a small tree and clenched his fist.

His fist were a little shaky since he wasn't sure if this was the same concept as Minecraft from his world. The pain sensors was lessen to about 10% of the original pain but even then pain was still pain.

Resolving himself Haden got into a punching stance and threw a punch straight at the tree. Without much of a delay Haden felt a small sharp pain as his fist smashed the tree. To his surprise he then saw a small red text.

"Holy sh*t!!!" Haden cursed. The small stinging pain in his hand began to hurt a bit more. Haden had no idea what the video game company was thinking when making this game but he wasn't one to give up just cause of some minor set backs.

He kept smashing the tree with both fists. After hiting it a couple times Haden also realized that if he didn't hit it with full strength for very punch the damage wouldn't even count. Like this Haden bashed away at the tree until finally.

Seeing these description Haden thought for a moment. His brain worked overtime as he suddenly realized who's foot step he was following. 'Ah you bastard STEVE so your pretty mysterious in this game huh?'

Realizing he had been thinking for half an hour he went straight back to what he should do in the game. His focus was on equipping the new title along with checking his inventory. Looking at it the grid like slots looked very similar to Minecraft's inventory. The only difference was their was one more section that you could show. Haden clicked on the words [Status].

Haden shook his head. 'Is this a rpg or a crafting game?' Taking his newly gained Oak wood he then started to craft.

After crafting a bunch of items Haden then realized that night time was coming. Not wanting to become monster food he decided to use the classic beginner strategy. As the sun disappeared and the night creeped in sounds of grunting could be heard from everywhere. The rattling on bones as horrific creatures walked around.

Haden who had already placed himself inside the ground couldn't help but sigh. Hearing these monsters irl was so much more scary that the pixelated Minecraft. Unlike Minecraft since this was so realistic Haden felt tired and sleepy after all that hard work he yawned a little before stretching and slowly closed his droopy eyes and went to sleep.
